Soft coastal blues, tropical accent walls, fun starfish furnishings and light-filled rooms give the property personality from the moment you arrive.

The spacious living room offers comfortable seating for movie nights and downtime after a day in the sun, along with a large-screen TV. The dining area features a large table for group meals, games and conversation, plus additional counter-style seating nearby. Whether you're serving pancakes before a beach day, ordering takeout for the whole crew or gathering for dinner after an afternoon in the pool, there's space to enjoy it together. The bright kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, generous cabinetry and plenty of workspace for preparing meals and snacks. And there's an added vacation bonus: the home's dedicated beverage station includes a Ninja coffee maker and Margaritaville frozen-drink machine—because morning coffee and frozen poolside drinks deserve equal consideration on vacation. Sliding doors and oversized windows bring in natural light and help connect the indoor spaces with the pool and outdoors.

But the real star is waiting just outside. Step through the doors to your private backyard pool, where sunny Florida days are meant to be spent. Swim, lounge beneath the umbrella, enjoy a drink poolside, fire up the grill, or challenge the kids to a game of pool basketball. The spacious pool deck offers plenty of room for everyone, while the fenced pool area adds an extra layer of separation from the surrounding yard. With 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and additional sleeping space in the living room, the home's layout works especially well for extended families, two families traveling together, grandparents joining the trip, or groups who want both shared spaces and privacy. The spacious primary suite is a standout in its own right, with a king bed, private ensuite bathroom, TV, comfortable seating and direct access toward the pool area. The coastal palette, oversized room and abundance of natural light create a peaceful place to recharge away from the main gathering spaces. A second king bedroom with its own ensuite bath gives another couple or guest the privacy they want, while the queen guest bedroom provides another comfortable retreat. For younger guests, the bunk room makes bedtime part of the fun. With two twin-over-twin bunk beds, cousins, siblings and friends can have their own space while the adults enjoy theirs.
