This home is well decorated and appointed for your Breckenridge Escape. It is a 5-minute drive to downtown. Easily located just East of downtown Breckenridge, this house is tucked into the forest of Baldy Mountain. Four-wheel drive or front-wheel drive with chains is required from October to May.
During the winter, you'll be treated to beautiful snowy mountain views all around the property.

*AVERAGE WEATHER* From late May through August, temperatures typically range from the mid-50s to mid-70s °F (13–24°C) during the day, with cooler nights dipping into the 30s and 40s °F (0–10°C). Afternoon thunderstorms are common in July and August but often brief, giving way to clear skies and fresh air.
