It was great for me and my family!!! We expended the majority of the time in the beach due to the weather was excellent and the temperature of the sea was optimal for swim. The place was clean, well prepared and it was above that we expected. We will definitely do it again!

We had a wonderful experiences and the house was clean and warm. We had a wedding in Newberg with family all around. This house was so cozy and spacious as family stopped by, we are all very comfortable Would recommend highly

We enjoyed our stay at Sandy Bay. Comfortable, not at all fancy, lodging for a large family group. Yes, improvements and updates were definitely needed but not so much that our stay was negatively impacted. Great location right on the beach was fun for all ages. Overall a wonderful spring break vacation destination.

This home was awesome. With the four bedroom and every bathroom in a room was great for our family. A lot of space everything was just beautiful and I would recommend it to anyone which I already have. The house was very clean and in an awesome area. Thank you for letting us use this home and we most definitely will be back

Good location - big kitchen - dog friendly

Pros - cool house for a family party - great pro kitchen and big eating area, game room, and big yard with fireplace. Full linens and towels on arrival was really convenient. *Dog Friendly* Cons: very uncomfortable furniture - you really can’t sit and hang out. King bed mattress was bad, and all pillows were awful. Ok for a short trip but we didn’t get much sleep. Bring your own pillow.
