One well behaved dog would be CONSIDERED with a paid pet fee of $200.00 plus tax. Check with the property manager for approval before booking. NO CATS

We provide a "starter Kit" of paper towels, Toilet paper, garbage bag, dish and laundry pods to get you started on your stay

Outdoor private saltwater pool in the fenced backyard. The pool can be heated during the cooler months of Dec-Apr for an additional fee of 35.00 a day. Please order before arrival to ensure that pool is on upon arrival.

Welcome home to Tropical Villa Escape in the highly desirable neighborhood of Palma Sola Park just 15 minutes from beaches! This Mediterranean-style 4 Bedroom home with private saltwater heated pool is perfectly placed on an almost half-acre maturely landscaped lot. Upon entering the home, you are greeted with the open living room with wood-look floor tile, a kitchen with granite countertops and all-white cabinetry, and a dining room that is opened to a wonderful screen in Lanai. The first level of the home has a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and another guest room with access to the hallway bathroom. The second level has another beautiful large room with a king bed and balcony. The other guest room has a Queen bed and both rooms have access to a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The main highlight of this home is the private salt-water heated pool. Plenty of seating and a dining table with an umbrella for lovely meals outside alfresco. There is a propane grill outside for those afternoons you want to BBQ and hang out by the pool. This home is very close to Palma Sola Park in a very walkable family safe neighborhood.

The best part of being in West Bradenton is that you are minutes from the white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. There are also several wildlife preserves nearby, great for hiking and biking. If you would rather fish for the afternoon, there are also great spots at piers around the area. This comfortable private home is located just 4.8 miles from Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria Island Beach is just 5.9 miles away. The Shoppes of Paradise Bay plaza is just about .5 miles away and offers grocery shopping, restaurants, a Starbucks coffee shop, and a Dollar Tree store. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 20-minute drive (10.1 miles) south and downtown Sarasota and St Armands circle is about 30-minute drive south which is a great place for watching a sunset from a rooftop bar and casual and upscale dining and shopping. You don't need to go that far for dining options as Longboat Key, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria Island all have great places to eat and things to do by the beach. Don't forget a trip to downtown Bradenton which is on the water and also has bars, restaurants, and Village of the Arts. The Village of the Arts is an eclectic live-work community made up of colorful historic cottages that house everything from award-winning restaurants to specialty shops, studios, healing arts, bakeries, and Bradenton’s best art galleries.

Frequently Asked Questions

1—Please no parties, we want you to enjoy each other and have a great time but disruptive parties are not permitted.  This is a residential neighborhood and the authorities will be called if you cause a disturbance.  
2—Treat this home as if it were your own.
3—Pets are not allowed. 
4—Report any damage to the home to your host immediately.
5—At the end of your stay place garbage in the bins in the garage or place the bins outside if it is a garbage pick-up day.
6—Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping.
7—Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
8—Smoking is not allowed in the unit.
9—Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
10—Garage door opener is to be returned upon move-out by Tenant if provided.  There will be a $50.00 charge if lost or missing upon check-out.
11—Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenants to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
12—Please observe quiet time after 10:00 pm.  Loud music and outdoor entertainment are prohibited.
13- Swim at your own risk, children should be monitored at all times around the pool. Do you not tamper with pool equipment or settings.
