1.5 miles to downtown Bethany Beach in the gated Watermark community of north Bethany, this stunning, luxurious, enormous, 3475 sqft, 4-bedroom, 3 full bath home sleeping 10 people is situated just a few steps from the infinity community pool, exercise room, and kayak launch area.
Enjoy these wonderful, upscale amenities with your family including the use of two, 2-person kayaks with paddles and vests in the waterways behind the community, 2 adult bikes, 2 kids bikes as well as other activities included with your booking described below. A pack 'n' play and baby seat, as well as some games and toys for kids are provided.
Spread out on the tremendous rear wrap around deck with shaded living area and TV overlooking the pool, amazing sunsets and the community pond and fountain. Enjoy a cookout with the brand-new Webber propane grill. Use the bikes to enjoy a leisurely ride around the community or to nearby beaches.
The home is on the west side of Rt. 1 halfway between downtown Bethany Beach and the bridge. Guests can use the public beach either 2 miles to the north with restaurant and other amenities or 1.5 miles to the south in downtown Bethany where you'll also find a traditional boardwalk and beach shopping. Additional beaches of interest can be found in Rehoboth and Lewes. All beaches have paid parking through applications (apps) or booth collection.
Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided by your host! The closest grocery store is only 5 minutes away with numerous shops and dining options from family to gourmet within a few minutes’ drive.
Inside there are 7 TVs using Direct TV. There are remote controls in each room. The TVs also stream.
The home features a gigantic open living space with coffered ceilings, a gourmet kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you'll need to enjoy cooking and eating at home including a blender, toaster oven, waffle maker and electric griddle, and k-cup as well as drip coffee pots. The fireplace is not in use.
The bedroom and bathroom set up is:
First Floor: king with attached, shared, full bath
Second Floor: king bed with attached bathroom featuring an enormous double shower and vanity. Queen, and 2 twins, shared full bath, large second living room with queen pullout sofa, washer/dryer.
All beds have high quality mattresses and come with pillows and blankets. **Please bring your own linens and towels or request the linen and towel package for an additional $250 after you book.
Keep up to 3 vehicles out of the hot summer sun in the garage where you'll also find the outdoor shower conveniently located so you can rinse off after the beach before coming inside.
Included with your booking are 8 different activity passes EVERY DAY within 30 minutes of the home. You receive one pass per activity per home, per day. Ask about possible extra passes!

The daily value of these in season is over $234. You will receive instructions after you book from Xplorie Activities.
This is a no smoking and no pets home. No exceptions. Only guests on the lease are allowed at the community pool. No temporary visitors please.

Frequently Asked Questions
Thanks for renting our home. We hope you enjoy your stay. Here are the basic rules of the house:
- Guests must be 25 or older to book any property.
- Linens and Towels: Please bring your own or rent them. We supply pillows and blankets. All mattresses have pads. If you wish to rent linens and towels or chairs and umbrellas etc., please contact us.
- Check In / Check Out: 3p / 10a (unless otherwise agreed). Please try not to arrive early or stay late without written consent from management. The cleaners have priority. Occasionally, you can park at the house and go to the beach if the home is not yet clean. But please do NOT go inside while the cleaners are there. If you have a problem with the cleaning, contact me immediately and I will address it.
- No smoking in the home please. If you smoke outside the home, please be sure to pick up after yourselves to avoid extra cleaning charges. Evidence of smoking anything inside the house or on the patio will incur extra cleaning fees.
- Wifi & Passwords: Passwords will be at the home or in your check in instructions. Sometimes you can find the PW on the router.
- Kitchens & Baths: Kitchens are well stocked with all necessaries to cook for the advertised occupancy - but no spices or paper goods. Please bring napkins, paper towels and toilet paper as well as any spices or oils you may wish to use for cooking.
- Pets: This home does not accomodate pets other than those that are ADA licensed.
- Cleaning Supplies: Cleaning supplies are available.
- Coffee Makers: K-cup and Drip
- Washers and Dryers: All homes have them. Usually there is detergent around but we encourage you to bring your own.
- Cancellation: Most policies are pretty strict. We encourage the purchase of travel insurance, which is available from us or other vendors. Please consult your lease.
- Parking: This home has parking for more than enough cars. Please be sure to park in the driveway under the home.
- Chairs and Umbrellas: This home supplies beach chairs and umbrellas.
- BBQ: This home has a Webber propane barbecue.
- When you check out, please return anything you moved to its original position including all interior and exterior furniture, pillows, games, etc. Please check that windows are closed and that the AC is set to 72.
