The house has 4 bedrooms with a large primary bedroom that walks out to the fenced-in backyard -- a perfect place to sip your Carmel Macchiato that you picked up from Karvana Coffee shop just up the street don't forget to indulge yourself with a pastry too.

The first-floor primary bedroom also has a double vanity en-suite for convenience and 3 additional bedrooms and a 2nd bathroom. This home has an over large gathering room that can easily accommodate larger families.

Come stay in this sweet home in the heart of East Lake, and don't forget to take a walk to 2nd and Hosea where you can dine at unique restaurants, like Poor Hendrixs and Salaryman (say hello to Garrett and the rest of the staff who will make your dining experience awesome) or try a flight of beers at Hipping Hops Brewery, "So Peachy Sour Beer" is one of our favorites.

General Guidelines

Guest Responsibility:
The booking adult must be present during the stay or arrange approval with the hosts. The primary guest is responsible for the property and should communicate any requests or concerns directly to us.
Identification:
For insurance purposes, we require a copy of a government-issued ID from the booking adult prior to arrival. Depending on your booking platform, we may also request a selfie and a credit card for verification.
Filming and Commercial Use:
Filming or commercial activities are strictly prohibited without prior written approval from the hosts. Violators will incur a fine of $1,000 per day.
Additional Guests:
The nightly rate includes a set number of guests. Additional guests may incur extra fees due to increased utility usage. Please discuss any changes in guest count with the hosts in advance.
Extended Stays:
For stays longer than 7 days, additional cleaning fees may apply, as determined by our cleaning team.

Property-Specific Rules

Violation of these rules may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
  • No Smoking:
    Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home or near its vicinity. Dispose of cigarette butts properly. Tampering with smoke detectors will result in a $500 fine.
  • No Events or Parties:
    Hosting events or parties is not allowed and violates our house rules and platform regulations.
  • Visitor Policy:
    Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property unless prior approval is obtained from the hosts.
  • Quiet Hours:
    Respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM (weekdays) and 11 PM to 9 AM (weekends). Excessive noise complaints may result in eviction.
  • Respect for Property:
    Treat the house and its contents with care. Do not move furniture or take indoor furniture outdoors.
  • Utilities:
    Conserve energy by setting heat to 68°F and air conditioning to 76°F. Turn off TVs and lights when not in use.
  • Prohibited Items:
    The following are not allowed on the property: fireworks, candles, firearms, glitter, paint, and confetti.
  • Damage Prevention:
    Avoid using tape on walls or ceilings. Be cautious with makeup and hair products to prevent stains on towels and linens.
  • Pet Policy:
    Pets are welcome with prior approval and payment of a one-time fee. Additional fees apply for multiple pets. Pets must be leashed outdoors, and owners must clean up after them. Failure to clean up will result in a $100 fine.
  • Garbage Disposal:
    Dispose of all trash in designated outdoor bins. Do not leave unbagged garbage in indoor bins.
  • Unlawful Activities:
    Any unlawful activities will result in immediate eviction.

We were looking for a house near our son's apartment and large enough for our family. We also needed a fenced in yard for our dog. This house checked off all our needs. It was clean, comfortable and within 20-30 minutes drive to many attractions. We had a great time!

This house was better than we expected. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty space for our belongings. The bathrooms very clean and well equipped with all the essentials. The host provided of everything possible to make our stay comfortable. There was extra blankets, extra pillows, plenty towels and the kitchen had everything that you think you might need. The house is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood close to all. The fenced backyard was a plus for the kids. I will give this place 6 starts if I could.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable. We liked drinking coffee in the backyard while the dogs ran around in the fenced yard. The tree canopy provided cool shade. The owner was very responsive to minor issues and handled immediately. Would stay again.

Wonderful house for my family of 5 with 3 small kids. About 20-30 min away from all the big tourist attractions like braves stadium, downtown, buckhead, etc. Safe neighborhood. Lots of families live nearby. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee.

Perfect Home Base for Your Decatur Adventure

I was so lucky to find this lovely house in a quiet neighborhood! I was coming into town for all the graduation festivities for my daughter at Agnes Scott College. This house is minutes from the college and Decatur's incredible downtown, walking distance from a couple of Oakhurst restaurants and coffee houses, and just a stone's throw from Atlanta for all the happenings there. This is a charming older house with some modern touches that is comfortable, secure, and has everything you need for a home away from home. It was perfect for my husband and me, my mother, and my daughter. After graduation, we invited my daughter's uncle, aunt, and cousin from Wisconsin who had driven down for the graduation for a lunch on the lovely backyard patio. We hadn't seen them in over 15 years, so it was a delightful reunion. I felt so at home there, and the owners were very responsive to any questions I had. I would definitely stay there again the next time I need to have a few days in the Decatur area!

East Lakes Coral Door was perfect for our family wedding weekend. The house is clean, nicely decorated and spacious enough to sleep all 6 of us comfortably. We had everything we needed for a terrific weekend. Communication was excellent and check-in/check-out was easy. We would stay here again.

We had a great stay in East Lake! Beautifully updated older house - love the floors and accessories throughout. We stayed with three adults and four little kids. Plenty of room for everyone! We loved being able to walk to parks and restaurants. Also, we were surprised how close to all the local attractions - from aquarium to zoo to Stone Mountain. So glad we made a great choice when booking!
