The Spring and Summer are beautiful at our heated pool home in South Venice just 3.5 miles (10 minutes) to beautiful Manasota Key Beach!! Enjoy privacy and peace & quiet in our lovely home nestled in a calm, serene neighborhood in Venice Florida. Just 12 minutes to Historic downtown Venice with the theater, shops and restaurants! Be in the middle of it all in minutes without sacrificing privacy and the ability to stretch out.

This lovely updated South Venice pool home with 2 screened patios, a fenced yard, private heated pool, and driveway parking outside of the garage is a great place to vacation. Home away from home!! The living room is spacious with plenty of comfortable seating, a large flat screen Smart TV with Xfinity WiFi throughout the home which enables you to stay connected.

The dining space just off the kitchen overlooks the beautiful pool with comfortable chairs for 4-6 people. Plenty of dish-ware to have friends over for a cookout. The large kitchen has plenty of room to stock up on goodies plus a large stainless side by side refrigerator makes it easy to hide the chocolate peanut butter ice cream!!

There is a large fully equipped kitchen with stainless double oven & 5 burner glass stove top with hood, a countertop microwave, dishwasher and tile floors with pass thru window to the dining area plus a breakfast bar for 2. Whipping up a home-cooked meal anytime you please is easy to do in this large kitchen.

The garage is roomy with a full size washer and dryer for your use. Parking a car in the garage is possible. The garage has easy access to the kitchen making it a breeze to bring in the groceries.

The pool is heated and the back yard is fenced. One 50 lb. dog or two small dogs up to 35 lbs. are ONLY allowed with prior approval. Pet fee required. No pets allowed in the pool or on the furniture please. Brohard Paw Park is a wonderful beach for dogs and their owners. It's only 13 minutes away. There are water hoses at the park to wash the sand from your dog after a fun day of play so you can keep your car clean and dogs are free to play on the beach and in the water along with their owners. Ask for your specific needs.

The primary king bedroom, located off the living room, is connected by a glass sliding door to a private screened Lanai that looks out to the swimming pool. Enjoy your morning coffee outside but away from flies and critters.

This home is in a great location just being 8 minutes to Detwiler's Farmer Market (local fave) - your go to for fresh fruits, veggies, meat and fresh seafood. Local and fresh! Only 3.5 miles to Manasota Key Beach, or a short drive to Venice beach. and just 5 minutes to Shamrock Park by car and Legacy Trail which is wonderful for biking. WOW!

Fantastic things to do in the area included:

Sign up for cruise one of our partner boating partners! Gasparilla Boat Tours has daily public and private tours featuring Ecology, Dolphins, Sunsets, Sandbars, and Shark's Teeth! Fun Fun Fun! Or rent a boat pontoon for a full or half day with PG Boat Rentals. Spend the day fishing or there are 3 nearby islands you can explore!

You can also find Kayak, Paddle boards, SUP, and Jet skis for rent near by. Fishing options include surf, bay and pier fishing as well as deep sea fishing.

Jan/February/March please book whole months only not mid-month to mid-month. Per Sarasota County rules, This is a monthly minimum property and we don't want to be empty for part of the time. Booking February 1 - February 28? Great. Want to book February 15 - March 15? Not okay. Please ask first if you are unsure. We will try and work with you.

Beach chairs, cooler, and a beach umbrella available for your use. This non-smoking home sleeps 4. Complies with county zoning requirements.

iTrip Manasota Key, the Agent of the Owners, and Tenant agree: Tenant is at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates. In addition to Tenant, other authorized occupants may be family members or friends of Tenant. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling within the foregoing categories. Should any unauthorized persons occupy or use the Premises, Tenant shall vacate the premises immediately without any refund. No door code will be issued to anyone who is not an adult. HAZARDOUS PRACTICES No barbeque grills of any kind are permitted on balconies or in the unit. No open flames ie. Candle burning, are permitted on balconies or in the unit. Do not dismantle smoke detectors. ONLY PRE-APPROVED small dog is allowed, and only in Pet Friendly units. Please contact us to approve your pet and pay your pet fee before paying your final payment for your unit. Pet fees and approval must be done before arriving at your pet friendly unit. If evidence of an unapproved pet(s) is found in the unit or on the premises, you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent or damage deposit. And an additional cleaning fee will be charged. FAMILY RENTAL ONLY Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted according to Florida Statute 508.141 with forfeiture of all monies. HOUSEKEEPING There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and not to be taken from the unit. An initial setup of trash liners, bathroom paper, soap is provided. There is a one time cleaning fee. Additional cleaning fees will be due in the event that cleaning involves the removal of excessive sand. UTILITIES No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, WIFI, Internet, cable, or Cell phone service. Outages will be reported immediately and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible. NONSMOKING UNIT Smoking, Vaping and Hookah are strictly prohibited. Your damage deposit will be forfeited and you will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking, hookah or vaping is found. ENTRY BY OWNER Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises under the following circumstances: in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency). RULES AND REGULATIONS Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Do not strip beds of linens. All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles. Please place trash bins in front of house for pickup. Close all blinds in all rooms. Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties. "No pets" policy must be observed. Pets are not allowed on any non-pet-friendly premises. For Pet Friendly units, a small dog may be pre-approved. No Cats, No exception. Smoking, Vaping, and Hookah are not allowed in the unit. Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25). Door codes are only valid from check-in time to check-out time. Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits. HOLD HARMLESS iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, WIFI, internet, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control. MAINTENANCE Report any maintenance needs for the premises to the us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, and televisions.

A very comfortable home!

We found this rental to be even better in person than its pictures and description indicated. The house was very clean, with lots of space, two nice lanais to relax and read in, comfortable furniture, all the comforts of home. The location is a neighborhood setting and is very near lots of stores, restaurants, and Shamrock park and the Legacy trail for walking. The only issue we had was that three dogs in the house next door were left outside a lot to bark, sometimes late at night or early in the morning barks and whines could be heard. The iTrip property management was fantastic! Their responses were always immediate and attentive to our needs. And Wendy is very handy at assembling a new grill!!

We really joined our time relaxing at this home in the beautiful Venice, Florida location. It was very clean, quiet, well-equipped and comfortable. The layout of the home was great for overnight guests and we loved the private pool area. We also enjoyed spending time in the two screened in porches. Our dog lived the fenced-in backyard too!

The house was so comfortable, it really felt like home. The beds are all comfy and the couches as well. The wifi works super fast. The pool is perfect for cooling off after a hot day at the gorgeous private beach, only 5 minutes away! You can walk or ride your bike to the ferry and the awesome park! There's a nice screened in porch in the backyard as well as a gazebo to relax and sun bathe on lounge chairs. The kitchen has all the utensils you'd need. The house has everything you'd need, and felt nice and clean and tidy. I did not want to leave. It's a little slice of paradise.
