We stayed there this past January 2023 and loved it. Beds are so comfy. The 4 bedrooms each with it's ensuite bath is perfect for older professionals who don't want to share bathrooms. Everything worked great. Would definitely stay there again. However, I wish there was a way to use the house speakers to listen to music.

An amazing mountain home

I think this is the 3rd time I have stayed at the house. The location is very convenient. We skied both Vail and Beaver Creek on our trip. I love how spacious the house is and the view from the master bedroom of the mountains is exquisite. A great house to rent for a big family.

The Details Make This House AMAZING!

There's a reason this property has all these 5 star reviews, it's by far the nicest rental home I've ever stayed in. First off, location is ideal as it's situated between 2 iconic mountains. The house is located 5 min from Beaver Creek and 10 min from Vail which is perfect for those first tracks. The details are what really make this home so comfortable. Each of the 4 bedrooms has it's own en suite bathroom. The memory foam beds are extremely comfortable and help recharge the batteries after a long day on the slopes. The steam shower in the master bath is simply an experience all on its own. Downstairs, the kitchen is perfect for cooking breakfast before you head out for the day. Dinning area has a nice table that sits 8 comfortably. Out on the patio, there is a gas grill to cook up some steaks and a very crucial hot tub to ease those sore muscles. Highly recommend taking a soak every night! The family room has a nice gas fireplace, comfy couches, and board games for the whole group. There is a washer/dryer as well which is convenient. Lastly, a heated garage with cubbies for your boots to keep everything nice and warm and dry. Overall this house exceeded our lofty expectations. Very comfortable for our group of 8 adults. Look forward to staying here again! Book this beautiful home and enjoy all that Eagle Vail has to offer!

Excellent condo

Ski vacation of 3 generation family with 2 grandparents, 2 middle aged adults and 3 kids (teenager to grade school). It is a beautiful and well kept condo, with nice furnishings. We ski every year and this is the nicest place we have found by far. Often bedrooms are cramped, but not here, plenty of space. Steam shower in the master was great. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Walking trail out the back door was great on day off of skiing. 10 minute drive to Beaver Creek village area. If we return to Beaver Creek resort, will absolutely stay here again!

Great place to catch up with wonderful friends

Loved this property! I think one of the best features was each BR had it’s own BR and thermostat. The hot tub was used nightly to relieve the tired muscles from the day on the slopes. Someone had left a sledge in the backyard that we used to slide down the the slope. Fun to watch! The place is very inviting, clean and roomy for eight people. The property management company were very helpful finding grocery delivery and fun things to do. We had to eventually leave but we left our hearts in Avon.

Peace in the Rockies

I'll start off by saying I am from south Texas and have never been in a "real" winter environment, in every aspect of that statement. So upon our arrival we were ecstatic and mesmerized by the snow covered mountains from our upstairs balcony. We loved the home and really enjoyed the wood trim throughout. It was a lovely home and every room in the house felt cozy and was well suited. From the warmed floors, to the steam shower in the master bath, to the heated garage- it was worth it! The house was fitted with everything you would need for your stay- high speed internet, flip-of-a-switch fireplace, amazing beds, views, plenty of light and the list goes on! We don't know when we'll be back to Colorado, but we definitely do know where we'll stay. The location of the house is perfect. We were a short drive in either direct to the most popular places in Colorado. We were thankful for the stay, appreciated the build of the home (as a contractor in Texas), and felt well taken care of by the managing company as were left with plenty of directions/information/insight. Thanks again for making our winter vacation!

Our family of four had the most memorable time staying at Pinewoods 24, a dream CO retreat. We highly recommend staying in this absolutely beautiful home -- the neighborhood is friendly, the setting is magnificent, the location is ideal, the management company was very professional and responsive, and the home itself has everything you need and more! We are restored and relaxed, and can't wait to return to Eagle Vail!

The best place to stay in the Rockies

I have rented houses for trips all over the Rockies and this house is by far the best house I have stayed in. We loved the interior furnishings and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils we needed to make every meal. The location can't be beat! The house backs right up to #13 on the golf course and there is a hiking trail right outside. The hot tub overlooks the Aspens and really cannot be beat. Finally, we thought the master bed was extremely comfortable and slept great. Would highly recommend.

Great Time in Avon

We had planned a family spring skiing vacation with our grown up kids and grandkids. The place was everything we expected and more. It was immaculate upon arrival. Plenty of paper products, towels, dishes. Very clean jacuzzi, nicely appointed bedrooms, good location, less than 10 minutes to Vail and BC, four minuted from Walmart, beautiful view of the golf course, mountain in the backyard. Perfect!

Wow. What a great house. We were there with two other couples for a week. Everything was brand new and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we expected . The view was lovely and the hot tub was great Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom which was fabulous. The mattresses were very comfortable. When we spoke to the management company they explained that the mattresses were designed to contour to your body for a more restful sleep. One of our friends who has back problems said it was the most restful sleep he’s had in a long time. The heated two car garage was a bonus . We have already booked this property fo

The Pinewoods 24 property was a great place for 8 adults to gather for a weekend of skiing, snowmobiling, and lots of laughs. The iTrip team were fantastic with any special requests or concerns from the beginning of the reservation process to checkout at the end of the stay. Pinewoods 24 is located in an excellent location to several ski areas, restaurants, and other establishments nearby. It was very easy to drive to Vail each day for our skiing - 15 minutes. We all enjoyed the town-home and especially the hot tub. We recommend Pinewoods 24!

Lovely Winter Retreat

We stayed at this property in January and loved it. The layout was quite nice and comfortable for us and the other couple we were with. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything was easy to find. We loved the views outside both downstairs and as well as upstairs. The hot tub was wonderful to use and perfect after a day of skiing. The beds were very comfortable and the closets large with plenty of room for our things. The bathrooms all being in-suite are very nice and wonderful for all. We loved having the gas fireplace in the living room. The garage was great and heated and there was plenty of space to store our skis, boots and rest of our gear. The finishout in this home is lovely as is the furniture and the linens. You are very close to Beaver Creek and Vail for skiing and very close to Avon and Edwards for dining, grocery shopping as well as other shopping. Having a hiking trail right out the home was a huge plus. We would highly recommend this home and will defiantly come back. We stayed at this property in January and loved it.
