This is a dog friendly property, however you must notify us if your dog accompanies you and the following additional charges will apply. Cats are not allowed in this residence. A $35 per day/per pet fee will be charged for your pet(s) and a $250 refundable pet deposit is required. Please be courteous and pick up after your pet. If there is any evidence of pet damage (excessive cleaning needed, damage of property or premises from pet, not picking up after your pet in the yard) renter will forfeit $250 deposit.

As you enter this upgraded duplex home, you’ll discover its open floor plan combining the living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room is equipped with a 50” smart flat screen TV, gas fireplace and plenty of seating to gather. The fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for 4, 5 burner Wolf gas stove and hood system, Subzero refrigerator is open to both the living and dining room. The spacious dining table is perfect for family games or wonderful meals and sits 10-12 guests comfortably. This level also includes a half bath and bedroom 2 with queen bed and en suite bath.

Venture upstairs to find the private master bedroom with vaulted ceilings, king bed, en suite bath and large walk in closet. The en suite bath includes a beautiful walk in shower and separate deep oversized bathtub, the perfect place to relax.

The lowest level of the home features bedroom 3 & 4, laundry room and roomy den. Bedroom 3, with twin bed and trundle, is located across from the large bedroom 4 with 2 queen beds. These two rooms share a full bath with double vanity and tub/shower combo. Relax in the comfortable den with queen sofa sleeper and 50” flat screen TV. The den includes a wet bar with wine cooler and mini fridge plus the laundry closet.

The entrance to Beaver Creek Resort is a short drive west on Highway 6. Vail is just 10 minutes down the road where there's not only some of the best skiing in the world, but world-class shops and restaurants. Summer is loaded with fun activities as well! Enjoy hiking trails in the valley such as Booth Creek, where one can see the breathtaking Booth Falls or head up to Lake Constantine via the Fall Creek Trail.

For indoor fun, head over to the Avon Recreation Center where, for a small fee, you'll not only find a swimming pool, hot tub, yoga, cardio equipment and Pilates classes, but also an aquatic center that includes a lap pool, climbing wall (off large pool), water slide and lazy river that provides loads of fun for the whole family.

Out of respect for our neighbors, large social events/gatherings (i.e. ceremonies, weddings, receptions) at any of our rental properties are prohibited unless prior arrangements have been discussed and confirmed through our office. We loved spending time at this home. It was a great fit for us (a family of 8). The home was a good size to accommodate all of us on different levels (deck outside, main level living room and basement with TV/comfy couch) and the room sizes were perfect. The kitchen was well-equipped (loved that they had a blender and slow cooker) and perfect for cooking home-cooked meals. The dining table was nice for gathering and enjoying meals. It is well located (less than five minutes away from a Walmart) and in between Beaver Creek and Vail (just 10 minutes away). Peaceful and quiet at night! We only had one issue (toilet) but it was handled promptly and easily. I would highly recommend this place for a peaceful and fun getaway.

The home is quite large and beautiful. Lots of cross ventilation with lots of windows except for the one small bedroom on the main floor. Rotating fans in every room kept it cool in the summer. Lots of stairs. Not good for senior citizens. Some small maintenance issues that I made known to the owner. Good management response to all requests. Quiet neighborhood. Basement is another living area if you like lots of TV time or get away space. We would have preferred a pool table or other game tables in this space because we don’t watch much TV.

We reacently had the pleasure of staying at a 4br, 3-1/2 bathroom condo in Avon. We loved the location (close to Beaver Creek, Vail and downtown Avon) and it was a little bit off the I-70 corridor. We were pleased with the park that was right across the street for our daughter and also all of the kid-friendly amenities in the house that were not mentioned (surprises!). The unit was clean upon arrival and we liked that there was not even much to do upon checking out which sometimes other rentals make you clean the whole place and you still have to pay a cleaning fee! We would book with iTrip and Vail Vacation Properties again!

The house was just as advertised. Very nice beds, kitchen fully stocked, and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Very convenient to Walmart etc... to stock up, and restaurants! Easy access to Beaver and Vail. Great location. Would rent again in the future.

My family and I recently stayed at this wonderful home. It was a great size for our group of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids). We loved cooking in the kitchen that was well stocked with utensils, cookware and gadgets (slow cooker, coffee maker, etc). They even had plates/cups/bowls/utensils for our young children! The house has a great big dining table that is perfect for family dinners. The rooms are a nice size and we loved that there was a basement with a TV, so that the kids could be down there without disturbing us too much. It is well located in the sense that we could get to Beaver Creek easily and to Vail within 15 minutes. It's in a quiet neighborhood and an easy place to park at and to access. Also, the staff at My iTrip communicated well and responded to questions within a reasonable amount of time. They made check-in/check-out procedures clear and easy for a smooth transition into the home. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone!!!

Great house, exactly as described and beautiful as pictured. Loved how it has two separate living room areas. It really helps if you have a group of adults like we did (7) or if you have a family with adults and kids that may want to be able to watch different things on the tv or have different conversations/entertainment. It is centrally located and very close to Beaver Creek and Vail. It worked great for our ski vacation. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!

iTrips was absolutely amazing! We had booked another (smaller) house from them initially, but when we notified them that we had a service dog with us, they went above and beyond our expectations to accommodate us. They upgraded us to this house at no additional charge and this house was unbelievable! Kitchen was huge, lots of bedrooms with their own baths, upgraded appliances, and plenty of space to have fun and play games or curl up by the fire with your coffee. Only suggestion is to put mirrors in all bedrooms. ;)

We rented this property for for the week in between Christmas and New Year! The home was perfect for us! We had 4 adults and 6 kids ranging in ages from 8-16. The layout was a great fit for our families. The 2nd living room allowed the kids to be downstairs and watch something different than the adults. The open layout of the main was really enjoyable as well. We skied at both Beaver and Vail so the in between location worked well for us. We will be back!!
