Welcome to the Laughing Pelican Pool Home!
Lovely pool home located in a quiet safe neighborhood in West Bradenton. This home has a private in-ground pool with outdoor seating which is the perfect spot to relax with a cool drink after a day at the beach. There is an outdoor grill for a BBQ by the pool on days you are not at the beach. The living room is spacious and newly decorated with seating that is perfect for watching shows or news on the large screen TV. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, wall-mounted TV, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet with ample space to unpack. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a large open kitchen that is fully stocked with dishes, stemware, and basic appliances to enjoy meals made at home. The kitchen has a large eat-in bar-style area or choose to have meals on one of the two outside tables.
Feel like venturing out for a day? Only 7 minutes from state-of-the-art GT Bray Recreation center featuring a fitness center, group exercise classes, an Olympic-sized pool, kiddie pool and splash pad, teen center, skate park, clay tennis courts, pickleball, and a gym to play basketball and volleyball.

There is a Publix grocery store on Manatee Avenue that is 6 minutes away (1.2 miles) The Shoppes of Paradise Bay plaza is just 1.9 miles away ( 4 minutes) and offers grocery shopping, restaurants, a Starbucks coffee shop, and a Dollar Store. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 20-minute drive (10.5 miles) south and downtown Sarasota and St Armands Circle is about a 30-minute drive south which is a great place to watch a sunset from a rooftop bar with causal and upscale dining and shopping. You do not need to go that far for dining options as Longboat Key, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria Island all have great places to eat and things to do by the beach. Do not forget a trip to downtown Bradenton which is on the Manatee River and also has bars, restaurants, and Village of the Arts. The Village of the Arts is an eclectic live-work community made up of colorful historic cottages that house everything from award-winning restaurants to specialty shops, studios, healing arts, bakeries, and Bradenton’s best art galleries.

2—Treat this home as if it were your own.
3—Pets are not allowed.
4—Report any damage to the home to your host immediately.
5—At the end of your stay place garbage and recycling in the bins in garage or place the bins outside if it is a garbage pick up day.
6—Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping.
7—Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
8—Smoking is not allowed in the unit.
9—Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
10—Garage door opener is to be returned upon move-out by Tenant if provided. There will be a $50.00 charge if lost or missing upon check-out.
11—Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
12—Please observe quiet time after 10:00 pm. Loud music and outdoor entertainment is prohibited.
13-You agree to only operate fans in bathroom 20 minutes before and after bath or shower.
14- Swim at your own risk, children should be monitored at all times around the pool. Do you not tamper with pool equipment or settings.
