Perfect Staycation
5/5 stars
We rented this unit for a long weekend staycation and had a blast. The place was very large three bedrooms and baths and was close to everything! The grocery store is next-door the beach is right across the street and we were able to walk to everything including several awesome restaurants. There is also a large beach boardwalk across the street and we could take a nice long walk on it every morning. There was also a kite festival on the beach that we were able to watch from our balcony. Unit has beautiful, gulf views! We will definitely come back.

Great location
4/5 stars
The condo was perfect! Great location, spacious with nice decor and all we needed. The pool was heated and felt amazing on a cool day. Our hosts were very accommodating. My only complaint was the extremely loud construction that started at 8am every morning except Sunday. That is out of their control but would have been nice to know ahead of time. They did try to make up for this issue though. We would definitely stay again.

We booked condo #303 The Palms of Treasure Island February 21st-26th 2019. The condo was wonderful, close to many things including the convention of the Puplix grocery store, but it had a lack of trash bags and a few essential. We left more trash bags, dish soap, dish towels, dish rags and a few utensils. Over all the condo was very comfortable and clean. We will return to this condo in the future!

Great Location
4/5 stars
Condo was perfectly located right across the street from beach access (and had great beach views) and right next door to grocery store and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The condo was clean when we arrived and had adequate supplies for our stay. We had an issue with the door lock code and a toilet on the first day we were there but with one quick call, both were resolved promptly. We thought the pool was great as well as the beach/pool toys that were available to use. There is some wear and tear and aging to the condo itself and evident around the shower bases, baseboards and windows but for the location and price, easily overlooked and didn't negatively affect our stay in any way! The iTrip team took care of many details and questions were answered quickly via email before our trip. I felt like the communication before we got there was great! Very detailed information was provided and we felt like we knew exactly where to go and how to access the amenities etc at The Palms. Great place to stay in Treasure Island and we would stay here again if we return!

Weekend Getaway
5/5 stars
Palms of Treasure Island 303 was great for our weekend getaway! The condo was clean and spacious. Being located directly next to a major grocery store (Publix) was ideal and it was just a short walk to the beach. Many area restaurants are within walking distance. We fell in love with a local coffee shop (Sweet Brewnettes) and visited 3x! While we were only able to stay for a few days, this condo would be ideal for anyone wanting to stay longer as the space was large with ample storage and a great large balcony. We hope to someday return.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious. The view from the living room, master bedroom and the patio was lovely! Public beach access was right across the street. Publix grocery store was also walking distance. The pool was so nice with a gorgeous view of the intercostal water way. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location! Walking distance to grocery store, beach, restaurants. Beautiful view of beach from large balcony.Maintenance was quick to respond to a very minor issue regarding a leak.Only complaint: we love to cook (we celebrated an early Thanksgiving here), and found the knives to be quite dull and difficult to use. A very minor complaint, of course, but wanted to leave the feedback.

Our stay was great! Communication with Liz and Charles was prompt and professional. The condo was clean and exactly as advertised. The location is super convenient. My only complaint would be the quality of the toilet paper is quite low and I find it odd that we are provided with only one roll per bathroom with no replenishment. It does state in the itinerary it will not be replenished so it wasn't a surprise but I think it would be more convenient to the guest and not a huge financial burden to provide more. We loved the stay and hope to come back again!!

For the price this was a great spot! Unexpected great ocean view and very conveniently located next to Publix and public beach entrance. The check-in process was very confusing-- different door codes that were hard to remember, lack of door access at what seems to be the front entrance, a very confusing door mechanism system on our room that we fumbled with the entire time-- we really wanted keys or keycards. The unit has 3 full bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 6 with each in a bed. 7 or 8 are only if sofa couch is used. Im giving 4 stars because the unit was very minimally furnished with essentials-- had only 3 partial rolls of TP and 1 of paper towels-- I had to buy more of each. Also because the elevator broke during our stay and because of all the issues trying to get in and out of the building. Very other small things resulted in 4 vs 5 stars--- robe hanger in the bathroom was broken, lack of overhead lighting made it very dark in the entire unit, very minimal kitchen utensils and everything was very cheap-- i.e. can opener barely functioned, a couple dish pods but no laundry detergent--- again-- very small things. Ultimately, for the price we were very happy with it.

Stay at 303 Palms of Treasure Island
5/5 stars
Stayed at premises for four weeks with my wife daughter and son in law together with my two grand children ,the premises where nice and spacious with three good bedrooms and three bathrooms ,the living area and kitchen where also a good size and adequately furnished ,the only thing I would suggest is another couch or easy chair in living area, premises is in a good location on treasure Island a short walk from supermarket and across the road from the beach ,the pool area is a nice relaxing area, plenty of vehicle parking . I would recommend the premises completely and would definitely go there again .

This is our second time renting the Palms 303. The location is great. The Publix next door is nice. But remember if you walk over you have to carry it all back. The fishing was fun off the back dock. Grandkids love the pool. Nice view of the beach. The elevator is hot and slow but you just have to be patient. We will be back next year.

Spring Break 2018
5/5 stars
Condo was nice. Perfect location. Was able to walk to a lot of places. Only a few complaints. One is that someone left their trash by the elevator and it was there for two days and no one bothered to carry it down to dumpster....including cleaning crew who we saw walk right past it a couple of times. My wife and I ended up taking it down because we didn’t want bugs or rodents to come in to our condo lol. Second complaint is that the elevator is super loud. Our bedroom wall connected with the elevator and every time it ran it woke us. After a few days we got used to it though. Thirdly the description stated there was a tv in each room but the room with the two twin beds had no tv. Regardless of complaints would stay here again.

This condo was a great experience Spotlessly clean and well appointed with the necessities. Liz and Charles were easy to contact and responsive to any requests. Five stars for this experience.

In general we found the accommodations favorable, not five star. A couple things that were cited by guests as not so accommodating were the meager supply of consumables; one role of toilet paper per bathroom, no Kleenex, 2 dishwasher tablets for 4 day stay, and no extra bars of bath or hand soap. Roaches citings were noted in front bedroom. Facility was clean and beds comfortable.

Perfect Stay!
5/5 stars
Our Stay was PERFECT! We were not sure what to expect with the mixed reviews online. When we arrived, I was a bit confused about how to get into the building. The on call staff called us back immediately and helped us gain access. We also arrived earlier than expected and they were very accommodating allowing us to check in upon arrival. The condo was clean and spacious with a large balcony, beautiful pool area and the beach just across the street. They provided large beach towels, pool & sand toys, etc. The location was very convenient with a Publix supermarket just feet from the building as well as many other stores and restaurants within walking/driving distance. Looking forward to our future stay :)

October vacation stay
5/5 stars
The condo was very nice and clean. Also very roomy with a great view off the balcony. Very easy short walk to the beach, The one suggestion I do have is to update the kitchen utensils and cookware if you are going to be doing any cooking. They have just one frying pan that is old and the handle was falling off and the all the utensils are old and very flimsy. No storage containers for leftovers and only one of each utensil in each drawer or shelf. Hard to cook breakfast with one frying pan. I have stayed at the Island Inn in the past years and this condo is much newer and nicer but they had much better kitchen supplies. If they update the kitchen supplies I would definately stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay at Treasure island condo. Only issues were the toilet which you had to jiggle the plumbing in the tank and you couldn't open the dishwasher door due to the fridge being too close, had to buy a can opener . Other then those things we enjoyed our stay very much.
- Keith

Thank you for your review. We'll take a look at the tank.

This was a great place. The condo was even better than the pictures. They don't do it justice. It was clean and just was described. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We all got to fish off the dock in back and had really good luck, of course we released the fish after the pictures were taken. Went spent a lot of time on the balcony. This condo is near to everything the Publix is next door McDonald's is a short walk away as well many other things to do. We will be booking here again as soon as the family can decide on a week.
