Pool heating charges: We record the gas meter at check-in and check-out to calculate usage for pool/spa heating. Costs vary based on usage, outdoor temperature, and heat settings

Pets: Allowed with a $250 non-refundable pet fee.

The recommended weight limit for a pet at this home is 25lbs, but we're open to considering a slightly heavier weight on a case-by-case basis.
