You will feel right at home in this lovely updated family and fido-friendly, heated pool home located in sunny Bradenton, Florida. Let your well-behaved furry friend check out the backyard as it’s fenced-in and private. (prior approval for Fido required). Please note the home has a private regular-sized pool and the park nearby has an Olympic-sized pool.

This comfortable private home is located just 1 mile away from John H. Marble Park with tennis courts, a basketball court, public swimming pool and much more. Take a short stroll to the neighborhood park and enjoy the family time under the roof providing shade and multiple picnic tables for brunch on a lovely Sunday afternoon or anytime you wish. Play basketball or bring your tennis racquet because both these courts are available. Prefer an Olympic-sized swimming pool over your private swimming pool? No problem because this park has one. It has 6 lanes from 4 to 12 ft. deep for those who love to swim laps….jump in!

Plenty of world-class beaches all close by. Try a different one every day. Bradenton Beach is 22 minutes, Lido Beach is 25 minutes and Anna Maria Island is 28 minutes. Holmes Beach and Coquina Beach are both 30 minutes and Siesta Key Beach is 35 minutes. Plenty of convenient shopping and restaurants all within 3 minutes. 2 hours and 40 minutes to Disney Parks. i75 is 10 minutes away, so moving north or south in the state is a breeze. Downtown Sarasota is 18 minutes and downtown St. Pete is 40 minutes. Tampa and Ybor City is only 47 minutes away and this place even makes sense for some of the Tampa conferences where hotel rooms can be pricy. Great public golfing about 22 minutes.

Plenty of shopping nearby, too. The famous Ellenton Outlets is only 18 minutes away and the brand new huge Mall at University Town Center is only 13 minutes away. Walmart Supercenter is 4 minutes (just 1 mile) and the nearest Publix supermarket is 6 minutes or 1.7 miles.

Walk into the house through the 2 car garage into the kitchen. It's fully stocked with dishes, stemware and basic appliances. Nicely updated with white cabinets, large pantry, new tile floors and stainless steel appliances. There is plenty of counter space to easily prepare all your meals if you prefer.

The living room space is comfortably furnished with sofa and chairs. Enjoy the WiFi and Direct Streaming TV on the 46" Samsung. Sliders in the living room open up into the enclosed patio. Enjoy a meal out on the patio as there is a dining table for 4 people. Just enter through the patio door to the optionally heated swimming pool that is also enclosed from the Florida bugs. On the end of the pool under shade is a sitting area with outdoor love seat, coffee table and two chairs. Relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the fresh air.

The second bedroom has a queen bed decorated with neutral colors of beige and soft white. A large window allows the morning sun to gently roll in. Wood tile floors are comfortably cool under your suntanned feet. The third bedroom has two twin beds that can be pushed together to make one king bed. Another twin mattress is available to use with a stow-away bed frame. Extra sheets are available.

Should you want to bring your well-behaved dog, no problem. Prior written approval is required however along with a pet fee.

Pool heat is available for the cooler months. Please let us know if you want to heat the pool as there is an extra charge that will be applied. We only want to cover the cost to heat the pool

1—Please no parties, we want you to enjoy each other and have a great time but disruptive parties are not permitted.  This is a residential neighborhood and the authorities will be called if you cause a disturbance.  
2—Treat this home as if it were your own.
3—Pets are allowed with prior approval and a 200.00 pet fee. The pet fee is for the privilege of having one (1) pet on the premises and does not cover any damages caused by your pet.  Your payment of the pet fee is your agreement and authorization to be billed for all damages your pet may cause to premises (which includes the interior/exterior of the house and all contents).  Please be mindful that pet damage may include, but is not limited to, damages such as scratched, gnawed, biting of any surfaces, furniture, walls, floors, landscaping, plants or other pet damages.  
4—Report any damage to the home to your host immediately.
5—At the end of your stay place garbage and recycling in the bins in garage or place the bins outside if it is a garbage pick up day.
6—Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping.
7—Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
8—Smoking is not allowed in the unit.
9—Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
10—Garage door opener is to be returned upon move-out by Tenant if provided.  There will be a $25.00 charge if lost or missing upon check-out.
11—Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
12—Please observe quiet time after 10:00 pm.  Loud music and outdoor entertainment is prohibited.
13—Swim at your own risk, children should be monitored at all times around the pool. Do you not tamper with pool equipment or settings.
14- You agree to only operate fans in bathroom 20 minutes before and after bath or shower.

Nice Quiet Rental with Pool

3 bedroom/ 2 bath home is located in a quieter neighborhood. Only occasional noise from neighborhood children playing. Open living area was fine for the four in our family. The three bedrooms were nice, but smaller two bedrooms only had block and cube clothing storage. A smaller dresser (in each of those two rooms) would have been nice for the month we were there. Master bedroom did have a dresser. The kitchen was well appointed. Towels, beach towels, and beach chairs were supplied. We loved the outdoor spaces the best - the pool and yard. Loved the lanai, seating near pool and place to eat outdoors, hammock in yard. Good location for access to businesses restaurants on SR 70. At least a half hour to travel to beach areas.

We very much enjoyed our home away from home in Bradenton! The house was nicely remodeled, well equipped and very comfortable. The pool and lanai were wonderful for afternoon and happy hour relaxing. Several beaches and other attractions were reachable in 30 minutes or less. Special thanks to Jerry and the management company for being very responsive to our needs. We highly recommend this home!
