Incredible Stay

We had an incredible stay and will be coming back! Beautiful home with plenty of space, lovely balconies to watch the ocean and sunrise, large rooms with many private spaces. Our kids had a blast and location was perfect. Walking down to the beach was easy and the house had all the chairs and towels needed. We will be back!

Second time staying at this property and the addition of the room darkening blinds is a game changer, no more getting up at sunrise. House is welcoming and well equipped in a great location and pet friendly. It is less than an hour from St Augustine and Daytona Beach. Too many good restaurants in the area to mention by name. This is now on our annual getaway list so we will be back next year!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Theres enough space /rooms. The host was friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this Airbnb. We would love to come back!

Beautiful house, gorgeous views, good surf fishing

Comfortable, roomy house. Gorgeous views of the ocean, sunrise, and sunset. Host was easily accessible and quick to respond when an appliance issue arose. Things were handled quickly. The surf fishing was a lot of fun! Caught flounder, black drum, pompano, palometa, whiting, and of course the occasional pinfish and spot. I would most definitely stay at this house and work with this host again!

We enjoyed our stay at 1414. We've stayed in other units in the same complex but our first time in this particular unit. It's decorated nicely and had everything we needed. Bed is comfortable. We had a few housekeeping issues when we arrived but iTrip responded quickly and was willing to resolve them in a reasonable time.
