Cape Coral is an ideal location for Southwest Florida vacationers, the southeast corner of the cape has a lively nightlife and dining area; there are numerous parks, including a family friendly waterpark that is open seasonally and the Yacht Club Beach park which is open year round; grocery stories, shopping plazas and dining are in plentiful supply throughout the Cape. You'll be a short drive by car from the stunning Gulf beaches of Sanibel, Captiva, or Fort Myers Beach. A fisherman's paradise can be found in nearby Matlacha, Pine Island, or Bokeelia. Take the time to discover the newly revitalized River District in downtown Fort Myers. A slightly further drive south will have you in Bonita Springs or Naples, where world-class dining, shopping, and lifestyles await you. Seasonally you can enjoy the Spring Training facilities of the Red Sox or the Twins within minutes of the Cape, and of course year round golf, nature, and cultural activities as well.

This property is 24 miles from Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) and 18 miles from Fort Myers Beach.

Pool heaters don't run May-October. Local weather, sun, rain and daytime & night time temperatures will affect the actual pool temperatures and a static temperature is not guaranteed.

Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to show a government issued picture ID, matching the name the property is booked in, to a representative of the management company or property owner within 24 hours of check-in.

Please be aware, the City of Cape Coral has strict noise ordinance that they enforce without hesitation; any type of noise between the hours of 10pm – 8am is strictly prohibited.

fantastic property close to a lot of restaurants , stores, and sights. pool was well maintained and the house was very comfortable for our family of 5. the bowflex equipment was a nice touch and the neighborhood was very quiet. the check in and checkout process is quite simple and we enjoyed our time there and look forward to using the service again for future trips

Our rental worked well for us and was very clean. We had a little hiccup upon arrival, but that was resolved in about 15 minutes. The location was close to a lot of golf, shopping, and restaurants. Just a couple suggestions… We had six adults staying there but only seating for five in the great room. It would’ve been nice to have a little more seating. An area rug and coffee table would’ve been nice also. A folder or booklet with suggestions of local attractions, favorite restaurants, golf courses, and maybe all the info regarding rules for the rental would be very handy also.

Hi Lori - The home was professionally photographed and the listing shows decor & furnishings; including the seating available. Regarding information on things to do or local attractions, there is a laminated sign posted on the fridge with instructions and a QR for an online directory with the information you're referring to. As a result of Covid regulations from 2020, physical guest books are no longer in any of our managed properties. We're glad you had a good time!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, everything appeared new, and in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and other retail. We really enjoyed the private pool, which we used on a daily basis. I think it's what we enjoyed most about our stay! The kitchen was well stocked with the basic kitchenware, but if you plan on cooking, you'll need to purchase everything, as COVID restrictions required all leftover items such as spices, etc to be disposed of. We highly recommend this property!

Great winter break!

We spent almost 2 weeks at this property after deciding we needed a break as a family from the snow, cold and covid restrictions at home. Mentally we were all exhausted and we decided to book something where we could enjoy a low key family Vaca in our own space. The house was new, clean and had all the necessities! The pool and view in the backyard of the canal were so relaxing and peaceful. Our kids had a blast having a pool right outside our door. The weather got cooler than we were hoping for while we were there but with the pool being heated we were still able to swim and enjoy! It was truly a heated pool
