Enjoy a wintery getaway at Kingdom Park. This private, super-sunny 2-story townhouse is ideal for the family getaway. The free shuttle picks up one block from your property to anywhere - including the Gondola, Ice Rink, or Peaks 7-9 Base Areas! Stroll along the bike path and Blue River to Main Street. This is the ideal place to set down your gear and ride directly to the base area with zero parking or gear hassles! This property is next to Kingdom Park playground and the public and reasonably-priced Breckenridge Rec Center! They have pools, hot tubs, a bike path on the river, a skate park, tennis courts, and baseball diamonds, all right outside your door!

This is not your typical townhouse with good light only on both ends. It is at the end of the building, with large windows on three sides! It feels like a house! It is bathed in natural southern light with a patio. Combine all this with a large, 3-sided gas fireplace and tasteful, modern décor, and you have a cozy, bright respite with the most accessible ski hill access!

A townhouse that's conveniently located near town, trails, and bike paths. You are surrounded by snow-covered aspen trees and just a short distance from Main Street, where you can feel the breeze. It's an easy walk to the park and city market.

There is only 1 parking spot for this unit, but you are about a 1-2 minute drive to the cheap, off-site parking, with a free shuttle between!

Main Level:

Open floor plan, tall ceilings with a 3-sided gas fireplace in the center of it all! You have a half bath and 42” Flat Screen HDTV with board games underneath.

The queen pullout in the living room is most comfortable for kids.

Upstairs:

1. One Master Suite - Queen bed, massive walk-in closet, and extra mattress with 19” HDTV with cable. Master Bath: Jetted Tub, warming lights, hairdryer. Stackable washer-dryer in the hall.

2. Bedroom 2: 2 twins and 19” HDTV with cable - Hallway full bathroom.

No smoking. Linens, starter toiletries, and household supplies are provided that may last up to two days.

Bus Service: The gray shuttle stops at your property 4 times an hour to take you to the Snowflake Lift (rarely as a line, unlike Quicksilver!) or the Peak 9 Base area for lessons. If you want Peak 7 or 8 for lessons, your bus takes you to the station in just a couple of minutes. You can go directly to Peak 7 and 8 on the bus or take the free gondola for Peak 7-8 base areas. The gondola is always free, whether you have a ski pass or not!! It's ideal for non-skiers to check out the base areas! Or grab the purple and cruise around the historic district, or go gray to blue to be dropped off at the Ice Arena!

Starter supplies of trash liners, paper & soaps, & household are provided. Supplies beyond the initial setup are the guests' responsibility. This is my 2nd year in a row staying at this home and I just love it. It’s roomy, clean, the beds are comfy and it’s quiet. Close to everything, but not right in the center of town. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating and I will definitely be back next year. Thanks for another great stay!

Quiet Stay Nice Location

Our family had a great stay at 840 Kingdom Park Road. The spacious townhome had plenty of room for us to spread out. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and room at the table. The location was quiet and convenient to town, trails, and bike path. The beds and bedding could use updating and could have used more hangers and a few more supplies (dish detergent, toilet paper) for our 10 day stay. The fire alarm started chirping loudly in the master bedroom. When the friendly handyman came to change the battery, we discovered that the fire alarm in the hallway was also dead and the carbon monoxide detector had no batteries at all. I would recommend replacing all batteries and checking before guests check in.

This Property was absolutely amazing with a home away from home feel. We stayed for 4 days, and the proximity to town, rec center, ski resort, grocery store you just can't beat the location. It was my first time to Colorado, and this was definitely a great first impression. Sandy and Carla from Itrip were very helpful in getting me all the info I needed for this trip. We chose Breckenridge as our base to explore Pike's Peak, Rocky Mountain National Park, Aspen, Vail., and the surrounding area. It was a great visit.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this unit and loved Breckenridge! Townhouse was clean, nicely furnished & well equipped. The corner deck was so wonderful and loved all the aspen trees surrounding the complex! Very well stocked with paper products too, thank you. Two small things: we were told there would be a fan in each bedroom. Only the 2nd bedroom had a fan & fortunately we didn't need them during day & could crack windows a night as temps were mild. Also there was not a visitor parking pass in the red notebook and we had to write out our own with Sandy's information. Owner probably should correct both of these issues, but they are minor. Also IBreck/Itrip gave us all the check in/check out info and Breckenridge info we needed so thank you very much. Loved Breckenridge & hope to make it there again one day as we have kids now in Denver area! Will book with ya'll again. Thank you!

The townhouse was clean, roomy, bright and filled with all the necessary utensils . The location was very close to the town . Our family had a wonderful time. We will definitely be back !

Well, this was the first time we have ever done this. The process was easy enough. Price was well within our limits. Location was where we were not "in" downtown yet close enough for everything we needed and wanted to see. The pandemic did throw some curveballs our way. We had planned on skiing Breck. Due to the covid, limits were set for skiing and it was all booked. We found what we wanted at Keystone. No biggy. Snow is snow. The unit we booked was nice. Adequate space, had all we needed. Might add, the antique t.v. in the main bedroom was in need of retirement, small and old.. Other than that we are very happy with our booking. There are things to do at Breck that are free. Sledding at Crater Park for one. Thanks for a very nice Xmas!

iTrip managed the AirBnB rental my group used in Breckenridge over the 4th of July weekend. Communication was very clear, with check-in instructions emailed several days in advance, and then again the day before as a reminder. The process itself was simple and clear. We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to the shuttle made for a nice leisurely morning pre-ski. The place has everything you would need, but could use some TLC. The dishwasher doesn't work very well, so rehashing was required. The jetted tub was nice apre-ski, but there's were black bits floating in the water after. Overall, we had a great weekend and the communication from the team was very good.

This was the best condo for sure in this group of condos. Large end unit makes for a nice deck to sit in sunshine and enjoy the view. It's also stocked well with nice touches. Our only complaint is that the queen bed is awfully hard and we woke sore each morning. Wifi was troublesome first day, but manager came out and fixed it promptly.

Great place to stay in Breckenridge

We stayed at Kingdom Park 840 from December 25-29, 2017 visiting relatives who live in Breckenridge. There were 4 adults and my 11 month old grandson. This condo was perfect for us. The included high chair and pack and play were very helpful. The sleds and little hill right out the back door were fun for our daughter, son-in-law and grandson. One of the best parts was the free passes and proximity to the rec center. We took our grandson and Grandview to the open gym for children, used the pool and the workout equipment. Carla was very helpful with a couple small issues we had - we couldn't find the rec center passes and she provided a portable heater when my daughter thought one of the bedrooms was too cold. Our only small suggestion would be that some of the cooking pans be replaced. We would love to stay there again!

Just spent 5 nites at Kingdom Park unit 840. It was a fantastic unit! Easily accommodated 5 adults. The kitchne was well stocked with cooking utensils. Really enjoyed being in an end unit as it had more windows and light. Will certainly stay again.

Amazing town home!

I rented this town house for 3nights for my birthday, and it honestly made the celebration much more enjoyable! Enjoyed how cozy and home like it was, location is very convienent. We went a few days after a snow storm, so the fireplace was put to good use! Hopefully coming back during the warmer months later this year so we can walk to and from main st, instead of having to drive & find parking since we were only a 3 minute drive, 15 minute walk, away from all the fun that goes on at main st! We woke up to animal tracks all around the back and side of the house, so that made for a great view during breakfast! we had such an amazing time thanks to how awesome this place was! I will recommend it to anyone looking to visit the amazing town of Breckinridge!

Easy access to everything

We stayed at the Kingdom Park Townhome and loved it! We did not have a car and found it very easy to walk to town for dinners and entertainment and to take the yellow route on the Free Ride bus to the gondola when transporting gear. Townhouse was super comfy, great beds and clean and spacious. We didn't use the free access to the Rec Center but I could see that as a major plus for those with children as it is right next door. Would definitely stay here in the future!

My friends, family, and I visited Breckenridge for the first time in March. We went to celebrate my sister's birthday. The condo was incredibly clean and everything stocked that you could need, including extra blankets (which us FL girls need) The location couldn't have been better. It was very easy to get to downtown and the slopes. Also, check-in and check-out was a breeze. We would definitely stay there again. I thinm the only thing I wish we would have had was a hot tub on property that was easier to access than going the Rec center.

Best place to stay in breck

This place was amazing. Comfortable, clean, hot water, full kitchen and it was walking distance from ski rental, shuttle, downtown Breck, and grocery. Check in was seamless and easy. Same with check out. Two recommendations: I thought there would be a hot tub and there was not. Also more clarity around check out protocol. Overall great stay especially for the money. Will try to book exactly same place when I return!

Funny how hot water is listed - some would take this for granted, but it was hard to get that hot water heater replaced with a larger-capacity one with some space constraints and electrical panel upgrades that were needed. Our family stay was fantastic. The condo was well appointed, had a cozy gas fireplace in living area for gathering with family. Dining for 6, kitchen was well stocked with amenities as well. Bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths were a definite plus. We would definitely recommend this house and would stay there again!
