Stayed at premises for four weeks with my wife daughter and son in law together with my two grand children ,the premises where nice and spacious with three good bedrooms and three bathrooms ,the living area and kitchen where also a good size and adequately furnished ,the only thing I would suggest is another couch or easy chair in living area, premises is in a good location on treasure Island a short walk from supermarket and across the road from the beach ,the pool area is a nice relaxing area, plenty of vehicle parking . I would recommend the premises completely and would definitely go there again .

Condo was nice. Perfect location. Was able to walk to a lot of places. Only a few complaints. One is that someone left their trash by the elevator and it was there for two days and no one bothered to carry it down to dumpster....including cleaning crew who we saw walk right past it a couple of times. My wife and I ended up taking it down because we didn’t want bugs or rodents to come in to our condo lol. Second complaint is that the elevator is super loud. Our bedroom wall connected with the elevator and every time it ran it woke us. After a few days we got used to it though. Thirdly the description stated there was a tv in each room but the room with the two twin beds had no tv. Regardless of complaints would stay here again.

This condo was a great experience Spotlessly clean and well appointed with the necessities. Liz and Charles were easy to contact and responsive to any requests. Five stars for this experience.

In general we found the accommodations favorable, not five star. A couple things that were cited by guests as not so accommodating were the meager supply of consumables; one role of toilet paper per bathroom, no Kleenex, 2 dishwasher tablets for 4 day stay, and no extra bars of bath or hand soap. Roaches citings were noted in front bedroom. Facility was clean and beds comfortable.

Our Stay was PERFECT! We were not sure what to expect with the mixed reviews online. When we arrived, I was a bit confused about how to get into the building. The on call staff called us back immediately and helped us gain access. We also arrived earlier than expected and they were very accommodating allowing us to check in upon arrival. The condo was clean and spacious with a large balcony, beautiful pool area and the beach just across the street. They provided large beach towels, pool & sand toys, etc. The location was very convenient with a Publix supermarket just feet from the building as well as many other stores and restaurants within walking/driving distance. Looking forward to our future stay :)

The condo was very nice and clean. Also very roomy with a great view off the balcony. Very easy short walk to the beach, The one suggestion I do have is to update the kitchen utensils and cookware if you are going to be doing any cooking. They have just one frying pan that is old and the handle was falling off and the all the utensils are old and very flimsy. No storage containers for leftovers and only one of each utensil in each drawer or shelf. Hard to cook breakfast with one frying pan. I have stayed at the Island Inn in the past years and this condo is much newer and nicer but they had much better kitchen supplies. If they update the kitchen supplies I would definately stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay at Treasure island condo. Only issues were the toilet which you had to jiggle the plumbing in the tank and you couldn't open the dishwasher door due to the fridge being too close, had to buy a can opener . Other then those things we enjoyed our stay very much.

This was a great place. The condo was even better than the pictures. They don't do it justice. It was clean and just was described. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We all got to fish off the dock in back and had really good luck, of course we released the fish after the pictures were taken. Went spent a lot of time on the balcony. This condo is near to everything the Publix is next door McDonald's is a short walk away as well many other things to do. We will be booking here again as soon as the family can decide on a week.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The condo was exactly as we expected with lots of room. We loved the location of our condo: Beach across the road and with just steps from Publix supermarket made our stay so relaxing and convenient. Also lovely the pool area. Would definitely stay here again next time at treasure island.!!

After looking through the many rentals we decided to stay at The Palms on Treasure Island. It is a great location and there are many things to do. It was a very low key, less hectic busy location. I really have no complaints about the location. The condo was a little outdated and was nice. The only complaint that I have is the room was not nearly as clean as it should have been. I know that the response will be that we should have said something when we noticed it. Unfortunately that to me is not the right answer. I or any guest shouldn't have to call the owner or the cleaning crew the day you arrive and tell them that there is still left over residue from past guests. That to me is unfortunate and honestly a little gross. What we found was most of the dishes had not been cleaned and there was a wine glass in the cabinet that still had lipstick on it from a former guest in the back of the cabinet, and there was also hair and schmutz on the bathroom floor in the master bathroom. Again the Condo was fairly priced and was in a great location just a little outdated and not as clean as I would have expected.

Thank you for the feedback. Cleaning is extremely important to us, and we will go over everything with our cleaners to see why any items were missed, and to make sure they will not happen in the future.
