Relax and unwind in the peaceful and meticulously maintained grounds of the Lands End Resort in Treasure Island. With a direct open beach and Gulf view from the private balcony, you can't help but find serenity with your morning coffee or your sunset glass of wine. The beach and pool are just steps from the condo, and you're away from all the crowds so you can always find plenty of space to spread out.

The condo has been completely updated and refurnished with new wood flooring and ceramic tile, window coverings, trim and paint, new furniture, and upgraded electronics. The beach-facing master bedroom, with private bath, is furnished with a comfortable King size bed, and leads out to the balcony. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin size beds, and is located towards the front of the condo giving space for privacy for kids or other guests.

The complete kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to make coffee to a full five-course meal. All beach and bath towels are provided, as well as complete sets of linens and even a couple of beach chairs.

The condo is setup with washer and dryer, free high speed WiFi Internet service, free long distance telephone service to the U.S. and Canada, and is located close to restaurants, shopping, and activities of all kinds.

Please note, the condos in this building are restricted to a maximum of four guests each.

My wife, daughter (10) and I recently completed a 5 night stay at Lands End and happily give it 5 stars. The property had everything we could possibly need for our stay and the manager was so kind that they let us check out late on our last day so we could enjoy the day on the beach instead of waiting at the airport for our late flight. This property is perfect for a family vacation or weekend getaway, just bring your shorts and sandals and you have everything you need!

Great views of gulf. Condo is in excellent condition. 3 Tvs, internet, and many other amenities makes this a great place to stay. Our 2nd time using this condo and plan on using it again.

I had a wonderful time the condo was really nice. I left my keys and some money in a drawer and they mailed them to me. The only thing i would say is you do need a car because it is not really close to anything. I would definatly stay here again.

Me my fiancé and her brother and mom spent a week here and we had a great time. The location is perfect because you are surrounded by water three ways and there is a great dog beach on the back side of you are an animal lover. We didn't have our dogs but it was fun just to sit and watch them anyways. Close to great food and amenities. The beach is awesome and very clear water. The condo itself was great. It had everything that we needed for our stay and the balcony was also a plus. Me and my fiancé plan to return.

This unit #8-205 is nice but is in need of some repairs and most are easy fixes but don't seam to get addressed. Also you will need to do a full trip to the store to buy things the owner could have easily provided for their guest, it wound have cost them $20.00 to make your guest feel welcome, such as a salt and pepper shaker, tin foil and saran wrap, matches to start the BBQ and a set BBQ utensils, no laundry baskets and no laundry detergent of which we left most of these items. There is only one oven mitt, no spices left from previous guest of whom they ask you to throw out which is very wasteful and unnecessary. There were no maps, not even a pencil and paper to write on. We have stayed at many VRBO units and never this sparsely equipped. The dryer takes over 2 hours to dry as I am sure it needs a new heating element and thermostat. In closing I emailed 6 items that need to be fixed to I-trip maintenance and received no response. Jeff and family, Calgary, Canada July 2015-08-03

For sanitary reasons, we do ask our cleaners to completely remove any left over edible items, including spices and cooking supplies. The condo stays much cleaner and safer for all Guests that way. We'll make sure we check out the dryer and repair if necessary. We have a 24hr email and phone line available for all maintenance items. Unfortunately, we can't find any record of this Guest reporting any issues.
