This 1 bedroom with a queen bed packs a big punch for up to 4 folks! The big outdoor hot tub is just steps away! In winter, the clubhouse has 2 indoor tubs.

There is a big leather couch and a Giant 50-foot TV. Watching this huge TV from the bunk is better than stadium seating at the movies, and kids love it!

The kitchen and all appliances are upgraded. Your super-sturdy, built-in twin bunks have a stable ladder and comfortable, cozy sleeping. The bedroom has a luxurious Queen bed (with a sleep number bed) with tons of light, a flat-screen TV, and gorgeous bedding.

There is a stackable washer/dryer in a closet for convenience.

Take a trip to the spa-like, generously sized bathroom and stand straight up—it has a high shower head! Feel the warm water making little mini-streams under the soles of your feet between rounded little pebbles on the floor of this huge shower stall!! The grounds of Tyra are gorgeous, with trees and beautiful river rock and cedar architecture.

PARKING Capacity is in the property listing, guest book &/or IVB mobile app, & required parking passes are located in the property in the guest books or another location that will be designated. Perfect Early Season Getaway

This condo is a perfect blend of close to the lifts and close to town. It's a 2 min walk down to the Snowflake lift which takes you to just above the base of Peak 8, and it's only a 10 min walk to downtown. Skiing back to the condo wasn't available due to early season conditions, but it's an easy yellow or brown bus ride back to the base of snowflake from wherever you end up (closest is the base of Peak 9). The "Transit" bus app is super-accurate and will get you where you need to go quickly and for free! Condo is as promised in the pictures, it's definitely best for a couple as the bunks are basically in the main room, so if there's 4 adults it would be tight, but with kids it would be OK. Bed was super comfortable, and the unit was spotless when I got there. All the basics to do meal prep were there if you wanted to. The ski locker room is basically right across the hall, nice to not be tripping over gear and having puddles in the unit. I'm a fan of this location I think it's the best balance of skiing and enjoying downtown.

The condo was a little small and dated, but it was functional for our needs. The kitchen was very well equipped, we made some wonderful meals. the location is terrific. We stayed for 3 nights and never used our car! It is an easy walk to a lot of trails and to downtown. We would stay here again.

Would certainly rent in this location again and this place had enough room to bring additional family members. Only downside was the master bedroom mattress was clearly in need of replacing as uncomfortable and indented on the one side..

After traveling to Breck for many years this is by far the best unit I have rented. The location as well as access to the snowflake lift Is perfect. A short down hill walk to the lift and being on the ground floor keeps fatigue to a minimum. Plenty of room and amenities I will certainly be coming back. Thanks so much for an amazing trip.

Unit was great to stay and cook in! Location is great as you can ski down the 4 0'clock run to town right up to the back of the unit. Unit is on the 1st floor close to the entrance door which makes walking with your ski boots on a breeze. Ski lockers are across the hall from the unit front door. Quick to drive or 15 walk to the downtown area. Highly recommend using this unit. Thank you Sandy and Carla!!!!!!!!

Perfect location! However, oven does not work so I’m assuming that’s why there is a random toaster oven on a tv tray across the room. There’s no dishwasher but instructions say to load dishwasher before leaving lol. When you walk into the complex it smells like a hockey locker room. The room smells of stale cigarettes bad. When my wife picked my buddy and I up from the airport when we got back from our ski trip she said us and our luggage smelled like cigarettes before I even said anything. The only thing updates is the bathroom but that could use a good shower scrub down. I’ll only give it 4 starts because it has a washer and dryer, the hot tubs were nice , price was fair, and location was perfect.

This is a perfect place to stay for skiing or snowboarding in Breckenridge! The lift is only about 100 yards away to go up to peak 8 and you can ski right up to the back door off of the four O clock run. The place has all the amenities you could need and has a nicely stocked kitchen. There is plenty of room for four people to stay comfortably. The hot tubs are also right outside the back door for relaxing after a hard day on the slopes. Town is within walking distance, but it is a steady yet gradual climb to get back to the condo from town.

The place was a little smaller than it looked in the pictures but that didn’t really affect anything. Location was amazing, to get on the ski lift you just have to walk across the street and then head down about 100 yards and you are at the ski lift and then when your done skiing for the day you can ski right up to your back door. It was very close to Main Street so you can take a walk down to get there or if you want you can drive down and there is a parking lot right on the other side of the round about. There was only 3 of us and it slept us very comfortably, with 4 people like it’s listed it might get a little cramped but still doable.

Blown away with the place

As the title states we were blown away we visited middle of August which was a slower time so almost no one in the complex so very quiet the hot tub was all mine so it was great. The location was great as well, right on free bus route to town and about. Mountains and activities were amazing and never ending, we will be back for sure. The owners/ management have thought of everything for the unit. We has 2 adults and 2 children and felt the room was plenty for us.

LuxPad is Efficient and Well Situated

My goal for an early August condo stay was somewhere on 4 O'Clock Rd., not too expensive, a bit of a view if possible, and walkable to the Riverwalk Center. LuxPad accomplished all of these goals. While it is a bit of an uphill climb, it's certainly doable and there is a free bus stop right across the street at the Snowflake Lift. There is also a lovely hike up Sawmill Creek across the street, which is a favorite of mine when I stay in Breck. Carla and Elisabeth were very efficient and thorough in their flow of needed information. I really appreciated that, since I was traveling alone. this time. Two things that brought the rating to 4 stars were that it doesn't have a dishwasher (not a problem for 1 or 2 people) and the carpet needs updating. It does, however, have a very nice washer/dryer in the unit. Having said that, you're getting a lot of amenities for a lower cost. I did use the free bike rental that comes through iTrip, which was a nice perk. Do check the dates on the offerings; the Escape Room adventure was not offered during the summer. Check it out! The updates in the unit are very nice.

Lovely accommodation

We recently stayed at Tyra while visiting our daughter at an orchestra program in Breckenridge. The condo's location was perfect, and we enjoyed the beautiful walk downhill to Riverwalk Center and downtown Breckenridge. The condo was so comfortable, clean, and perfect for relaxing after our hikes and biking. We would definitely stay there again!

The LuxPad was fantastic. Loved skiing right into the bedroom. And walked 1 min to the snowflake lift. Recommend renting skis at base of snowflake lift too (they’re fast and store your skis/boots for you). LuxPad could easily sleep 6-7 even though they say max is 4. The place is small but has everything you need and is steps from the hot tub. we walked barefoot to it daily and it was super warm and awesome. Count on us staying here again!

We had a great time at the condo would definitely stay here again. Accommodations were very comfortable and the close proximity to the free ride bus stop was great. We parked the car and used the bus for the rest of our stay. We were looking for a white Christmas and we were not disappointed. The weather was beautiful with all the white snow all around the condo.

Overall, this was a nice place for me and my son. It has one queen bed, a twin bunk bed and a sectional couch, so it can literally sleep 5 people comfortably. Location is within walking distance to Main Street, although the slight incline can be trying for someone not in the best of shape (me)! Condo is on bottom floor, so it has a little patio instead of a deck. Patio was nice, but a little small. Tried to have the door open and sit outside and there just wasn't enough room. The door wouldn't swing completely open. Walls are a little thin and could hear neighbors above and next door. Next door neighbors were pretty loud at night which was inconvenient. First morning taking a shower was an eye opener, it was freezing cold! Upon inspection, the hot water heater had been turned off at the fuse box! Minor setback but something that should have been taken care of before our arrival. Another negative was that I had left a zippered pouch with a little bit of money in the freezer. I remembered it about 2 hours later, when we had gotten to our next destination, and texted the rep we had been working with. When I finally heard back, I was told that the cleaning crew "didn't find anything" when they were cleaning. Ok....sure! But, it was totally my fault for fogetting it so I can really only blame myself. Just a lesson learned to check every drawer, closet, and any other spot for personal belongings. Overall, this place was nice and we were pleased with our stay.

Condo was great for our stay in Breck. Master bed had Sleep Number bed, which took all 3 nights to find the right setting but was adequate. Started to take a shower the first morning, only to find out there was no hot water. Upon inspection, hot water heater had been shut off in the fuse box. Everything was as described and would recommend.The reason for the 3 stars is I had left an item by mistake in the condo and knew exactly where I had left it. Notified a rep to see what we could do to get it back and was told that the cleaning staff didn't find it. It's mainly my fault for leaving it, but to have the cleaning staff flat out lie about it was unacceptable. So make sure you don't leave anything of value behind.

My husband and I stayed at the LuxPad the end of January for a ski trip. The condo was small but perfect for the two of us. It's a short walk to the lift and we were able to ski right to the back door. We walked to main street every night for dinner and then would take a shuttle back. The shuttles run all of the time and the drivers were all super friendly and helpful. The condo had everything we needed and the washer and dryer were a great bonus! We had a great time and absolutely loved Breckenridge. We can't wait to go back!

Small but roomy

Small yet roomy condo on the mountain, yet not too far to walk to Main St. The unit was spotless, and had nice upgraded features such as stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. I liked too that there was a washer/dryer in the unit. The bed was comfortable. My only complaint is that the view out the windows was of the common area (deck, hot tub, other building), and not of the mountains. (I need me mountain fix while in Colorado!) I stayed here with one other adult. It would be tight quarters with 4 adults, but OK with 2 adults/2 children.

The location of the condo is perfect- you cross the street to get to the lifts and you ski right to the back door coming back. The place was spotless. I had to work from the condo for two days and the Internet was very fast and reliable. The washer and dryer are good size. I do think it was very tight for 4 people- the couch in the main room is unnecessarily large so that there is no room to put clothing for the people that sleep in the bunk beds (which is in the main room with the kitchen and couch) - we ended up keeping 2 suitcases on the couch. There is also no cabinet space for groceries. There are no pans for the oven- a cookie sheet at the least would have been nice. Overall, the location trumps everything so I would rate it a 4.

The location was amazing. Ski lift across the street and could ski right to the patio. Also, super close to Main Street which made it easy to get around. The ski closet in the main hall to dry gear was a great extra and the hot tub right by our patio was so nice after a day on the mountain. The bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. The condo is small, but perfect for two adults who spent the majority of the time exploring the beautiful little town of breckenridge.

Luxpad is a great little place. There were 3 of us and it worked out great. Location is great--just across the street from Snowflake lift (and down hill) and if you view the YouTube how-to, you'll ski right to the back door. It's got everything for cooking--even a Crock Pot!

My buddies and I throughly enjoyed our stay at the LuxPad 3/24/16 - 3/26/16. We were fortunate enough to get 11 inches of snow our first day, so skiing was awesome! The LuxPad is tight quarters, really 2 rooms, but has everything you need. The hot tubs are right out your back door and we really liked skiing right to your back door after a long day on the slopes. Downtown is a bit of a hike if it's cold, but we did it twice. We will look at staying here in the future!

This is a WONDERFUL opportunity to inform our future guests, that there is a FREE shuttle service in Breck that is extremely dependable - even in BLIZZARDS - and the nearest pick up is at the Snowflake Lift - off of 4 O'Clock Rd. Uber is also running in Breck, and a very affordable way to travel about if you do not want to drive.

Great location for two adults and two snowboarding kids. It was an easy walk to the Snowflake lift and we were able to ski-in to the back door of the condo. The bunk beds were great for the kids. There is plenty of storage space for ski stuff with lots of hooks to hang jackets/pants for a family of four. Peak 8 was easily accessible and less crowded than Peak 9. Looking forward to going back to Breck!

The lux pad is a great little condo with a lot of amenities crammed into a small space. My family of four had enough room to spread out for a few days and take advantage of the unbeatable convenience of the best ski in experience you will EVER get. You walk across the street at 8:30AM for the first chair at SNOWFLAKE LIFT about 50m walk. DO NOT TAKE THE FULL SNOWFLAKE TRAIL HOME UNLESS YOU WANT TO SKI CROSS COUNTRY STYLE IN VERY LONG FLAT SECTIONS. Coming home you can literally ski to your own condo door or to the front door of the building which is closer to the free SKI LOCKER by following the youtube video directions to ski off 4 O'Clock run. We did not cook in at all but the kitchen was good although the lack of dishwasher and small sink might be a struggle for some. We simply bought paper products for our breakfast to avoid the hassle of cleanup. The beds were all comfortable and I even slept on the HUGE COUCH which was about the size of a queen bed. The only slight drawback for our family was sharing the single bathroom and the hot tub outside could be heard pretty clearly, although there were no real night owls during our visit. In room private washer and dryer means less luggage! Sandy was very easy to work with and quickly delivered parking passes when I called to let her know I needed one. Don't give it a second thought, rent the Lux Pad!

This place is completely upgraded. Everything looks new. Way nicer than most hotels. It has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the stuff you need. They even had hand warmers in the cabinet for guest along with a huge box of hot chocolate (take these with you and buy hot water on the mountain. Food is $$$$ up there). Bed seemed comfortable to us. It has a memory foam mattress on it. 2 tvs, big sectional couch, etc. We love the stone shower floor. I will admit that the pictures make it look bigger but it was totally fine. I think it would be perfect for a couple. The best part is that the Snowflake lift is across the street and we figured out how to ski up to the back door. Awesome spot!

Condo was okay, would not stay here again.

Kitchen and bathroom have nice upgrades, condo is within walking distance of town. Pictures make condo look lighter and roomier than it actually is. Walls are paper thin (we could hear neighbors cough and sneeze). Bed was so uncomfortable I slept on the sectional. We would have left early if we would have been able to get a refund.

Beautiful place. Everything in there is brand new. Granite, TV, couches, table and chairs. Everything is super nice. The bathroom has pebbles on the shower floor. Really nice touch. You can dim the lights in the main room which is good. The washer and dryer come in handy too. Kids had fun on the bunk beds. The best part is that the lift is across the street and you can ski up to the back door. There was no lift line since the lift is small and in a neighborhood. No line ever. We skied right up to the back door, popped off our skis and went right inside. No stairs or anything to deal with. That was nice at the end of the day with small kids. Also super close to town. We were able to walk to dinner. Great spot. We will definitely come back and stay here.
