It is the perfect staycation destination with fast, free internet, a lovely wrap-around deck with a large hot tub. Located just three houses from Four O'Clock Run, this home is a premier winter skiing location. Excessive snow can sometimes eliminate the shortest route to the slope, but you have 2 other ways to access the slopes: either walk 4 minutes to the slopes or walk 3 minutes to the bus. Take your skiing lunch break at Fox Run!!

For summer, it is a short walk to Peak 8's Fun Park and trails for hiking and biking. Roast s' mores over the fabulous propane fire pit or play horseshoes in the backyard during the summer.

*Easy Access to Town* Walk down to town and take the gondola or bus back home! The bus stop is about a 5-minute walk.

iTrip Vacations-Breckenridge (IVB) & the reserving guest (Tenant) agrees as follows:Tenant is at least twenty-five years of age & will be an occupant of the property during the entire reserved dates. Other authorized occupants may be family members or friends of Tenant.LATE DEPARTURE FEE:10 AM local is check-out time. A charge up to $100 per hour. PARKING Capacity is in the property listing, guest book &/or IVB mobile app, & required parking passes are located in the property in the guest books or another location that will be designated. If instructions are not followed & signs are disregarded, we cannot be responsible for towing charges that may occur. NO PETS unless specified in listing. NO SMOKING: If evidence of either is found in/on property you will be required to vacate immediately.There shall be no refund of any part of Rental Amount; there will be a minimum charge of $200 charged, which may be increased upon inspection of Premises.RULES:Tenant shall leave Premises & its contents in same condition as Tenant found the Premises to be upon move-in. Tenant shall wash dishes & shall remove all garbage from Premises & place in garage receptacles. If excessive trash is found &/or if cleaning crew must spend excessive time to clean property after the stay, there will be an additional cleaning hourly fee charged. Tenant shall not remove furnishings from Premises, including use out of doors or in other properties.Tenant & their guests shall obey all federal, state, & local laws at all times while they are on Premises. Failure to abide & adhere to Rules subject Tenant to termination of this agreement, removal from Premises & forfeiture of Rental Amount. If more people than property's max guest number are allowed to enter the property (i.e. for an event/party) numbers & circumstance need to be communicated to IVB & agreed to before the reservation is finalized. NO FIREARMS/WEAPONS at any of our properties even if you are legally authorized to carry one. SKI STORAGE: Ski/board equipment must be stored in location designated in guest instructions.FALSIFIED RESERVATION:Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of Rental Amount.HOUSEKEEPING:Daily maid service is available but NOT included with the rental. SUPPLIES:A one-time setup of linens & towels is included at all properties. Starter supplies of trash liners, paper & soaps, & household are provided. Supplies beyond the initial setup are the guests' responsibility. Linens & towels are not to be taken from the Premises or used to remove makeup.Certain properties, noted in the property listing as such, have unlimited supplies of certain household products of shampoo, hand soap, laundry soap, all paper supplies, & trash bags.UTILITY OUTAGES-MAINTENANCE:Please report any maintenance needs for Premises to IVB & we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including heating, appliances, TVs, & stereos. No compensation will be given for temporary outages of utilities, including electricity, gas, water, cable, or telephone service. Report outages immediately & all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible. Please note that long-distance calls are restricted. No compensation will be offered for issues that go unreported until after departure. KEYS:Please read your email for specific access instructions. If property has an electronic keyless entry unit, you will receive password & operating instructions prior to arrival. All keys are to be returned to the location they were found in upon checkout. Tenants not returning keys will be charged $100.ENTRY BY IVB:IVB will always attempt to contact you in case access to property is needed.The following circumstances would be: in case of emergency; to make any necessary or agreed-upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary services or show the Premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. IVB will provide guests as much notice as possible in case we need access.HOLD HARMLESS:Tenant shall release IVB & Owner & indemnify & hold them harmless from any & all claims for liability, loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. We have never stayed in a rental house or hotel that was cleaner! Everything was spic and span including all bathrooms and appliances. The large house’s kitchen was completely stocked and ready for any level cook. It was so unusual for a house to be already stocked with condiments, spices and even coffee. The house has been designed to accommodate large families . The first floor has two large entertaining areas with 2 fireplaces to keep you toasty. There are 3 levels: lower level with 2 bedrooms is perfect for the kiddos. It also has a pool table and large entertainment area, 1st floor has a large bedroom , kitchen and entertainment, and second floor has 2 large bedrooms. Great amenities include: heated boot/ski room with boot warmers, hot tub, grill, many TVs, lots of games, jacuzzi, perfect layout and lots of brand new beautiful furniture. The location couldn’t be better: ski-in ski out, 1.6 miles to all the Breck amenities and less than a mile to main ski drop off. This is a family owned home and you can tell they really care about their property. You will love the home and location.

The house in Fox Run was not only beautiful, but spacious, had the most amazing lay-out, was well stocked (condiments, spices, coffee, charging cords, games, etc.), had comfortable beds with top of the line linens and towels. We had a family group visit Breckenridge and stay at this property. What an amazing home and hosts. Place was very, very clean and well appointed to the very last details. Location was perfect and steps away off of 4 O'Clock Run where we could ski out in the morning and end the day without hassle. The "ski room" (they call it a mud room) was great for leaving your ski's overnight and having boot warmers to dry out our boots. Overall - Excellent.

Living in Denver we use VRBO a lot and without question this is the best home we have stayed at. From everything being in the kitchen necessary, to soaps, lotions, grill, hot tub, entertainment areas, pool table and ski in/ski out, this is an excellent rental!

Well stocked with everything you need. Truly ski on/ski off: here’s how to get onto the mountain. Pop into your skis right at the front door and ski along the side of the house and down to Four O’Clock Run. At the end of the day, turn off Four O’Clock Run a couple hundred yards after the Ski Cat storage/parking area on a little turn off to the left…this drops you 3 houses up, you can ski right to the driveway. Hot tub is oversized and easily fits a lot of people, and great view. Basement area with pool table, huge couch and TV was perfect for the kids. Everyone had their own bathroom and there’s plenty of space for 12 people…we had 3 families - there’s a whole extra room for ski boot/ski storage that’s super convenient right at the front entrance. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect for my large group. My group travels around the world for our annual ski trips and this property was the 2nd best price-to-value we've seen (usurped only by a property in Big Sky, which makes sense since there's less demand there.) Management was super responsive as well. Highly recommended.

This house was great! Lots of space, with comfortable beds, and all amenities. The ski out worked really well for us too. There is a short uphill walk along the road to the place to ski out, but this is so much quicker than driving to Gondola. No complaints about this house!

We rented Fox Run last minute to abide by the Covid health order and separate our families! This house was amazing. From the hot tub, pool table, jacuzzi tub, steamed showers, heated floors, Christmas decorations, and ski locker room, we could not have asked for more! The ski in and out was super convenient for our group. My 15 year old did not have to wait on everyone else and could take off by himself. We can not wait to come back and enjoy this house with our family and friends!

Fox Run was the perfect location for our group of 10; we never felt crowded. One of my favorite amenities that I wasn't expecting to fall in love with was the steam showers! These were a life saver after a long day on the slopes. The mudroom was fantastic with boot and glove dryers and lots of space to keep helmets, hangars for jackets, and outdoor racks for skis. The ski in ski out took a day or two to figure out the perfect location. Going down directly out back of the house was steep but mainly due to lots of snow! We just walked left out of the house, up the street about 3 houses and dropped in right there EASY - made our way to the snowflake lift and down to peak 8 or 9. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Pots, pans, bowls, wine glasses, really everything you could think of. There were plenty of towels for the bathrooms and hot tub. This was truly a perfect vacation, and we would book this place again!

Fox Run was the perfect getaway house for my group of friends ski trip. Ski in/out is super easy to figure out and barely requires any walking. The hot tub makes for a very relaxing afternoon post skiing. The entire house is very luxurious and can accommodate a lot of people while still allowing everyone some personal space. The free activities iTrip has to offer are also very nice. I highly recommend booking this house for your next ski trip!!

My family and I stayed Christmas and two days afterward, at the FoxRun Property. I blindfolded my family as we approached the property and let them see it for the first time, as they stood in the fresh snow with the alpine mountain back drop. Upon entry into the property my wife, 3 kids, and parents all gasped and cheered as they took the blindfolds off. We were all very blown away by how detailed the FoxRun owners had been. They had literally thought of everything. We opened Christmas Presents that morning and the owners had even planned on us needing small tools like screw drivers, batteries, and spare trash bags. The kitchen was stocked with absolutely anything we needed, including all pots, pans, dishes, and two different coffee makers. The bed rooms were immaculate with the most comfortable and soft sheets. All blankets and towels were provided. Each bathroom shower also doubled as a steam room. Blow Away... The pool table and game room were a favorite for the kids and the perfectly kept hot tub was an adult favorite. In addition the pool table and game room, the owners had almost every board game you could think of and also almost any Christmas Movie DVD anyone could ask for. We would highly recommend this property to anyone and will be booking it again for future stays.

We rented Fox Run to celebrate my parent's 50th anniversary. It was amazing! The house has plenty of space for large groups and is packed full of amenities (games, pool table, TVs, bluetooth speakers, etc). The house was very well stocked with towels, dishes, cookware, and pretty much everything you needed to feel at home. The home was conveniently located to town, hiking, and the kids activities. We had a minor issue with the TV in the master bedroom and the hot tub when we arrived, however, Carla was very quick to resolve both items! Carla was a pleasure to work with and she was very responsive. Our family would definitely rent Fox Run again in the future!

Fox Run was a wonderful home away from home for the 10 of us. Shortly after arriving, we saw a fox below the back deck and a moose at the end of the street. It was a great beginning to a week of relaxation, jeeping the area mountain trails, seeing lots of wildlife and enjoy the town. A group of family and friends booked this chalet for a Breckenridge trip (which was a first time for most all of us). We were all thoroughly impressed. Everything was well thought out and furnished: from the boot and glove dryers, to the heated walkways to the hot tub on the deck, to the double oven in the kitchen... This place had all the comforts of home! The host even helped accommodate our need for an extended checkout. Would highly recommend staying here and will try to book again for our next Breck visit. We had a wonderful experience! This home accommodates multiple people at one time. We were able to rest and enjoy our vacation with adequate space. We had adults and children on this trip. We had a great time, the house we rent was exactly as described and more, we where overwhelmed wit all the kitchen accessories, no need to buy salt, pepper mayo, you name it, everything was there, the jacuzzi worked great as well as the barbecue grill, and had gas tanks replacement in the house, it was super clean as everything else. We definitely recommend this place and do it through iTrip, very friendly and accessible persons. The only thing we don't recommend is to rent ski equipment from Ski Butlers, good service, but poor quality equipment, its better to go to the store and tent it there. Again, thank you very much.

This house worked perfect for our group. We had 4 adults and 5 kids with lots of stuff and never felt crowded. House was super clean with lots of extras. House was furnished with everything you need to cook. The location was perfect. We will be going there again.

We had 3 families staying together for a ski trip and this house was perfect! There are 3 "master" bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, and a basement area to keep the kids happy! With 15 of us staying there, we never felt on top of each other....plenty of space. The house is also well stocked. Plenty of plates, kitchen items, towels, linen..etc. They even provide some of the house basics (detergent, shampoo, etc). They were also very upfront on the ski in/ski out portion of the property. We had a TON of snow when we were there and were able to ski out the back yard and to ski in you had to pop out of you skis, walk up a snow packed hill and then down a 3-4 houses. The ski in was a little daunting, but all the other pluses of this property made up for it. Would stay here again and recommend.
