The private pier can accommodate boats up to 50 feet, with a covered slip and approximately 6 feet of water depth, providing convenient access to the South River and Chesapeake Bay.

Inside, soaring two-story windows and southern exposure fill the home with natural light and showcase the water throughout the main living spaces. The open floor plan, with additional hangout spaces throughout the home, create an inviting setting for your entire group to gather.

The chef's kitchen is designed for gathering and entertaining, with high-end appliances including a Wolf 6-burner range, Sub-Zero refrigerator and beverage refrigerator. An oversized island with prep sink provides plenty of room for cooking, serving and gathering, while large windows overlook the backyard and waterfront setting.
