Sleep deeply on a king-size bed fitted with a memory foam mattress and fresh linens. When more sleeping space is needed, the queen-size memory foam sleeper sofa has you covered — a real upgrade from the typical pullout.

The living and dining area is anchored by modern furnishings, a dining table, and a wall-mounted flat screen Smart TV with cable — perfect for relaxing after a long beach day.

The updated kitchen shines with full-size stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the tableware and kitchen basics you need for a truly turnkey stay.

The refreshed bathroom features a full-size walk-in shower, with LED lighting throughout the condo adding a clean, contemporary feel.

THE COMMUNITY

Bonita Beach & Tennis Club sits directly across the boulevard from the white sands of Bonita Beach, where wave runners, paddleboarding, and kayaking are all at your fingertips. Some of the beach's most beloved restaurants are just a short stroll away — Doc's Beach House, Coconut Jack's, and The Fish House among them.

On-site, guests can enjoy two pickleball courts (tennis courts are temporarily closed while the club undergoes restoration). Please note that some work on buildings, grounds, sidewalks, and atriums is ongoing — occasional daytime construction noise is possible.

Airbnb Cleaning Fee Question

Important note to Airbnb travel guests about the cleaning/housekeeping fee:

This is a combination of the actual cleaning/housekeeping fee, modest booking fee, and state & local taxes, and not the cleaning fee exclusively.

Our cleaning/housekeeping fees vary based on size of property, number of bedrooms & bathrooms, pool patio homes, garages, etc. They typically range between $125-$325 based on the aforementioned.

The booking fee is $89.

Airbnb does not currently allow hosts to itemize these fees on their site which is why we'd like to explain what otherwise appears to be an excessive cleaning fee expense.

Overall a very good stay at this condo. They were quick to respond to chairs ripped and umbrella broken. They replaced them that day. I suggest they replace them w Tommy Bahama gear. As the replacements are not comfortable and umbrella light weigh. Also it would be hard for 4 people to stay here. The mattress on sofa sleeper is very thin. We had 3 people. The third just slept on couch not sleeper. There were 4 big white towels a few more would be nice. But we loved the bikes. Could be a little clearer on where bikes are at. The door bikes where in was not marked at all. Shower was nice with rain shower overhead. Liked it was second floor so just walked down. Nice having cafe downstairs. And enjoyed pool. We've not had complaints about the new memory foam sleeper mattress before, but glad your guest was comfortable on the couch; additionally We've not had anyone mention they had trouble locating the complimentary bikes provided by the owner, but very glad you were able to enjoy them during your stay! We will reach out to housekeeping to confirm that they are leaving the 6 sets of towels that are meant to be left at each check-in. We enjoyed our stay at the Bonita Beach Resort. The location was excellent and the room was clean and efficient. We loved having the beach chairs and towels. I wish there were more bath towels, better pillows for the bed and more effective fans in the bed area. Overall we were happy with our stay.

The apartment is a bit small, but the location is perfect, and the amenities are perfect. I highly recommend this rental, but before renting make sure that you understand that it is a studio apartment, probably suited for a couple that enjoys spending a lot of time together.

My husband & I spent a week at #1207. The condo was clean and well equipped with a great location! Besides the normal dinnerware and pots/pans provided there were also beach towels, umbrella, cooler, beach chairs, pool noodles, yoga mat, paper products, shampoo/conditioner, soap, and spices for cooking to name just a few. This is really a plus as it required very little extra spending for items that you sometime have to buy when renting with VRBO. So a big thank you to the owners! We also enjoyed riding their new Huffy bikes that were included with the condo. We went to the P.F. Chang's on Route 41 in Naples (about a 10 minute car ride) for a happy hour which included discounted appetizers which we enjoyed. We also discovered Doug's Seafood which is located in a strip mall less than 3 miles from the condo. AMAZING and BEST lobster roll we have ever had! A little pricey but worth it. We went 2x because it was that good! We also went to the onsite Cafe restaurant and had a burger and the grilled chicken sandwich w/ bacon & avocado. Both were good! We would definitely rent again. Thanks again for an enjoyable stay.

This condo was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary! We spent an unexpected amount of time in the condo because of non stop rain due to a hurricane off the coast. Fortunately the condo is beautiful! We really appreciated the Smart TV, comfortable bed, and all the amenities of the kitchen (including a blender!!) We really loved the location of the condo as it was so easy to walk right to the beach when we did have a pocket of sunshine before the rain began!

Spent 2 weeks here and absolutely loved it! The best was the location! The beach was great and although across a somewhat busy street, the flashing crosswalk makes it easy. Thanks for providing beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler. We enjoyed many beautiful sunsets. Saw dolphins, osprey, diving pelicans, and even land turtles. We also walked to 3 nice restaurants including the on-site Cafe which is open for breakfast and lunch. Laundry room was convenient and had 8 washers and dryers making it an easy chore. The updates to the condo were tastefully done and we had everything we needed to cook our meals. The 10 Har-Tru tennis courts are well maintained and active. The residents always have some activity going on and often include renters. The on-site pool is heated and there's plenty of parking. While there is some traffic noise, we just turned on the constant fan while sleeping and were very comfortable. We had only one minor wi-fi issue and it was fixed very quickly. Overall a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We will be back!

This Bonita Springs condo was perfect for the 2 of us! It was clean, with an updated bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The king bed was very comfortable. They provided beach chairs, an umbrella, and a small cooler which was all we needed to enjoy the beach! It was a short walk right across the street to a great beach, and having Doc's Beach House Restaurant also right across the street was a bonus! Thanks for a great stay!

We were planning our first big vacation with our two young children when we stumbled upon this condo. All of the reviews were wonderful, the price was in our range, and the place looked lovely. It did not disappoint! Steve (owner) and Brett (iTrip) were amazing to work with. They were very approachable and accommodating. When there was a problem with the AC one day, Steve took care of it immediately. Both Bonita and Barefoot Beaches were beautiful, and the pool at the complex was well kept. My only critique would be that the ocean front/ocean view descriptors were a bit misleading. While the ocean is right across the street, it is not visible from this unit, due to it being on the second floor. As I suggested when I met Steve, a floor mat for sandy shoes inside and a folding drying rack for the porch were the only two things I would add to the condo. Otherwise, he really did think of everything! Our stay here was amazing. Thank you for the great accommodations. I'd highly recommend it for anyone looking for an affordable, close to the beach location.
