Delightful lake view from the lanai with a small paver patio all under the boughs of a majestic chandelier tree. 2 Bedrooms/2 full bathrooms - Master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. Spacious open Eat-in kitchen also shares a view of the lake, as does the Master Bedroom. Lovely little front courtyard as well for relaxing and soaking up the sun. This home is stocked with all the things you need to enjoy your stay. From area maps and magazines in the sitting room, to board games, card games, movies, golf clubs, a writing desk, and more. Pet friendly community and located in a very desirable West Bradenton area. Community Center with Swimming Pool, Basketball, Tennis, Shuffleboard, and events will keep you entertained. Community is centrally located just a short drive to beaches, medical facilities, IMG Academy, restaurants and shopping. 10 minutes for GT Bray Park and Rec with access to Pickleball, Tennis, Playground, Skate Park, etc. Property equipped with two beach chairs, one small cooler, and a beach umbrella for your use during your stay.

2—Treat this home as if it were your own.
3—Report any damage to the home to your host immediately.
4—At the end of your stay place garbage and recycling in the bins in the garage or place the bins outside if it is a garbage pick-up day.
5—Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping.
6—Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
7—Smoking is not allowed in the unit.
8—Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
9—Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
10—Please observe quiet time after 10:00 pm. Loud music and outdoor entertainment is prohibited.
11- Swim at your own risk, children should be monitored at all times around the pool. Do not tamper with pool equipment or settings.
