You'll be a short drive by car from the stunning Gulf beaches of Sanibel, Captiva, or Fort Myers Beach. A fisherman's paradise can be found in nearby Matlacha, Pine Island, or Bokeelia. Take the time to discover the newly revitalized River District in downtown Fort Myers. A slightly further drive south will have you in Bonita Springs or Naples, where world-class dining, shopping, and lifestyles await you. This property is approximately 21 miles from RSW International Airport and 16 miles from Fort Myers Beach.

Our cleaning/housekeeping fees vary based on size of property, number of bedrooms & bathrooms, pool patio homes, garages, etc. They typically range between $125-$325 based on the aforementioned.

The booking fee is $89. 
 
Airbnb does not currently allow hosts to itemize these fees on their site which is why we'd like to explain what otherwise appears to be an excessive cleaning fee expense.

Good stay in a great location

We’ve visited Cape Coral from England for over 20 years apart from the recent break due to Covid. We picked this villa for the location, the southerly aspect and the handrails for pool and spa as my wife is partially disabled. This was a new experience for us as previously we have always booked with the owner directly. The property was very comfortable and the area very quiet, much appreciated. Once we sorted out the communications everything worked out fine. Would look to book again if we can.
