Great property with lots of amenities. A few minor issues with the WIFI and pool, but host had his pool guy come over and we reset the WIFI. Overall it was a wonderful stay and would book again.

This place was perfect for us! It is within walking distance of everything you could want in Idaho Springs! Breakfast at Main Street cafe is a must and the Mocha Latte’s ya Frothy’s are the best! This town has so much charm. Lottie and Bryan were so thoughtful with the space and had several nice touches like snacks and nice toiletries. They respond quickly and seem like great people! I give this place a 10/10! We hope to visit again soon.

River Trail Retreat is a perfect cabin in the woods for couples, families, friends. Its private setting along the river is relaxing any time of year yet it's close to markets, restaurants and recreation areas. All the extra amenities were welcoming and made us feel at "home" immediately. Highly Recommend a stay at River Trail Retreat.

The ITrip people were great. Communication was awesome. They also allowed us to store our luggage at their office before check in and after check out. That solved a big issue as we had several hours before we could check in and after checkout. I highly recommend them.

We were so glad for our extended family to be able to stay at Hillside Haven once again, for a wedding this time. There was plenty of vanity space for all the girls to get wedding-ready while the children had plenty of space to play. Very classy home. Wonderful outdoor spaces for eating and socializing. We hope to be able to come again.

It is a nice property with a beautiful view. We were disappointed that the outside fireplace did not work. We did call and report the problem but it was not fixed during our stay. Cleaning crew needs to clean the windows overlooking both views. There were a couple of cushions missing on the outside chairs. We would plan on staying here again if we return to this area. 4 stars not 5

Stayed 2 weeks, The house amenities were fantastic. Patio-Lanai was a great area to relax after a day’s work. The master bed very comfortable and kitchen had dinnerware and pots/pans to enjoy a plenty. Minor issues and the property mgmt team was very responsive. We’ll be back in March for another few weeks.

Great property, great location, and great customer service -- definitely recommend! Vacationed at the Kure beach early August 2023 with family (which includes 18 and 21 year old), grandparents, and sister and had a great time. The property was clean, well furnished, minimally decorated (which is a huge plus in my book), and comfortable. Grandma has mobility issues so having the elevator was a must but was especially helpful with getting gear in and out of the property. We had minor issue and itrip staff quickly responded and resolved the issue. The neighbors were pleasant, the neighborhood was quiet, and it was an easy walk to the beach (we rented a golf cart due to grandma's mobility issues otherwise we would have been fine without). Beach was not crowded but windy and we quickly understood the prolific use of the shibumi shade (and similiar products). As the family vacation planner I rely greatly on reviews of previous vacationers so I provide an honest assessment/review and this property is one that I recommend and would return to.

iTrip was very easy to work with! I made an error in the booking dates and only realized it a week later; the change was made without an ounce of trouble. All communications were very responsive, timely and helpful. The unit is on the third floor, so the view from the deck was beautiful. The unit was clean and spacious and well-supplied. Having sand toys and beach chairs available with the unit was a blessing. There’s plenty to do nearby if you want a break from the beach. Get going!

This is a gem of a find. We enjoyed its fully-equipped kitchen. It is on the 3rd floor, end unit with balcony where we caught some stunning sunsets. It is elegantly decorated and a quick drive to the beach. We would rent from these owners again.

We had a great stay at our rental property on Salt Creek Court. The place has been cleaned well and with clean towels and new toiletries. Check in was easy ( although a wider check in window would be better)

I will definitely stay again if in the area. The only issue I had was we could not get in the game room . No code worked which was very unfortunate. Other than that it was wonderful.

Great house for our family of 5! Very clean and in good condition. Nice, small backyard for kids to play in as well. We had one small maintenance issue that was fixed within a couple hours of emailing, which was much appreciated! Would stay again.

Comfortable townhouse located within easy walking/biking distance of the crescent lift which provides bike access to the upper mountain. Easy check-in and check-out process. All amenities were provided on arrival. Although the gas grill wasn't working, the owner quickly had it replaced. No other issues were encountered during our relaxing stay. The pool and hot tub were easily accessible. Mountain biking was a blast for all.

This home was large, had comfy beds, great amenities, large kitchen with an oversized fridge, good wifi and an amazing backyard. There was plenty to do with the family. We did have a hard time getting the AC cooling down in the lower level, but after texting the property manager it was fixed. The home and yard were beautiful, spacious, and perfect. We did come up to go boating at the nearby lakes and we got a text the first night stating we couldn't have a boat in the driveway per HOA rules, and the property listing did not state you couldn't park a boat or clarify the HOA rules. We had to scramble at the last minute to not park our boat in the driveway.

Loved the room. Loved the location. So easy to access the Canyons. Great services like ski valet. Hotel takes a day or two to get used to (topologically with all the corridors) but we loved the pool, hot tub, ping pong tables, kids room arcade was a hit. A++.

We were in town for a wedding and had a nice stay at this home. The place was clean, offered plenty of room, comfortable beds, and a well-stocked kitchen. Walked to coffee shop in the morning, and could have walked to downtown very easily, had we not had the kids with us. We took a cab from the airport and got dropped off in the front of the home (entrance is in the rear). That was the only 'down' side to the entire trip. Loved the place and the location.

This was a great home for a girl's weekend! It had everything, fully functional kitchen that we could all be in at once. The BBQ area was perfect, and sunsets were so enjoyable at the firepit. A short distance to the beach is a plus. You can save your food shopping because they have a Wal mart in town, as well as a TJ Maxx. The bedrooms were comfortable and roomy everything you need in the home is in it.

The place gave off a great ski house vibe and it fit our 8 guests perfectly! Everything we needed was clean and available. I was texted by management a few times to make sure everything was going well. The access to the slopes were perfect and the hot tub was a great way to relax at the end of the day. The heated floors were a really nice addition! Can't go wrong on this one!

Great space for a family or group of friends. Comfortable beds and living areas. Quiet neighborhood close to Hutchinson island beaches and Downtown Stuart. Hosts were available for questions as needed. Fast WiFi and private backyard for evening fire. Clean and updated.

We had a wonderful stay in Scituate. Jim and his wife were so accommodating and helpful to us with super prompt and polite communication. No issues getting into the house, which was very well furnished and spacious. The beach setting is wonderfully picturesque with very cute restaurants, breweries, and walks a short drive away.

First and foremost, we were very pleased with the MQ9. The unit itself was very clean, well equipped, spacious, relaxing and had a nice mountain view. The location would be perfect for ski in/out. While we could walk easily into town, it was a bit more of a challenge coming back. The steep walk home up Monarch St. followed by another 4 flights of steps up to the unit itself proved a bit much for us. (We did use the Free Downtowner shuttle service quite frequently which at least knocked off the big walk up the hill). Overall our experience was great and we really enjoyed the condo itself, just not the location as much as we were hoping to.

We are glad that you enjoyed your stay at Mountain Queen 9. There are some stairs that lead to the condo as it is on the top floor. The Downtowner free shuttle is great to get to and from town. Another option to get to the condo a bit easier is to take the elevator, located in the garage to the 2nd floor and go up the last couple of flights from there. First, Steven and Sarah worked with us for weeks making sure every question was answered while we planned our trip. They seemed to be on call 24/7, and I have never experienced this kind of travel service. I thought the pictures of the unit were too good to be true, but they did not do it justice. It was comfortable (top of the line mattresses) and luxurious while supplied with more than we needed. It was so easy to cook in the spacious kitchen with high-end appliances. The view of the beach with direct access could not have been more perfect. The pool was lovely and a good size for all visitors to enjoy. There were shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. We plan to book again next year and for many to come.

We have stayed in many Vrbo through the years but hands down this has been the cleanest, Luxurious, largest, persoally decorated home we have ever stayed in. Check in was easy as we were just given a key code to the garage. It was easy to find and the location was perfect. Our view of the lake and the mountains was beautiful. This home has been professionally decorated and it like a five star hotel. It has a gourmet kitchen with viking appliances. It is so huge that we all had our own rooms and bathrooms. With the three floors no one was ever interrupted. Nice hot tub located just on one of the three patios. The picture do not do this location justice. We got free tickets to the dog show from the hotel, went to Park silly which is a free huge event. Swam at the pool but the best part was just being able to be in a quiet, peaceful setting surrounded by nature. We were sitting on the porch one night looking into the trees and a deer stood up and walked away. We walked birds and other animals. We wanted to stay and eat there rather than going out. Park City and Heber are moments away but you just do not want to leave the comfy couches. There are several TVs, 2 sets of washer and dryers so don't pack a lot of clothes anyone choosing to stay here will never regret it

This place was amazing. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The rooms was exactly as they are described. The bedrooms was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen and dining area was huge. There are a couple of things to mention parking was hard if you have a big vehicle. The only thing we found with the whole place was the downstairs floors need to be swept better. But we would stay here again.

We've stayed at many places on St Pete Beach and this place was one of the best! The location was awesome along with everything you need in a kitchen. Even though it was not oceanfront, there were still incredible views of the ocean and beach. It felt like we were facing the ocean. The condo is very spacious and very clean. We will definitely be back!

From the moment we walked in and the cute way the towels were folded to the decorations around the condo, the place was perfect! We ended up spending more time at the pool than the beach because of how clean and friendly everyone was! We had a few issues, but management addressed it right away and came out in less than 24 hours! I’d definitely come back to this condo next year!

Ten of us stayed very comfortably. Beds comfortable, kitchen was well supplied with lots of dishes, utensils, glasses and cooking equipment. Grill with propane was a great bonus. Fantastic hot tub on first floor of the building. We highly recommend this place. Shuttle stop right outside with short ride to lift. No walking required!

My husband is a school teacher and our annual tradition/celebration is to take a local trip in the PNW to our beautiful beaches. I want to say this property was perfect with all the amenities I was looking for. Short steps to the beach, quaint restaurants near by and hot tub to ease our muscles from all the walking. I originally booked my trip through Travelocity but didn’t realize that I could have booked through itrip and the see so many more beautiful properties. Well now I know for our future bookings!

Sully’s by the Sea is a comfortable, modern, spacious home. Extended family stayed for a long weekend for a wedding & it was perfect. Everything was clean, all the beach gear was super handy & the kitchen had everything you could want. I highly recommend.

This is the perfect spot for our family. We enjoyed our stay here this past weekend. We brought our bikes and didn't even have to use our car. Very close to the beach, boardwalk, grocery store & restaurants. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Neighborhood is quiet and the Manager was great gave us all the information we needed to check in & check out easily. We LOVED it! and would absoluetly stay here again!

Great vacation with my family, 6 adults and one child; a short distance to the beach, the Naples pier, 5th Avenue shopping and entertainment; we loved shelling on Sanibel and Captiva. My granddaughter loved the Naples Zoo. We took an air boat tour in the Everglades, only 40 minutes from the home. The house was clean with plenty of towels, bedding, beach chairs, etc. highly recommend. Had positive interactions with iTrip and TripAdvisor.

We stayed at Aina Nalu Resort in G-207 for a week. The condo was perfectly stocked, furnished and comfortable for our family of five. There is a washer and dryer in the condo and the air conditioner kept it at perfect temperature. We could not have asked for a better place to stay! The Resort has two pools and a hot tub and was surprisingly not crowded. The grounds were very clean. The resort is two blocks away from downtown Lahaina, which was great for walking around downtown, eating, visit the warf, or just hanging out. The Banyan Tree is also located downtown- a must see!Yes, you have to pay for parking or park on the street but honestly, the $20 a day was worth it. There is street parking if you dont want to pay. We spent the majority of our trip exploring different beaches during the day then coming back to the condo and making dinner then hanging out in the Downtown Lahaina night life. If youre looking for a fancy resort, look somewhere else. If youre looking for a clean, comfortable, chill condo, perfectly located near everything, this is for you!!!We definitely plan on staying here next time we come back to Maui!!!

Everything was so simple…booking, questions, check in & out, reservation. We enjoyed the entire area. The condo was perfect, the host was responsive and very nice. There were zero issues with anything. We used Suncoast Watersports with the wedding activities and they were nothing short of amazing. It was a perfect trip. We used the free bike rentals and they were great. My only negative is that the room wasn’t as clean as I thought it should be as far as floors and countertops. Guests are required to do a good amount of cleaning before we leave. I wish all rentals everywhere would let guests into the rooms/houses as they are cleaned. Say a room is ready by 1…let the guest of that room go ahead and check in instead of waiting. I know there’s a process and I probably don’t understand it but it’s a good thought. Thank you for everything!!

The trip to Bald Head proved to be wonderful and Docs house was the perfect place to stay. I appreciate all their attention to details...a well stocked kitchen and extra blankets and beach equipment to name a few. The sunset off the deck was spectacular and just being able to look out at the water everyday was magical. We hope to be able to go back to Docs again. Thank you

We found this condo to be immaculate, well-furnished, nicely decorated, and extremely comfortable for four people. The Clubhouse was close, and we enjoyed the Jacuzzi and heated pool after a long day of skiing. The only challenge was getting to Canyons Village from the condo. It was a long walk to the gondola, especially returning to the condo and walking up several steep hills in the snow. We would suggest renting a vehicle if you know how to drive in a lot of snow -- being from Florida, we didn't chance that. All in all, this was a great place and the service was wonderful.

The unit was wonderful, ground floor, next to the pool and steps from the beach. There was easy parking and we were in close proximity to our favorite restaurants and shops. The unit was clean and beds were comfortable. They were some small things, but they did not detract from our stay. The dishwasher door is heavy and doesn't catch. One of our guests hit his foot with it. The living room tv did not work but we did not need it. The middle bathroom baseboards and vanity were rotted/ crumbling. Our kiddos loved the bunk closet area. We would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation! The huge cabin was everything we hoped it would be! Plenty of space! Even though it states to bring favorite cooking pots & pans, extra paper goods.......there was plenty of everything supplied to us. Everything was in great working order (hot tub, dishwasher, jacuzzi....) and super clean! Everyone loved the game room with the pool table and air hockey, especially the teenagers! The maintenance property manager came by to help us work the TV and was so very kind. This is a beautiful property snuggled in the Smokies and pet friendly! Very quiet and peaceful! I would highly recommend!

Nice apartment overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Easy access to the beach across the street. The complex has two pools, tennis courts and gas grills available for guests during their stay. The apartment is newly renovated and has everything you need during your stay even beach chairs, boogie boards and beach umbrellas are provided. Last but not least, make sure you take advantage of the complimentary jet ski and kayak rentals every day. When you consider the cost of the free rentals the price per night is a great deal!

Miller's Whimsy is an old-style cottage that is a comfortable stay with plenty of space. The location is amazing - we were able to walk to eat, to go the boardwalk, and were mere steps from the beach. The management did a great job of ensuring we had all the information we needed and who to call if we needed their help.

Everything was perfect. Check in was smooth, the condo was beautiful and exactly as described. Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, kitchen had everything we needed. Although we did not use the pool, hot tubs, grills and tennis courts they were clean and well kept. It’s obvious the owners take excellent care and pride in their unit and the community keeps the common area top notch. Definitely would stay again in this unit.

The unit was very nice, loved that it had 2 bathrooms. The only issue we had is that the unit did not have an ironing board. Took us 3 days to get one since we needed it to iron clothes for a wedding, other than that, we would stay again.

Our family of 11 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at North Beach Resort Towers Unit 1603 (Indigo). We traveled with children from ages 2 to 14 and there was plenty of space for fun and relaxation and the sunset views from the 16th floor were breathtaking! There were several heated outdoor pools and hottubs which was perfect since the ocean was too cold to enjoy during our beginning of April visit. Check in process was a little rocky since our check in was on a wednesday and there is only a 30 minute window of time to collect your check in packet in person. iTrip was quick to respond and arrange for retrieval of our packet via dropbox. Our only recommendation would be to fix the exhaust fan in the master bathroom - it was very noisy and couldn't be used during our stay. Overall an amazing trip and we hope to come back to stay in this unit again sometime soon!!

Our group goes to the Indian Wells tennis tournament every year. We enjoy watching tennis and playing golf. This condominium was perfect for us. We stayed here for close to 3 months while our house was being renovated. It was perfect for us and our toddler, who loved the back yard and his "big boy bedroom" (he upgraded from a twin to a queen)... We spent a lot of time in the spacious kitchen. There was plenty of cookware, which was great for us because we love cooking. The location is awesome- right down the street from The Filling Station/Crestwood Blvd. Only a 5-10 minute drive to downtown, Pepper Place is just a few miles away. Overall, this was the perfect place for us to have an extended family staycation in Birmingham and we can't say enough about how cozy and convenient it is!

We’ve been staying in the Grand Pavilion homes for the last five years and this one was the best! Not only is it updated and tastefully decorated, it was so well stocked, every bed was very comfortable, and truly had everything you could need. This place was so beautiful. We literally got too see the dolphins playing daily. The view is absolutely amazing and the room was so nice. From booking to exit everything was flawless. Property is situated off a secluded private drive. Long driveways take you down to the waterfront. Home inside is exactly as the photos show. Clean, comfortable, modern. When we were there most items were so new they hadn’t been touched. Each floor is a complete apartment. Master and guest bedrooms, living rooms, laundry, and outside space. Our teenager enjoyed having his own space in the apartment above the garage. Our kids were able to run and play outside with no fear of traffic or strangers. Lake is beautiful all day but especially at sunset. We used the firepit and found that the most relaxing end to our days. Location is excellent for access to the dunes. Just a couple miles to center of town if you need supplies. Plenty of parking if you have trailers for your toys. During our stay, the property manager was attentive and available when we needed him. Literally the ONLY thing that could make this better would be access to park or store our bikes in the garage. But that wasn’t a deal breaker. Honestly, we wish we would have booked two weeks. Didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend this property.

We found the accommodations to be very nice and in a great place on HHI. Comfortable beds, clean place, updated. Everything anyone could want. They did not offer beach toys and beach items like that which would have been nice but just bring your own. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The 229 provided ample space for our family of seven which ranged from infants teens and preteens and adults. The stair gates provided for a blessing for the baby. The Ping pong table provided hours of fun for the teens. Would definitely recommend for any stay. The only downfall is I found myself doing more laundry than I should have because the towels provided very limited especially for a family of seven...

Just finished a month vacation in this wonderful condo. The condo is very comfortable and well equipped. The views are spectacular. We enjoyed watching the boats go by, and seeing dolphins now and then. The location is great, and just across the street from Lovers Key State Park, with wonderful trails and beach. Just perfect! iTrip management is first class. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get away for a wonderful vacation!

We were at this house for about 3 months from Jan 2021 till April 1 2921 What a great place! The house is immediately comfortable and eclectically decorated. The three outdoor areas including the front deck,, the grilling and fire pit and the backyard hot tub add just the right amount of relaxation and privacy. The house is close to the ocean and a short walk to the marina. Enjoy breakfast at Proud Marys, an afternoon snack and drink at Turks or go to Stillwaters and sit at the outdoor bar area for exotic drinks and good food Spend Saturday morning at the Farmers Market just a short 3 blocks away Everything including restaurants, grocery stores and drugstores are a short walk away The Mermaid house is a great place to spend your time in California at. Carla is great and very attentive to any issues that arise. She always calls to make sure everything is ok and that in itself is a wonderful way to be treated We will definitely by back and coNtinue to use Carla for out California vacation

This home was perfect for my family of four plus my Mom. The location was nice and close to the water. My husband and two daughters did some kayaking with the kayaks provided. The home was very clean and the beds and bedding were super comfortable. We used the king blow up bed and there were cozy linens provided for that. The home is very close to Weeki Watchee where we went to check out the mermaid show and boat ride. I would love to come back to this location.

It was such a perfect place for a solo traveler, a couple, or a 4 person family. Conveniently located in west vail, a short shuttle or a bus ride to the Lionshead welcome center, vail transportation center. What a nice surprise as we drove into the little gated neighborhood that had the small town cottage feel we were looking for. The house is called Sunrise Cottage and that is aptly named. Although large enough for three couples, it had a cozy feeling and it felt like home from the beginning. We would spend our mornings gazing over the ocean of emerald colors and drink our coffee. The weather was perfect and the water was clear and cool. The little town square with a few low-key restaurants and shops was just a couple blocks away. This added to the charm. Everything was there at the cottage that you could need and had plenty of linens (look in the little cabinet in the main floor bedroom for the extras to that bathroom) and with the washer and dryer we were all set. The kitchen was stocked well for all our cooking needs. All in all, a great vacation spot! We all loved it and didn’t want to leave. As a side note- the team made it great for us to split our bill three ways for the three couples and were very easy to work with.

This is about the best ski condo we’ve rented. It is comfortable, attractive, and extremely well equipped. Really, you could live here and cook Thanksgiving dinner. We did not meet the owner, but the management company people were great— responsive, friendly, helpful. The condo is truly ski-in, but not really ski-out. You have to go down a number of stairs and cross a road, but this turns out to be much less trouble than we thought at first. Very, very pleasant place to stay.

Lighthouse 907 was Fantastic. The size of the building and condo was perfect and getting to the pool and beach was very easy. The condo was very clean, updated and decorated well. The balcony had plenty of room and seating to sit and watch the waves. The only thing to beware of is the tight parking spaces, but that is with most parking decks. We plain to make this an annual girls trip and hope to be able to rent at the Lighthouse.

Great house for (4) couples to enjoy the Vail / Avon area (Winter, Summer or Fall). Fully fenced backyard & pet friendly. Vail is 15 min. away while Beaver Creek is less than 10 min.

Self check-in and check-out made it extremely easy; house was very very spacious and clean; the pool was large and clean; kitchen was fully stocked; beds were very comfortable; neighborhood was quiet and close to many stores and eateries; beach towels, large cooler, beach chairs, beach bags and umbrellas were available for use; the gameroom had lots to do; full size washer/dryer; hot tub was a little dirty especially when we turned on the bubble jets, only used it once; sunroom was enjoyable for my mother who is a bit older, she spent a lot of time in there reading and doing puzzles; dog friendly was a huge bonus; huge dining table; about 10 min sure drive to clean beach with ample close parking; booked an additional night, last minute with no issue; extremely pleased with the property, house and property manager!!

Great unit. We enjoyed the fantastic views of this water front unit. We have stayed many times at Kahana Sunset and it never disappoints. The extra chairs were appreciated. I especially appreciated the prompt service to the oven from the iTrip office!

Overall, the home was very nice. The homes in the area were mixed types, with this home one of the nicest. Extremely quiet, private and spacious backyard. The homes were spaced apart, unlike the newer subdivisions. The pool and hot tub area were beautiful and there was a separate patio area outside the pool screen which allowed for a nice tanning area. The bed was very comfortable as was the living room. We did not utilize the kitchen much, but it seemed adequate. The extra bedrooms were nice. We were not told that the home was not shingled, but had no water issues even during torrential rains. There was an odd on and off pumping sound in the master bedroom and bathroom area in the late night and early morning. Management was responsive with service men to check it out, but no one could find the source. Finally after a week, I discovered that the pool had an automatic fill valve which turned on late at night and early in the morning as the pool water evaporated. The noise was easily resolved by turning the outside water spigot off at night and on in the morning. Overall, the home was very nice and comfortable and fit all our needs. The management was extremely responsive. We would definitely rent again. The only minor suggestion would be to put towel racks or hooks in the master bathroom. The home was also very close to the popular Deep Lagoon and Lazy Flamingo restaurants.

We traveled with a group of 5 kids, 6 adults and 1 small dog and there was plenty of space for all. Loved the location, a short walk across the street to the beach. iTrip was really wonderful to work with too and responded quickly and very nicely to any questions. Would definitely recommend!

We loved the condo, it had the perfect set up for our family. Lots of space and we really appreciated all the "extras" the condo had to offer. Beach toys, umbrellas for the beach, large beach bag. Everything was very clean and well organized. We will be back again for sure!

The house is just as it is described in the posting. It is tastefully decorated in an airy beach theme. The house is open concept with sunlight coming in large windows and sliding glass doors. The beds and furniture are good quality and comfortable. The house was thoroughly clean. I appreciated little extras as batteries, flashlights, and extension cords. The pool cleaner, yard maintenance and exterminator did their jobs and demonstrated the detailed care of the property. The pool was warm and clean. This was by far one of the nicest condos we’ve stayed in over the past year. The condo was very clean, spacious and accommodating for us 5 ladies over our extended weekend. The common furniture was in great shape and the beds were comfortable. No complaints from the group. As for suggestions, a air fryer would have been a welcomed small appliance for the kitchen. Also, you failed to mention that there was a Kerig coffee maker in addition to the regular coffee maker. Overall, this was a 5 star stay and we plan to return !

Very nice newly remodeled condo with a view of the Gulf. The condo had everything we needed for our week's stay and then some! Walking distance to the beach and a couple of restaurants which was very convenient. There were also 2 swimming pools that were available for guests to use. Would definitely stay at Bonita Beach & Tennis again!

This house is unbelievable!!!!! There is so much room!! We came in for my son’s graduation and felt right at home. Everything is brand new and gorgeous! We sat on the porch every morning and enjoyed our coffee with the beautiful views of palm trees! We used the grill and had steaks on the back deck!!!! Not kidding, we will be back to rent this home!!!!

Everything was as described with some fun bonuses. The host was friendly and very responsive, she even gave us some really helpful tips to help plan the weekend. I highly recommend this house, it's perfect for a getaway near the beach. FYI - (not a reflection on the host) If you are planning to use a ride sharing app to go to the airport or downtown, allow extra time. Drivers are typically not in the area and can take up to 20+ minutes to arrive.

We stayed here with a group of friends. We chose this place for the location and we thought it would be central. Wow it really was. No better location for our needs. The condo was nicely renovated and has nearly everything we need (no oven mitts, no potholders, no pizza cutter). We enjoyed staying here and would do so again.

The condo was perfect. Close to shops and bars. Easy to get into salem from here. We ubered into Salem several times and it was an easy 15 min commute. This little gem is not fancy but very clean and the kitchen is stocked for cooking. A few bigger pans would have been nice for family meals. It’s less then 2 minutes to the beach access and the kids and I enjoyed the ally feel for bikes and dog walks. There is also a beautiful park in walking distance as well. I will definitely look to stay here again.

I found the property nicely furnished and very clean. Bedding was of a good quality and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped for any type of cooking desired. While the neighbor properties were close you would never know it by the way the property is situated on the lot. Several rainy days but lots to see and do the historical Fort Morgan close by as well as access to Mobile via the car ferry at end of the peninsula. I highly recommend this property and this area for a great vacation getaway.

Great location. Close to the slopes, close to the free bus stop that takes you from village to village, and beautifully renovated. Maureen was a pleasure to deal with on the phone. Very easy access with door code entry. Place comes with all of the basics, soap, shampoo, dish detergent, towels, linens. Washer and dryer in the condo. Would have been nice to have a pod for washing clothes. Safeway supermarket is just a few minutes away so was able to get what was needed to enjoy the weekend. Would definitely rent again here.

The place 5036 shoreway loop unit 105 has a great concept especially when you have a small baby . The carpet is clean and no smell . Very spacious and not a lot of furniture - which is good to our baby. Publix just around the corner . Very convenient to us . I will consider again to rent this place for our next vacation . The only thing I want to suggest are : 1. All bedroom window need a curtains. It's very bright during sleeping time . 2. Patio furniture need to be change . It's very old now / rotten noted. We needed to book a last minute trip after missing our flight and we really lucked out with this rental. The place was spotless and very well maintained. The view was great and the location couldn’t have been better with the beach being a minute walk away, Bert’s market in 30 seconds, and center street just two minutes away. The owners graciously left us some goodies to snack on and the place had everything we needed. We will be searching for this place first the next time we come to Folly.

We enjoyed our stay at the Quarter Deck house. It was nice to be able to just walk right out to the ocean. The house itself was in need of repairs: the outside walls had large visible cracks. There is no outside lighting ( especially at night). The door jams are very rusty and the handles also. It was very hard to lock them.

Fabulous place to stay. An easy 10 minute Uber or drive to downtown Charleston. Nice casual restaurants within walking distance for the night we arrived and for good coffee in the mornings before we took off Charleston. Incredibly clean, well appointed, and communications with owners was easy -- they were proactive about everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others without hesitation.

Absolutely adored the place. We were warned about the road up and it was definitely not paved but also not scary or anything. Just beautiful. We saw deer, chipmunks, and gorgeous sunsets from the windows of the house. The hot tub was absolutely essential after a long day of hiking. The house was perfect and beautiful. Close enough to red rocks and far enough away from Denver city center to see gorgeous stars, wildlife, etc. Even though it’s the dead of summer we were comfortable.

This place was PERFECT! We had 7 girls in our group with the main plan to tour around Salem. It was a short drive/uber in to town. Marblehead itself was also a gorgeous spot, the neighborhood is clean and nice. As for the house, it was very clean and well decorated. We brought our own air mattresses as per the other reviews. Had no issues with anything! We really had such a lovely time here, I would definitely recommend this place :)

We had an amazing stay at Fairway to Heaven. We only had 3 people, but I was impressed with the space and think it could easily accommodate larger groups comfortably: all 3 bedrooms had their own bathrooms, large kitchen table, and lots of seating in the living room. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, dinnerware, etc. The areas that made this a quintessential spot, in my opinion, were: Spacious back patio overlooking the quiet and peaceful golf course Steps away from tennis courts, future pickleball courts( under construction while there), and pool 5 minute walk away from the beach 10/10 experience. We'll be sure to be back!

I stayed with my team for a business retreat. The home was really comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for a successful business planning. It was a very comfortable for 4 ladies to stay, with plenty of space for all. I stayed in the master bedroom and enjoyed the beautifully updated bathroom and comfortable bed. We enjoyed several meals in house and had tons of fun in the spacious great room, perfect for entertaining! Breakfast and coffee on the outdoor patio listening to the birds chirp is a MUST! Great way to start the day. The decor was modern and fun, will be taking some style ideas home with me. We concluded our retreat with a fun night out in old town, highly recommend Citizen Public House was delish!! Cant wait for next years retreat, booking it now!!

We had a wonderful time. This condo was perfect and the beach is possibly the largest of any resort on Panama City Beach. Located on the beach with views of the Gulf from the living room & second bedroom and a view of Lake Powell from the master bedroom. Sunrise over the lake was spectacular! It is nicely furnished with a well equipped kitchen. The location on the west end of Panama City Beach was away from all the crowds but still convenient to restaurants and shopping. The resort is next door to Camp Helen which allowed access to even more beach and the kids loved playing in the shallows where the lake meets the gulf. We highly recommend!!!

Good location. Comfortable beds, spacious. The resort itself is big and it takes a day or two to get used to it. This unit is on the quieter side of building, close to elevators. Would definitely go back!!! For owner - really could use new pots and pans. Frying pan handle is broken is hazardous. And was missing lightbulbs in kitchen
