We stayed in this unit for the second time and will gladly do so again in the future. Great view of the ocean and sunsets from the room and balcony and everything was in working order. Also appreciated the boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella. We had noted a couple minor issues during our last visit and they were both repaired! Can’t go wrong with this unit.

Upscale, safe and quiet

I stayed for 2 nights while attending a bridal shower. The location was perfect and a 2 minute drive to Starbucks. There were people staying next door in the duplex, but I never heard them. The unit is upscale, quiet and safe. I was very comfortable staying there alone.

We had just a couple of hiccups on our arrival and 1st day but with a phone call within minutes problem corrected. My son and grandson love to fish so this was a perfect location all of us enjoyed the pool and just spending quality time in such a peaceful area!

This place is clean and comfortable and so close to the beach!!! The pool in the back was really nice, clean, and well maintained. We’ve never been to the area before and this was a great location because it’s right there at the beach but also an easy, short drive to St. Augustine.

Perfect family vacation!

This house was immaculately clean when we arrived! There was plenty of space for all the siblings and cousins and parents to hang out. We found everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking and snacking. The best part is the comfy love seat and chair on the porch (perfect for sunrise watching with coffee!).
