Welcome to your 10th-floor getaway at Bonita Beach & Tennis Club! Located in Building 1, the tower closest to Bonita Beach, this casual studio offers sweeping Gulf views, colorful tropical decor, and the convenience of having one of the area's favorite beaches directly across the street. If your idea of a great vacation revolves around sunshine, beautiful scenery, and easy access to the beach, you've come to the right place!

THE SPACE

With its colorful, tropical personality and open studio layout, this condo brings the kitchen, dining, living, and sleeping areas together in one shared space. The furnishings and finishes are modest and traditional, but the real attraction is waiting just beyond the sliding glass doors!

Step onto your private screened balcony, where a table and seating for two invite you to linger over morning coffee, enjoy the Gulf breezes, or watch the sun sink below the horizon. From the balcony's west-facing side, you'll enjoy direct views of the Gulf and Bonita Beach, while the northern exposure offers a picturesque look toward the waterfront homes and canals of Bonita Springs.

Inside, the living area offers comfortable seating and a wall-mounted TV with community-provided cable service. Whether you're catching up on your favorite shows or relaxing after a day in the sunshine, the beautiful Gulf views remain part of the experience.

The open sleeping area features two full-size beds with provided linens and a ceiling fan. Please note that this is an open studio with no separate bedroom, and the maximum occupancy is two guests.

The private bathroom includes a single vanity and a traditional bathtub/shower combination, with bath and beach towels provided for your stay.

The modest kitchen offers the basics for preparing simple meals and snacks, including a full-size refrigerator/freezer, electric stove and oven, microwave, toaster oven, and drip coffee maker. A dining table with seating for four provides a convenient place to enjoy breakfast before the beach or bring home takeout from a nearby restaurant.

THE COMMUNITY

Please note: Maintenance to the property grounds, landscaping, and irrigation systems is currently ongoing. Tennis courts are temporarily closed while the community undergoes renovations. Walkway and stairwell renovations are underway in Buildings 4 and 5. Thank you for your patience during this time.

Bonita Beach & Tennis Club enjoys an enviable location directly across the street from Bonita Beach Park, where the soft sand and inviting waters of the Gulf are just a short walk away. Building 1 is the closest tower to the beach access, making it easy to come and go throughout the day.

When you're not enjoying the beach, take advantage of the community's two swimming pools. One is conveniently located between Buildings 1 and 2, while the second, behind Building 4, also includes a separate kiddie pool. There are 2 temporary pickle ball courts, as well BBQ grills - all available for your use.

Just across the street, Doc's Beach House offers casual beachfront dining, while other nearby favorites include Coconut Jack's and The Fish House. Whether you're in the mood for fresh local seafood, a laid-back lunch, or a sunset dinner, you'll find plenty of options close to home.

Bonita Beach is a favorite destination for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, jet skiing, and simply enjoying the beautiful Florida sunshine.
