Love the location, steps from the beach and Close to everything. Love how peaceful mornings are and you can’t beat the sunset. Tiki bar is perfect for a cooling break from the sun. Will be back for sure.

We enjoyed our stay in room 209 suite . The only complaint we had was floors were not washed at all . They were just completely covered in sand . Cleaners need to do better on floors. Other than that beautiful room and very comfy bed . Would definitely recommend !

We stayed here for my birthday which landed on Easter and it was Absolutely wonderful . Everything you need in one place. It was clean and I love that they had beach chairs and everything you needed for the beach We got 2 balconies and if you invite company but want a little privacy there are 2 doors separating you from the other room. It was the perfect amount of room for us. The hosts were amazing and very responsive. Definitely would recommend. We will definitely be back!

The room needs a little updating, and we had problems with the stove! They looked at it right away and it was working fine. Next morning wasn’t working very well again. Took a half hour to heat up to cook eggs. I didn’t call again because we had other plans and like to be there when workers come in. There was also no safe and the fan didn’t work in our bathroom. We’ve stayed at the island inn 3 years in a row for a total of 6 weeks a year. Other than that the room was acceptable but not as nice as the others we stayed in! Thanks Mark

The unit is very accommodating for a party of 6. Nice quiet location of Treasure Island but close enough to enjoy St. Pete as well. Vicki’s tiki bar is a must, she had great service and drinks!

The electricity went out in half the unit. When we texted the "emergency" number, we received no response. When we called, it took a couple of hours for a return call and the issue was never fixed before we had to check out at 11:00. My friend's 89 year old father was sleeping in that room and had to get up in the pitch dark at 3 in the morning to go to the bathroom. This was a very dangerous situation.Parking at this facility is terrible. They told us there are 88 parking spots for over 100 units. It was a gamble anytime we went out if we would be able to find another spot. And one parking pass for the 4 of us in the unit was difficult to start with.The location and view were wonderful, but it was not a hassle-free stay.

Unfortunately, there was a short power outage throughout the area during this Guest's stay. We're so sorry it caused a disturbance. There is plenty of parking for all, and we haven't had much of an issue in the past. We're glad you enjoyed the location!

Our family just returned from Treasure island. The room was truly ocean-front. You are on the beach once you step out of the Island Inn. It was nice to have 2 separate rooms, both equipped with beds, kitchenette with microwave, full bathroom, and balcony. There were 4 beach chairs and many sand toys for kids in the room. We didn't use a big cooler and cabana, but sure will be useful for other vacationers. Treasure island beach was quiet, relaxing, without too many people. Bus stop was just outside the building. Publix was nearby. You see the true quality of managing company when issues arise. When the bathroom lock somehow broke, I was able to get in touch with a compassionate live person on phone quickly. Even though it was on Thanksgiving day, the maintenance guy showed up within 10minutes to fix the problem. I will highly recommend this vacation rental!

Had a great time in St Pete! The condo looked exactly like pics. Would stay again. Couple things that need addressing....**** Ants were everywhere in 209. Couldnt leave food out. The bathroom needed some work. Shower head is rusty and not very strong water pressure. Walls around shower were peeling back from water and has started to mildew. Just a few issues but overall stay was great! Location was awesome. View was amazing!!

Room and rate were excellent. The hotel staff not so much. We rented a 2 room suite and the itrip check in email clearly stated we could get up to 4 room keys. Hotel said their policy was 2 keys only. This was a definite inconvenience.

I've stayed at Island Inn many times, but this was the best rental unit. It was incredibly clean and had nice updates. The extra space from the added second unit was great. My only complaint, as with other units in the building, is the loud road noise from the front door. Of course the beach and pool were wonderful. The close walk to Caddy's is always an added plus. The tiki bar staff are always friendly and make great drinks.

We had a wonderful vacation over Thanksgiving and stayed in this unit. There was enough space for two adults and three older kids. The kids even got to have their own space and bathroom. The condo is like two units with a door in between. Two balconies look out onto the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. We had numerous dolphin sightings from the beach. The pool was warm and all the staff from the tiki bar adjacent to the pool were so friendly. They were a great resource for things to do, places to go, etc. We never met the owners of the condo but communication via email was very good and responsive. One recommendation would be to have more towels or midweek fresh towel delivery for both beach and bath. There are coin operated laundry facilities but not in the unit so not very convenient. Overall I would highly recommend this unit and location!

This was a nice place to stay with a great view. Enjoy the two rooms together. Would have loved it there was a small refrigerator in the other room to avoid back-and-forth back-and-forth traffic. Check in staff was nice and friendly. However I did try to contact someone at I trip last minute to re-email me Check in instructions I never heard back from anyone. Parking was an issue since there is no assigned space. If it were not for the double fees for Vrbo and I trip I would stay at this unit again.

The only thing we found wrong with the unit was that the floors were pretty dirty. How we found this out was by walking around barefoot and the bottoms of our feet were filthy. My wife is undergoing chemo therapy, so sterilization of everything was definitely concerning. We managed tho by wearing socks and sandals in the room as we did not want to make a fuss about something so trivial. All in all, great relaxing vacation.

Spacious 2bedroom on the beach

We were attending a gathering of 120 people. Most were staying in crowded, small rooms with 1 king or 2 double beds and one bathroom. This unit was 2 rooms with the adjoins door open. It was spacious enough for six adult women. Having 2 bathrooms was nice. The first bedroom had a full size refrigerator and a large table so we could all have our morning coffee together. Both rooms had patios facing the ocean. You can only enter through room 209, which meant disturbing anyone sleeping to get to the other room. It would be nice if the key unlocked both doors (208 & 209). A few basics missing would have been nice - wine glasses, plastic glasses & coffee filters. I plan on staying here again.

We could not have had a better place to stay on the west coast of Florida! There was plenty of room for my 3 teenage sons, my fiancé and myself. Everthing was nice, clean and very comfortable. The Island Inn staff was great and everyone we met was friendly. I would stay again if going too Florida.

Bang for the buck couldnt get any closer than this to the beach. Quiet hotel for being right next to busy road. The tiki bar was a nice plus had a nice time enjoying the music. Nice uncrowed beach. Onlt negative thing was ppl park right in front of ur room and under ur room. The view would have been much better from a higher floor. Other than that a very affordable place for thr money to be right on the beach.

Really enjoyed this condo and the place was really pretty. All updated furniture and appliances. Very well kept and cleaned. Had everything we needed. The area was really pretty as well. Loved the amenities that were close. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to others!

We had a good vacation, plenty of room. 2 bathrooms is a huge plus. Beach access was great, including outdoor showers to wash off sand. For the money, the room was very good. A couple minor things, but they were taken care of quickly. Will likely be back next year.

Everything we needed that we couldn't bring with us on the plane was in the room! Beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys we were thrilled! We found the perfect place for us & will book again. Nice quiet area not far from Clearwater & St. Pete.

The room was nice, great location and awesome view. It was not as functional as I would have liked it to have been but it worked. I missed having an oven and the two small burners definitely did not work well to accommodate our cooking needs. But with that said, there were more pros than cons and would rent again. There was no washer and dryer in room but laundry facilities on same floor and very convenient. Great Tiki Bar and great beach access. Front desk Staff not real accommodating to renters of private units. Also pool was way over chlorinated. First hour in pool and all our suits were faded pretty bad and kids eyes were so red and burning that had to make trip to Walgreens to get eye drops. mentioned to front desk staff and they said "oh well" in a couple days our pool guys comes and will mention. All in all it was a good trip and always love the Treasure Island area.
