Other Things to Note:
Membership transfer is included in the rental fee. This allows the membership to be transferred to the two main guests on the reservation provided they are "one household unit" and can show the same living address on a photo ID. Any additional guests would be considered "guests of the renters" and would only be able to use the amenities while being accompanied by the designated guest. Please reach out with any questions around this Lakewood National policy. We are always happy to help.
One small well-behaved dog would be considered, check with the property manager for approval before booking. If approved, pet fee is 200.00 plus tax per stay and is not included in rental. NO CATS
For extended stays of 60 days or more we require a mid-stay clean be done by our cleaners. A member of our team will reach out upon your booking to coordinate the fee and scheduling. Professionally cleaned and sanitized per CDC guidelines between each guest stay

2—Treat this home as if it were your own.
3—One small dog may be allowed with prior approval and a 200.00 pet fee. Pet fee is not included in rent, but will be requested as an additional fee after booking This fee will not cover damages caused by the pet.
4—Report any damage to the home to your host immediately.
5—At the end of your stay place garbage and recycling in the bins outside the unit.
6—Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
7—Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
8—Smoking/Vaping is not allowed in the unit and a $500 fine for smell remediation may be applicable if smoke smell is found.
9—Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
10—Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
11—Please observe quiet time after 10:00 pm. Loud music and outdoor entertainment is prohibited.
12-Some properties have an HOA that require us to request the guests email and/or phone number to complete resort application.
13-There may be security cameras/Ring Doorbell camera, and/ or noise sensors on the property. No cameras face private living areas and noise sensors do not record any voices, just measure noise decibels.
