I have stayed at this condo a few times and it is always a 5-star experience. The property management team are fabulous with incredibly fast and friendly responses, the location of the condo is amazing being within a 2-minute walk of the boardwalk, the condo has all the amenities, and the rooftop deck is great. Just a topnotch location for a great beach stay!

Spent a long weekend La Mare Vita. Group included 4 adults. Condo was located close to boardwalk, attractions and restaurants. Condo was clean and well equipped. Property management was very responsive and provided great instructions. They proactively notified us that early check-in was available.

We stayed for 5 nights and had an amazing time. We really enjoyed the house, especially the big living room and the dining area. The kitchen and the rooms were very well equipped and every room had its own bathroom, also everything was clean. The beach was in a pretty short walking distance which was very nice. In general we had beautiful days and definitely would recommend staying there.

Room was great!!...love the location we have stayed at Palacio many times before and so far our favorite room....only issue we're both elevators being down for several hours and having to walk 16 flights of stairs

Beautiful house with all the amenities! Any issues that arose were handled quickly…and they were not major! TVs are a little on the fancy side so I needed help lol. Access to the elevator would have been helpful with elderly parents but the stairs were food exercise
