Located on a near-full acre surrounded by lodgepole pines and evergreens on the Gondola Trail, but only 4 minutes above the heart of Breckenridge and the Gondola Parking Lots. Local access to hiking, cross-country, snowshoeing, and biking trails. 24-7 local professional management if you need anything during your stay.
The Space:
The new listing was professionally decorated in 2018, with new appliances in the kitchen. A heated garage is attached to the main level. Walnut hardwood floors, a stone fireplace, and lots of windows allow you to enjoy 360-degree views. There is plenty of room for everyone in this home! The kitchen includes a gas range, double oven, standard drip coffee maker, dishwasher, and ice maker. Large bedrooms have individual heating. There is a large deck overlooking Peak 8. There is a ping-pong table with paddles and balls downstairs!

*AVERAGE WEATHER* From late May through August, temperatures typically range from the mid-50s to mid-70s °F (13–24°C) during the day, with cooler nights dipping into the 30s and 40s °F (0–10°C). Afternoon thunderstorms are common in July and August but often brief, giving way to clear skies and fresh air.
