If the weather isn't cooperating, the home inside has unbelievable views throughout. This retreat is full of board games and comfortable seating that can be arranged to perfectly suit your group. The open floor plan that blends the living, dining, and kitchen area is perfect for making memories for your whole group to enjoy.

Once ascending to the deck in the back of the home you'll step inside to this two-story oceanside retreat. One bedroom is on the main level and there are two additional bedrooms upstairs. Both bedrooms upstairs boast magnificent views of the beach and ocean. Don't be surprised when you spend most of your morning lounging about and enjoying You will also find a number casual reading books and some additional games.

For a great cup of coffee and a snack don't mess The Grateful Bread Bakery and Restaurant. There are countless options to see and enjoy wildlife as well. One of the favorites is on Horseback through Greenacres Beach and Trail Rides. If adventure is your thing check out the opportunities to 4WD, ATV, and off road throughout the region.

The location is truly unparalleled. Sitting in the Tierra Del Mar community, Sol Luna is a perfect blend of comfort and casual style in an epic setting. You have immediate access to the beaches and the sand is just steps from your door. A quick drive or bike ride away sits Pelican Brewing, Cape Kiwanda State Natural Area and a number of other wonderful coastal gems. PET FRIENDLY: *There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Please be aware failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. *

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
1  Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. 
2  All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles. 
3  No glitter or confetti is to be used or dispersed on the property. Failure to comply will result in extra cleaning fees of at least $300.00 at a minimum.
4  The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed the advertised number stated on the listing.
5  Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
6  If Pets are allowed on Property a $100 per pet fee is required. Let us know if you will be bringing pets so we can send a $100 request per pet. Please pick up after your pets. If feces are left behind an extra charge of $50 applied clean up. If it is marked as "No pets" this policy must be observed and pets are not allowed on premises.
7  Smoking is not allowed in the unit. $500 fine if evidence of smoking is found in the unit.
8  Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
9  Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state the rental vacation rental property resides in, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of the state or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
10  There shall be no noise that can be heard outside the home between the hours of 10pm - 7am. If noise is an issue, you will get a written warning text message to the number that booked the reservation and/or a phone call. If noise does not stop, you will be fined up to $300 or possibly evicted immediately.
11  Any items left that a guest leaves and wishes to be returned and shipped will incur a $30 fee plus shipping. 
12. Commercial use of the property, including filming, is prohibited unless approved with a signed location release form. Any unauthorized filming for commercial use will result in immediate eviction and possible legal action.

SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES
Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity of the listings advertised guests, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.

Violations of our noise rules or maximum number of guests agreed to at the time of booking will result in possible fines or immediate eviction with all loss of all rents.  Depending on severity if there is a noise situation we may call and issue a warning or proceed with a $300 fine. If we cannot reach the guest that booked the property someone will show up to at a minimum issue a $300 fine and/or evict the entire group immediately. Any delay will result in us involving the authorities and trespassing every person on the property as well as the loss of all rents. Additional fines or damages may be assessed after removal. 

HOLD HARMLESS
iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
 
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The undersigned Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.

Wonderful view of the ocean from the main floor living area and the 2 upstairs bedrooms. It is in a great location with a gently sloping beach and not a lot of people. Customer service by I Trip folks was excellent. Always look forward to a return trip.

Sweet place on the beach

We enjoyed three nights in this cozy place on the beach in the community of Tierra Del Mar. the downstairs bedroom is small with no view but has a comfortable mattress. There is an adequate bathroom next to this bedroom. The upstairs bedrooms have spectacular ocean views and a larger shared bathroom. Great mattresses in upstairs bathrooms. The kitchen and living room are cozy but were large enough for our party of five. Access to the beach is right out the sliding doors from the living room/kitchen. Lovely experience with our 94-year-old dad who can’t walk the beach but got the constant, beautiful view from the house or the deck.

Nice Oceanfront Accommodations

The location and house was great for our three generation family. The views from the living space, two of the bedrooms, and deck were perfect. With the windows open. The sounds of the ocean fill the house. The beach is fabulous. Many beach fire setups high on the beach and most of the time the beach was very quiet. We didn’t bring our dog, but it seemed like it was a great beach for dogs. The house was clean and everything worked great aside from a few window screens and windows. The windows that did work were enough to keep the house ventilated and comfortable. Check in was easy and check out was even easier. They don’t ask you to do much and leave the heavy lifting for the cleaning service. It was very nice to have such an easy and smooth stay. The property was safe for our two young children and the grandparents didn’t have any issues either.

Honestly I'd love to review this saying not to bother renting this place as I would love to be able to have it available any time I want it. What an outstanding home and location. Beautiful views, great beach access, quiet beach and lovely deck. We had terrific weather, but because of the layout of the rooms and all the windows this would also be a fantastic location during stormy Oregon Coast winters. Looking forward to more trips to enjoy this location.

Perfect family getaway

We really enjoyed our experience at Soluna and with iTrip Vacations. The property was even better than described and pictured -- very well stocked kitchen for cooking all our meals, extra blankets in living room for extra coziness, dog toys and bowls to keep our pooch happy, comfortable beds and bedding, and very nice arrival gifts to make us feel extra welcome--oh, and the VIEW...unreal!!! Our group of five included three elderly adults, one person on crutches, and a little dog -- we all had an incredible and comfortable long holiday weekend together. We couldn't have been happier with the communication with the property manager. We'll definitely re-book next time we're on the coast.

Soluna Is Wonderful

We loved our stay at Soluna! The ocean views from the deck, main living area, and upstairs bedrooms were outstanding. It was easy to get onto the beach using the pathway off the deck, and the Tierra del Mar beach is wonderful. The property was exceptionally clean and very well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. There was even a bottle of wine and two glasses on the table to welcome us to the property. Lots of little extra touches like that made us know we had found a special place, and the fact we could have our dog with us was icing on the cake. We will be back!
