Welcome to Manatee Lagoon, your own slice of Florida waterfront paradise! Tucked away in the peaceful Hidden Lagoon community of Bradenton, this beautiful coastal retreat is made for sunny pool days, dinners by the water, and laid-back evenings under the lanai.
With a private heated pool, oversized dock, waterfront views, and direct boating access toward the Manatee River and Gulf of Mexico, Manatee Lagoon gives you plenty of reasons to spend your vacation outside.
Perfect for up to 4 guests, the home features three bedrooms with 1 King bed and 2 Queen beds, giving couples, families, or friends plenty of room to spread out and relax.
Step Inside
Bright, open, and filled with Florida sunshine, Manatee Lagoon combines modern style with an easygoing vacation feel. Soaring ceilings, beautiful marble floors, and large sliding glass doors connect the indoor living spaces with the pool and waterfront just outside.
The open kitchen, dining, and living areas make it easy for everyone to stay together—whether you're making breakfast before heading out on the water, enjoying drinks by the pool, or settling in after a day exploring Florida's Gulf Coast.
The first-floor King primary suite is its own private escape, complete with sliding doors leading directly to the pool and lanai. The spa-inspired ensuite features a soaking tub, oversized walk-in shower, dual vanities, and spacious walk-in closet.
Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable Queen bed.

PET POLICY
We’re happy to consider one well-behaved dog with prior management approval. No cats are permitted.
Please contact us before booking to request pet approval. Once approved, a $200 pet fee plus applicable tax will be added to the reservation.
POOL HEATING
Pool heating is available during the cooler months November–April for $35 per day plus tax.
Please contact the property manager to reserve pool heating at least 3 days before arrival.

2—Treat this home as if it were your own.
3—Pets are allowed with prior approval and a 200.00 pet fee. This will be requested as an additional fee after booking. This fee will not cover damages caused by the pet. NO DOGS IN POOL and will result in $500 fine for new filters and sanitary cleaning.
4—Report any damage to the home to your host immediately.
5—At the end of your stay place garbage and recycling in the bins and leave at curb
6—Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
7—Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
8—Smoking is not allowed in the unit and will result in $500 smoke remediation fine
9—Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
10—Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
11—Please observe quiet time after 10:00 pm. Loud music and outdoor entertainment is prohibited.
12-Swim at your own risk, children should be monitored at all times around the pool. Do you not tamper with pool equipment or settings.
13-Some properties have an HOA that require us to request the guests email and/or phone number to complete resort application.
14-There may be security cameras/Ring Doorbell camera, and/ or noise sensors on the property. No cameras face private living areas and noise sensors do not record any voices, just measure noise decibels.
