The professionally-decorated home has 4 floors of living, dining, entertaining and relaxing spaces. The main floor's family room has a gas fireplace (remote-operational), flatscreen TV and beverage fridge and opens to a sun room with a Queen sleeper sofa. The dining room and kitchen overlook the private fenced-in furnished back patio with a fire pit and gas grill. Head upstairs to the 2nd floor's 2 bedrooms, shared full bath and office space. Escape to the 3rd floor suite with its large King bed, furnished sitting room with a daybed, private balcony, coffee bar and mini-fridge. There is an en-suite private full bath with a hotel-grade stand-up shower and a dual vanity.

Head back to the kid-friendly lower-level den with a full bath and another sleeper sofa. The home also has plenty of games, high chairs, pack-n-play and kids' dinnerware in the kitchen. There are also plenty of device chargers located throughout the home. Arriving by electric car? The owner has even installed a car charger in the garage for you to power up!

Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. No smoking. Be very respectful of the house and contents. Please respect the neighbors and the quiet family-oriented neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking of any kind.

Frequently Asked Questions


Tenant is at least 25 years old and will be an occupant of the unit On Cloud 9. Should any unauthorized persons occupy or use the Premises, Tenant shall vacate the premises immediately without any refund.


Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date and includes a refundable damage deposit. The balance is due on _BalanceDueDate_. Payment may be made by major credit card. 


Cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date, or WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100.00 administrative fee.


No BBQ grills of any kind are permitted in the unit. No open flames permitted in the unit.


If you wish to bring your dog, you will need to pay the $150 non-refundable pet deposit per pet prior to arrival.  If you bring an unathorized pet on to the property, you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent or damage deposit. Homeowner and Agent assume no responsibility for any illness or injury that may occur to pets or humans while on the premises. Homeowner and Agent assume no responsibility for the behavior of the pet(s); that responsibility is the Tenant owner.


Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of reservation deposit, damage deposit, and/or balance of rental payment.


There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and not to be taken from the unit. There is a $_CleaningFee_ one time cleaning fee.


No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water or cable. 


Your damage deposit will be forfeited and you will incur an additional charge for cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found.


Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises: in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors.  24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter will be given (except in the case of an emergency).


  1. Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Please leave all used towels on the floors of the bathrooms and beds linens should all be left on each bed for housekeeping.
  2. All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles. If these items are not completed, the guest will be charged an additional cleaning fee. 
  3. The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed 10 people, not including a child in a crib.
  4. Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
  5. No Smoking.
  6. Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of 25.
  7. Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Maryland, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Maryland or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
  8. All noise must be brought inside by 10pm. Failure to do so could result in a $500 fine.


Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity of 10 people, using the premises for illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.


iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.


Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to the us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.

Couldn’t have been in a better location. We walked into town for shopping and dining most days, but took the water taxi for fun twice. (The dock was right at the end of the block!) quiet neighborhood and the house was lovely. We will definitely book again!

Fabulous week in a gorgeous home

We have stayed in many rental properties over the past 20 years and this stay ranks in the top 3. The house is so well appointed that we took ideas for updates to our own home with us upon leaving. Everything is well thought out - from the floor plans to the furniture to the equipment and electronics. Every age range was well thought of and we ranged from a 10 year old to an 80 year old. We enjoyed having our dogs with us - thank you for being pet friendly! We walked to town regularly and enjoyed the many charming streets. We paddle boarded to Eastport Yacht Club to visit with cousins who were at sailing camp there. We were 15 mins from Mikes Crab House - had a fabulous birthday celebration there. We were 20 mins from our boat in Ferry Point marina so were easily able to sail 4 days out of the trip. The kitchen was so well appointed that we ate at the house a lot - especially enjoying the court yard for outside dining - thank you for thinking of everything we needed! Easily rated 5 stars. Perfect Annapolis Getaway!

We booked an Annapolis getaway with my wife's brother’s family. We had pretty high expectations for On Cloud 9 based on the few reviews that have been posted. Let me tell you that the other reviews are absolutely right. This home was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our families. Location was great. We could walk to downtown Annapolis, and could also see the water from the house. We ate out most of the time, but the kitchen was definitely stocked with everything that you would need. I appreciated the small touches like charging stations and sound machines in the bedrooms. Most importantly, all of our kids had a blast. The older ones liked hanging out in the basement at night. Little ones loved the bunk bed room. Definitely would book again.

This is a fabulous house. We ended up using all the bedrooms and for a couple of nights the basement as a bedroom during our family reunion for a week. The space was clean, crazy close to a dock to pick up a water taxi, and spacious enough to comfortably fit our group. We would highly recommend it.

This house is beautifully decorated, upgraded and equipped with everything you need! The location was perfect as we could walk to all the academy events and downtown Annapolis. We had a wonderful week celebrating our son’s commissioning! The property manager is excellent at communication if you have any questions. If you have multiple cars, parking can be a little bit of an inconvenience but the owner did have a pass for a local parking garage. (About a 7 minute walk.) I would definitely rent this property again!

We were visiting family in Annapolis and wanted to stay close to them in the Murray Hill neighborhood. The house was great! It was super clean and had everything that we could need. It even had a car charger for our Tesla which was a huge plus. We would absolutely rebook the next time we are in town!

It has everything to make it feel like “home away from home.” We were spoiled by the Spa Creek views and even took a ride on the water taxi. My wife and I like to take our kids to Annapolis for short getaways. Even though I was looking a bit last minute, I found On Cloud 9. When I inquired about it, I was told that the home was newly renovated and furnished and didn’t have any reviews yet b/c it was just newly listed. Pictures looked amazing, so I decided to take a chance. On Cloud 9 far and away exceeded all of my expectations. This home was awesome! Everything was brand spanking new. The owners seemed to have thought of everything. They even had a high chair and pack n play for my youngest son. The off street parking was a great bonus. And my wife and I enjoyed sitting by the fireplace once our kids went to bed. MB suite was really nice. I couldn’t be happier with the stay, and we look forward to our next stay!

Amazing Stay!

The stay at On Cloud 9 was absolutely amazing! My husband and I met up with my brother’s family for a short getaway in Annapolis. Even though this home was newly listed and didn’t have any reviews, we took a chance and OMG did it pay off! The house was immaculate and really thoughtfully designed. My husband and I loved the Master Bedroom suite on the top floor. It has a nice room off the master where we would make coffee in the morning. My brother’s kids loved the bunk bed. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The home is on a quiet street which was perfect for us ( and was ½ a block from the water). We can’t wait to visit Annapolis again.
