Lovely pool home located in a quiet safe neighborhood in West Bradenton. This home has a private in-ground pool with outdoor seating which is the perfect spot to relax with a cool drink after a day at the beach. The lighting around the pool area provides nice evening ambiance. There is an outdoor grill perfect for a BBQ by the pool on days you are not at the beach. This home offers true Florida living!

The living room is spacious and newly decorated with seating that is perfect for watching shows or news on the large screen TV. In the living room there is a sofa that pulls out to a queen size bed. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with ample dresser space to unpack. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and a bunk bed (full size bed on bottom, twin size bed on top) perfect for kids. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a large open kitchen that is fully stocked with dishes, stemware, and basic appliances to enjoy meals made at home. The kitchen has a large eat-in-bar style area or choose to have meals on one of the two outside tables.

Feel like venturing out for a day? Only 5 minutes from state-of-the-art GT Bray Recreation center featuring a fitness center, group exercise classes, an Olympic-sized pool, kiddie pool and splash pad, teen center, skate park, clay tennis courts, pickleball, and a gym to play basketball and volleyball.

The Shoppes of Paradise Bay Plaza is just 1.9 miles away (4 minutes) and offers grocery shopping, restaurants, a Starbucks coffee shop, and a Dollar Store. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 20-minute drive (10.5 miles) south and downtown Sarasota and St Armands Circle are about 30-minute drive south which is a great place to watch a sunset from a rooftop bar with causal and upscale dining and shopping. You don't need to go that far for dining options as Longboat Key, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria Island all have great places to eat and things to do by the beach. Don't forget a trip to downtown Bradenton which is on the Manatee River and also has bars, restaurants, and Village of the Arts. The Village of the Arts is an eclectic live-work community made up of colorful historic cottages that house everything from award-winning restaurants to specialty shops, studios, healing arts, bakeries, and Bradenton’s best art galleries.

Frequently Asked Questions

1—Please no parties, we want you to enjoy each other and have a great time but disruptive parties are not permitted.  This is a residential neighborhood and the authorities will be called if you cause a disturbance.  
2—Treat this home as if it were your own.
3—Pets are not allowed. 
4—Report any damage to the home to your host immediately.
5—At the end of your stay place garbage and recycling in the bins in the garage or place the bins outside if it is a garbage pick up day.
6—Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping.
7—Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
8—Smoking is not allowed in the unit.
9—Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
10—Garage door opener is to be returned upon move-out by Tenant if provided.  There will be a $50.00 charge if lost or missing upon check-out.
11—Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
12—Please observe quiet time after 10:00 pm.  Loud music and outdoor entertainment is prohibited.
You agree to only operate fans in the bathroom 20 minutes before and after bath or shower.
14- Swim at your own risk, children should be monitored at all times around the pool. Do you not tamper with pool equipment or settings.
15- Bicycles in the garage are not for guest use.


Great house terrible company unprofessional

As far as the house goes it was pretty nice and had plenty of room and a nice pool and patio. Unfortunately the company managing the property not so much, i called several times over vacation for no one to ever pickup finally got a text response back. We asked for the remaining days for the pool to be heated, the next day the pool was colder then the day before. We got well it has not ran all sukmer so it needs serviced and it was left at that instead of trying to get it working. After trying to call omce again and no answers i got another text back and let them know and they said oh well we just want charge you. Got home to see an email that they intact did send a bill for heating the pool. Tried calling yet again no one, i sent another text no response no call nothing. 24 hours later i check the account and the charge is gone. But they could not take the 5 minutes to respond? Very unprofessional.

You requested pool heat after you arrived and we came over immediately and put it on. You called the next day reporting that it was not heating up. We called for service and the pool company was dispatched and told us it was working and you never called back again to say otherwise so we considered it fixed. We also told you that we would not charge your credit card for the pool heating because of the issue. We did call you back every time you called and or left voicemail messages when you did not pick-up so saying we did not respond to you is grossly inaccurate. Other than the pool heating issue, we are glad to liked the house.

Great Family Retreat

We had a once in a lifetime family get together and this lovely home provided a great opportunity to make it happen. The home was clean and cheerfully decorated. The pool area was a terrific place to get the crowd together. Our family ages range from a two year old and up to Grandparents. Everyone had a very nice time. The property managers were great to work with. Highly recommend this property.
