OUTDOOR: This home is situated just steps from the heated swimming pool, splash pad, covered BBQ grill area with outdoor tables and chairs, and playground in addition to all that Anna Maria Island has to offer with its sugar sand beaches and dining opportunities. Pool is handicapped accessible. The location is fantastic, one mile to beautiful beaches, restaurants, parks, and entertainment. Outdoor activities include walking trails of Robinson Preserve! The condo building sits on the intercoastal waterway of the Anna Maria Island Sound and has direct access to a marina and dock for boating. You can bring your own boat and keep it at the marina that adjoins our property (not included in rent).

All renters have access to the amenities right outside our front door as well as the new Floridays / Jimmy Buffet restaurant and Compass Hotel lobby restaurant. The Compass hotel lobby is great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner as well as the Jimmy Buffet Floridays restaurant for easy on-site dining with fantastic water views. Literally right next door, we are the closest building to the new added features. Free trolley stop is located one minute away in the public beach parking lot. A brand-new FREE jungle gym recently opened in Robinson Preserve, which is next door to our brand-new condo. PARKING: Gated community with an assigned parking space under the building as well as a storage unit for beach supplies. Beach supplies include beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and beach cart.

Pickleball enthusiasts- 24 public state of the art pickle ball courts, mostly undercover with ceiling fans.

****Resort Amenities for SHORT TERM STAYS (less than one month) include covered parking, free Wi-Fi, a private resort-style heated pool with clubhouse, a children's tot lot area, a splash zone, and a BBQ grilling area with picnic tables.

****Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for 30 days or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pool overlooking the intercoastal, hot tub and beach area. Fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn, kayaks with two launches, three additional private pools and a hot tub are also included. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along the quiet waters of a large lagoon and lush landscaping throughout the community.

PLEASE NOTE- For extended stays of 60 days or more we require a mid-stay clean be done by our cleaners. A member of our team will reach out upon your booking to coordinate the fee and scheduling. $150 replacement fee for lost Fob or Lockbox Keys.
