Allow us to introduce our spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom second-floor lakefront condominium situated within the esteemed River Strand Golf & Country Club. This property offers an ideal retreat for snowbirds seeking a pleasant short-term or mid-term stay.
Our tranquil condominium features a delightful sunrise vista from the lanai, which overlooks a serene pond frequented by local wildlife, as well as a peaceful golf course. Guests can readily appreciate the calm and quietude of this beautiful setting. For those who enjoy the coast, numerous picturesque Gulf beaches are conveniently located within a short drive. For travelers working from home, this unit offers a desk with a picturesque view when you need it.
Our condominium provides an excellent combination of comfort and convenience, with close proximity to a variety of shopping and dining establishments. 1 small dog would be considered with PRIOR approval from management company and a paid pet fee of $200 plus tax. The pet fee is NOT included in the rental and will be requested once the reservation has been confirmed. NO CATS
Guests have the opportunity to access the comprehensive amenities of River Strand Golf & Country Club; you will be entitled to utilize the spectacularly maintained 27-hole golf course. Green fees will be charged, but you are invited to play this course, enjoy the relaxing resort-style pool and tiki bar, and the well-appointed fitness facilities. In addition, several well-maintained tennis and pickleball courts are available for your enjoyment.

2—Treat this home as if it were your own.
3—Pets are allowed with prior approval and a 200.00 pet fee. Pet fee is not included in rent, but will be requested as an additional fee after booking This fee will not cover damages caused by the pet.
4—Report any damage to the home to your host immediately.
5—At the end of your stay place garbage and recycling in the bins outside the unit.
6—Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping.
7—Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
8—Smoking is not allowed in the unit.
9—Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
10—Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
11—Please observe quiet time after 10:00 pm. Loud music and outdoor entertainment is prohibited.
12-Some properties have an HOA that require us to request the guests email and/or phone number to complete resort application.
13-There may be security cameras/Ring Doorbell camera, and/ or noise sensors on the property. No cameras face private living areas and noise sensors do not record any voices, just measure noise decibels.
