This was the second time staying at the Surf Beach Resort. The condo had everything we needed for our stay, was very clean and tidy. The location is perfect! Within walking distance of shops and restaurants and, of course, it’s right on the beach! An awesome place to stay. We’ve already booked another stay!!

The best place to stay in Treasure Island!

We loved our time at 201 Surf Side. The accommodations were just as pictured and described, but better in person. We had two adults and three kids age 17, 15 and 10, and it was plenty of space. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was super nice and having laundry in the unit was a bonus! The balcony overlooking the pool and beach was out faborite part. It is a longer walk to the ocean, but that’s everywhere in Treasure Island. We loved being on the beach side of the road and it’s an easy trip to the airport, Madeira Beach or St Pete Beach. We walked the path every day along the beach and this is by far the best place to stay with a pool along the beach! I would recommend packing a few extra trash bags, toilet paper and laundry detergent but you can also purchase them at the Walgreens or Publix that is a short walk away. We loved everything about our stay and will be back in the future!

Beautiful Sunsets

We love our stay at this lovely condo and felt at home here. Some of our favorite amenities were assigned parking, easy access to the condo and providing beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and towels. It was also nice having the start up kit of paper towels, coffee filters etc. for our 3 night stay. We enjoyed the nice walkway that ran parallel to the beach and enjoyed watching all the people come and go. It was a bit of a walk to the ocean, but the views were worth the walk.

Great vacation condo and location

This condo was great for location for many things that were walkable and not far from John’s pass. Nice and close to many great restaurants as well. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. My only complaint is that the floor was very dirty, if we walked without sandals, we would get black feet or socks right away. The pool is not bad, but the fence around it definitely needs fixing because it was all crooked. But I am not going to put that against them because of the hurricanes. Overall, we were very satisfied, and we would definitely return!

This is our 2nd time at Surf Beach Resort. Perfect for two couples. We love sitting on balcony and enjoying the view. Pool, hot tub and beachfront are all great. One suggestion would be to add TV subscription for watching movies, or let people know there is a DVD player to bring your own. In evenings we wanted to watch something and regular channels had nothing. Would definitely recommend!

Our unit had a great view and was spotless. My husband and I are over 75 and would have appreciated a grab bar in the tub area of the master suite bathroom.

Condo was great! Location was great. Wide beach so although beachfront, there is a walk to the water. Fine with us, but could be a challenge for older people. Water pressure in shower could be better, but not a reason to not stay here! Would stay again!

We had an amazing stay! From the moment we walked into the very clean and fresh smelling condo to the moment we checked out, we had everything we could possibly need. The view is amazing! Surprisingly enough for a 2nd floor condo unit, you can see the water. The balcony is roomie enough for 4 which is rare for beach condos in the TI area. The owners were wonderful and addressed any questions we had immediately through text. The checkin and checkout process is so easy and it was great to have a dedicated parking spot! This unit is conveniently located on the property to easily take the stairs with beach/pool essentials. We loved the privacy being on the corner. As a previous condo rental owner, I can appreciate the owners’ efforts to go above and beyond for their guests. Thanks for a wonderful stay and to allow us to show off beautiful TI to our friends who were visiting! We will rent again!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was nice and looked exactly like the posted photos. We appreciated the coffee and starter amenities. We also appreciated the extra iTrip discounts as we enjoyed a sunset yacht cruise and were very pleased with the transportation to & from the airport! The instructions for entry and passcodes were clear. Very good communication. We enjoyed the paved pathway by the beach which allowed a beautiful walk to nearby restaurants and Publix.

We have been to Treasure Island many times as we have close family members who live there and in St. Petersburg. This is our first time staying at Surf Beach as in the past we stayed with family; however, a bunch of relatives flew in to celebrate 2 milestone birthdays. We ended up renting 4 condos at Surf Beach to accommodate everyone. This one, unit 201, was hands down the best in terms of being remodeled and decorated professionally. The others looked old and outdated. It had everything we needed and we were delighted to find a cooler that we used to take beverages to the beach. The only hint that I would pass on to future renters is that the ice maker does not work (it is not advertised as having an ice maker). There were 4 trays of ice cubes, but we are prolific users of ice. On our last full day, we found out that the public parking lot next door has a little convenience store that sells big bags of ice for $2 and is open until 5pm. We would rent this condo again.

The condo was everything we wanted. Slightly disappointed that we even had to purchase small things like trash bags and toilet paper. Overall it’s a nice place, could be cleaner. Our feet were black walking in the room barefoot. A better mop would help tremendously. Although none of this would stop us from visiting again.

Everything was as noted in the pictures and the email with the trip information concerning the condo. We had an issue with the shower stopping up but it was fixed within 2 hours or so. We would book again through itrip.

Needed some sun before the dredges of winter set in. Headed to treasure island, fl. for a few days. This condo worked well for us all. Right on beach, balcony to watch beautiful sunsets. Great pool and deck for sunning. Even with the outer bands of Michael hitting for a day or so, our holiday was great.

Overall the condo, location, and beach were fantastic. There were a couple of issues I had upon arrival. The door lock wasn't working properly, which was resolved very quickly by contacting the maintenance worker. The other issues I had were there were dishes left in the dishwasher, along with towels in the dryer. I had no idea if the items were clean or not, so I had to rewash everything myself. Also the light fixtures and plant needs dusting!Looking past these very minor issues, it was a great place to stay.

Stayed here for 4 nights on a mother daughter trip and the gentleman that checked us in was exceptional on customer service. Quick check in and full of suggestions. Our room was super clean and they really pay attention to detail. Really liked the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles that were supplied on the shower wall. A very comfortable condo and kitchen had every gadget we needed. Only thing we wish we were on a higher floor so we could see the ocean but we were still happy with room. The condo also has an area first come first serve beach umbrellas, chairs, floats, toys etc. so check that out before you go buy. There was an awesome ice cream parlor across the street you could walk to which was convenient. Our car was parked under the building which was always in the shade so that was nice we didn't have to get in a hot car in the evenings. Beaches are clean and there is an umbrella chair service available if you choose. We will be back!

Planned a long weekend with our son and his girlfriend. This unit was perfect. Great location can really walk to great stores and restaurants. Would recommend Ricky T's and Sloppy Joes! Our car never left it's parking spot! Had a small issue with the door lock but the front desk took care of it immediately for us. They were super helpful and friendly. Our late arrival was no problem, key in lockbox as promised. Would definitely stay at this condo again.

My family if 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The description and pictures are very accurate. It was wonderful having a balcony looking out to the Gulf and the convenience of staying on the beach was great. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable, it had all you needed in the kitchen and plus a few extras like beach chairs and toys, a cooler and pool toys. We all enjoyed the pool and patio area, very clean and nice.

I recently spent a week in Treasure Island and couldn't of been happier with the condo and the location. The condo was everything is said it would be. The view of the walking path out front provided hours of simple entertainment as well as a spectacular view of the gulf!! Everyone was so nice and helpful, I plan to return again!
