You will love the floor to ceiling windows and designer upgrades at this modern 1 bedroom condominium in downtown Aspen. Aspen's downtown core with legendary restaurants, night life and shopping is just a short walk from this condominium. If you prefer, you can also take the free Downtowner on demand shuttle to the Aspen attractions. The ski access trail from Aspen Mountain means that you can access your home directly from the mountain. The access trail may not be available in early and late season depending on snow conditions. With the ski storage right outside your door you can put your skis on and access the ski trail to Aspen Mountain in seconds. At the end of the day, relax by the wood burning fireplace and enjoy some entertainment on the flat screen TV or listen to your favorite music on the Sonos speaker system.

The comfortable master bedroom offers a king platform bed and a large flat screen TV. With only one other condo on this level this unit offers a quiet, private getaway for guests.

Soak in the view as you enjoy dinner at the dining table in front of the windows that run from wall to wall. A full kitchen is available for you to create wonderful meals during your stay or, if dining out is your preference, just stroll down the hill to enjoy any of the incredible culinary experiences offered at the dining establishments in Aspen. Settle into the comfortable living room furnishings and unwind in front of the wood burning fireplace.

On site amenities include a beautiful seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub, outdoor grill and great views of the mountains. There is also a coin operated laundry facility located on the lowest level of the complex. There is limited on site parking or street parking for 1 vehicle available.

This unit is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator access. Please let us know prior to your arrival if you need luggage assistance.

***Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have central air conditioning. Window A/C unit in the bedroom in the summer months is provided for your comfort***

  • Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. 
  • All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles at check-out. If the home is left in an excessively unclean manner please note we will charge $50/hour for additional cleaning time needed after your departure.  
  • The maximum number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises are grounds for eviction.
  • Check-in time is after 4pm, may be as late as 5 or 6pm in peak winter and summer season.  Check-out time is 10am.
  • No open flames are permitted on balconies or in the unit with the exception of fire contained within a wood burning fireplace. Do not dismantle smoke detectors. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental activation of smoke detector alarm.
  • There is no daily maid service.  Additional maid service can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us in advance for pricing.
  • "No pets or emotional support animals" policy must be observed. If evidence of a pet(s) is found in the unit or on the premises you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent or damage deposit.
  • Smoking (cigarette and marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on any outdoor patio or balcony. Your damage deposit will be forfeited or you will be charged a $1000 fee if you opted for damage insurance as smoking is not covered under the insurance.  You will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found.  This is also grounds for eviction.
  • Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am.  Any violations will result in a fine of $150.  Repeated violations are grounds for eviction.
  • Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25). We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
  • Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
  • Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.
  • iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
  • Tenant hereby acknowledges that if the premises they have reserved includes a community pool and hot tub or private hot tub and the undersigned agrees and acknowledges that the community pool, hot tub and patio/deck can be dangerous areas, that the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and that injury may occur to anyone who is not careful. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings,Tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant's guests in or related to the use of the community pool, hot tub and patio areas.
  • Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
  • Any violation of posted rules at property that incur a fine will be the responsibility of the tenant. Examples include access outside of pool and hot tub hours, improper disposal of trash, smoking, excessive noise, parking violations.  
  • By signing this agreement you agree that your rental is transient in nature and does not provide you with tenant rights.  Transient accommodations or “short term rentals” are also subject to applicable Colorado Sales, county and city taxes which are added as a part of your total payment. Should the laws change regarding applicable taxes, we will adjust your booking accordingly.  We are required by law to collect all applicable sales taxes.

Fantastic view and absolutely wonderful condo. Close to all the shops and dining and hiking! Host was extremely responsive with questions and recommendations if needed. The stairs and walk back from dining are not always fun because of the incline but it was not a problem. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and we had plenty of towels so we did not have to do laundry to have enough towels for the week. Easy check out procedures too. We had an early flight so we didn't have time to do a lot of clean up prior to leaving and none was required.

We stayed at the Durant hosted by ITrip and everything was amazing. The location could not be better, 5 min walk to lift 5 min walk to heart of town. Everyone at I Trip has been amazing especially with response time of ant questions that we had. Yes there is no elevator but it's really no big deal its 3 small flight of stairs and did not mind it at all.

Wonderful vacation in Aspen

The condo was clean upon check-in and is as shown in the photos. There were just the two of us so the condo suited us well. Communication with the folks at itrip went smoothly. Yes, July can be hot and a 3rd floor condo can make that concerning; but with careful utilization of the motorized shades we stayed comfortable and opted not to rent the portable A/C that was offered. We both slept well in the comfortable king bed with open windows and the cool mountain breeze. Of note, the community laundry pricing has increased a little and there is no method by which to pay with credit card. Bring quarters (I was able to buy some from the gentleman at the transit station). The location, although uphill from town, was convenient walking-distance to everything we wanted to do. We had a terrific, memorable vacation. :)

Great: Fabulous location, mountain views, pool/hot tub, management communication, cleanliness Average: Very dated condo, especially for the nightly rate that is being charged. Very old appliances (one burner of electric stove broken), old cabinetry throughout unit, chipped tiles in bathroom, white chairs in main room could use upgrading (pretty stained). With a little extra thought given to the decor and small details and a simple kitchen/bathroom remodel this would be perfection.

Dry enjoyable week in Aspen

We had a nice time in our condo this week in Aspen . We had a hard time getting our luggage up all the steps but we got lots of good exercise done just that . We loved the layout of the condo . We spent time in the living room enjoying the Sonos and watching the Olympics in the large screen TV. The kitchen was equipped except for a dish brush but we made do . We did use the fan the last two days . It was needed . The bathroom is crowded but the bathtub was nice after a long hike . The pool and hot tub were very nice . We walked to dinner every night and all over town two different days .

The place was nice except the bedsheets smell like a perspiration. I am so glad that I brought bedsheets from home. I am just wondering if you can use a better laundering service. But the bedsheets need definitely a replacement. Furthermore the rest was nice. The views from the place was very nice.

This was our first time to Aspen. The condo had a fabulous view and was centrally located to everything. We didn't realize there was no A/C but the owners were very attentive to our request for a fan. After that, we didn't need anything. The condo was very well stocked with just about every utensil or dish anyone would need. The condo was on the 3rd floor - no elevator - but was not a problem at all for us. We welcomed the exercise. We would stay there again!
