Upper Village at THE WOODS. Beautifully renovated 3 bedroom townhouse at The Woods in Blackcomb. Renovations include new bathrooms, updated kitchen, new flooring, lighting, new window coverings, paint and furnishings.

The floor plan is ideal for your family. Ground entry leads to foyer with custom new shelving and bench for your ski equipment storage. Up a set of stairs to the main living area. High ceiling and open plan with:

Bright living room with wood burning fireplace, comfortable seating and large wall mounted TV. Dining for 6 with modern dining table plus breakfast bar with 3 stools.

Kitchen has full size appliances and is well stocked with all the supplies required for you to prepare your family meals.

Also on this level is 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has 2 twin beds and plenty of storage. Bedroom 2 has a QUEEN bed. Both have access the full bathroom , plus stack-able washer and dryer.

Sundeck is off the dining room with Gas BBQ.

Upper top floor is lovely and private master suite with QUEEN sized bed, Luxurious new linens, full size closet for storage and lovely ensuite bathroom. Bonus Deck off the master bedroom.

Our units come with Free Wifi, Concierge front desk service providing fully staffed reception desk for check in details, assistance on transportation and rentals.

Free underground parking on site. Common out door hot tub.

Tranquil yet convenient location offering the rustic experience of Mountain living , yet walking distance to Lost Lake and trails.

Free ski shuttle stop just outside your door that runs to the Village and Gondola every 20 minutes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Whistler iTrip Vacation Properties (WPVP) the Agent of the Owners, and Tenant agree as
follows: Above Tenant is at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult"), or approval of
tenants age has been met by WPVP. In addition to Tenant, other authorized occupants may be
family members or friends of Tenant. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling
within the foregoing categories.
A deposit totaling 35% of the agreed upon total amount is due with acceptance of rental
agreement. Payment of deposit shall be deemed as acceptance of this rental agreement. Payment
may be made by major credit card service offered by WPVP at time of reservation. We accept
The minimum amount of the damage deposit is $500 and may be increased at management's
discretion. The damage deposit is taken at time of key pick up from our central reservations
front desk in Whistler. This will be a credit pre-auth hold on your card, then the hold is released
upon 10 days of your departure.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. You will get an email reminder
with a link to pay online, however you can pay earlier by logging onto your
reservation on our itrip websiteand using your email address as the log in name.
**AIRBNB guests pay based on the Airbnb schedule as they handle all payment**
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur
at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund. There will be no
refund for early departure. Some exceptions will be considered.
There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and are not to be taken from the

  2. For Glacier Lodge unit arrivals:  you will check in directly at Glacier Lodge - 4573 Chateau Blvd, Whistler, BC V8E 0Z5
  3. For Creekside units you will receive an email with Remote check in instructions by noon on check in day.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside..
1. Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy,
as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
2. Beds that were used should be left UN-MADE so cleaning staff can change all linens and make beds. Towels should be left in pile in bathroom.
3. All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises.
4. Close all blinds in all rooms.
5. The maximum number of overnight occupants shall not exceed advertised capacity of the property, not including a child in a crib.
6. Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other
7. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, decks or common areas of properties.
8. Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of
twenty-five (25)…unless authorized by management.

HOLD HARMLESS,WPVP, iTrip or the Owner, do not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable
service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of
God, or other reasons beyond its control. Refund to cover the expense or make other arrangement for payment if the deposit has already been refunded.


Great place!

The Woods condos are in a great location on the Blackcomb side in Upper Village. The free shuttle came often and stopped right out front which was convenient for going into the village any time! The condo itself was great for our group with 3 bedrooms. It was nice and spacious as the primary bedroom is on its own floor. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we used the hot tub every night after skiing all day. We will definitely book again in the future!

Awesome Vacation

We had a great time in Whistler. The townhome was perfect for our family. It was very well equipped and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. A couple of minor suggestions to make it the perfect stay for the next guests. 1) the screen to the rear deck was not working properly - very difficult to open and close 2) the windows did not have screens on them. This is usually not an issue - however, the mosquitos were out and were making entry into the home when the windows were open. Overall an excellent property!

The Woods is our favourite place to stay in Whistler. The location is among one of the best. One of our family tradition is swimming to the dock at Lost Lake and seeing the tadpoles at the lake. The free shuttle bus is handy to take to the village. Now the unit is stellar! The decor is modern cabin chic! LOVE it! The beds are so comfortable! We were there in the summer in July, Aug and the only thing that we would be nice, would have been some fans or an AC unit. We asked if they had any and we knew they didn't, so we brought our own because we love this unit so much! It was great! ❤️

A fantastic weekend away!

We had a fantastic weekend playing in whistler! The condo was well appointed and beautifully decorated and the shuttle for both upper and lower villages literally stops right outside of the parking lot. The owner and management desk were also very helpful and responsive. We look forward to next time!

Amazingly Perfect

This condo was the perfect classy chic place for our vacation. It had the best layout with the downstairs opening. Made perfectly for high volume traffic. It's far enough away from the village and close enough to lost lake to make it feel like the perfect getaway. We were there for the Ironman event. And it was the perfect place to host dinner for out friends and family. The amenities were added benefit. The hot tub was perfect and the kitchen stocked with all the cooking utensils needed. We loved every second of it and fully enjoyed our stay. It was clean. It was convenient. We would rent again in a heartbeat.

Enjoyable stay

We had a great stay at the Woods Unit 35. The house was well-equipped and was close enough to Blackcomb to walk (which we did most days) or take the shuttle (which stops right outside). We had two couples and a single in our group and it was just the right amount of space, however the living area would be tight for any more than 5 people. Hot tub is large and just a short walk down from the unit.

This property and the individual unit was as advertised and was a pleasant place to stay --- attractive, private, quite location on shuttle route (stop right in front of community). This unit had group (8 spots) covered parking under the unit (which would be nice in snowy weather) but it was very tight and we would not have been able to park in our designated spot if the spots next to and behind ours had been occupied -- would recommend getting a visitor parking pass from the check in desk to park in the non-covered visitor parking spaces available in the complex if staying there when more crowded. The only improvements to the individual unit would be a gas fireplace (wood is nice, but not very convenient for vacationers) and to increase the level of kitchen stock such as common cooking items like cooking oil, spices, etc and a bit more silverware
