Explore the property with courtesy, obey all posted signs. Please do not disturb the occupants in the main house. This is a working vineyard. You may see various workers, other guests, etc. on the property during your stay. They will not be in your private area.

Road Warning:

Please be aware that this property is located off unmaintained county roads. You will need to drive a short distance on roads that are either dirt or paved with potholes. For the best route, we recommend turning left when leaving the property and taking the dirt road to avoid the paved road with potholes to the right. Thank you for your understanding.

- Pet Fee $150 per Dog, upon approval via Pet Screening. Aggressive behavior or excessive barking will result in cancellation with no refunds. Dogs can not be left unattended in the unit.

- Please NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS, OR BANDS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. Please be respectful of the neighbors at all times!

- Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the casita (4 people) at any time, this includes babies in a crib.

These are all separate causes for eviction with no refund and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability.

Riverside County requires all vacation rentals to be equipped with a noise monitoring device that measures decibels of sound. There are devices indoors and outdoors for compliance reasons to deter excessive noise. Please note these device do NOT record private conversations, it simply detects excessive noise by decibel level. Tampering or removing this device triggers an alert to property manager and could result in $100 fine or more if device is taken offline, damaged or lost. This device can protect you from false claims of loud noise during your stay. Thank you for understanding and complying.

- Quiet Time 10pm - 7am for all properties within Riverside County. Quiet Hours mandated by Riverside County are 10pm - 7am. No outdoor activity can take place from 10pm - 7am. All conversations must be indoors with windows closed 10pm - 7am.

are allowed upon prior approval for $150 fee per pet, maximum 2 dogs.  Tenant must clean up after approved pet(s).  If any approved pet acts aggressively, barks excessively or any unauthorized pet is found in the unit or on the premises you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent or damage deposit. Homeowner and Agent assume no responsibility for any illness or injury that may occur to pets or humans while on the premises.  Homeowner and agent assume no responsibility for the behavior of the pet(s); that responsibility is the Tenant owner. REQUIRED FOR ALL DOGS: Profile for each DOG must be completed at Temecula Pet Screening dot com.  You will be required to pay their fee of $30 per pet, $0 for qualified assistance animals.  


There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and not to be taken from the unit. An initial setup of trash liners, bathroom paper, soap is provided. There is a $_CleaningFee_ one time cleaning fee. Additional cleaning fees will be due in the event that unusual cleaning is required, including the removal of excessive pet hair.


Smoking is strictly prohibited. Your damage deposit will be forfeited and you will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found. 


  1. Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. 
  2. SEPTIC - Tenant agrees not to put any solids, grease, food debris, oils or fats down kitchen or bathroom drains and will not put anything but human waste and toilet paper in the toilets. Additional fees for septic damages.
  3. All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles. 
  4. The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed 4 people, including a child in a crib.
  5. Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
  6. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the property due to location within a high risk FIRE ZONE AREA.
  7. Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
  8. All keys are to be returned upon move-out by Tenant. There will be a $10.00 charge per key if not returned within 2 weeks of check-out date.
  9. Turn off all lights and AC/Heat upon check out.
  10. Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all house rules, local laws as well as the state of California, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of California or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
  11. QUIET TIME is 10pm - 7am for all properties within Riverside County.  Quiet Hours mandated by Riverside County are 10pm - 7am.  No outdoor activity can take place from 10pm - 7am. No fire pit or spa/pool usage.  All conversations must be indoors with windows closed 10pm - 7am. 
  12. NO AMAZON or MAIL deliveries are accessible at the property. Use Amazon Locker. NO MAIL.

My wife & I stayed for a couple nights & it was amazing. The decor, location, ambiance, etc. was perfect for a quiet getaway. The casita was very clean, & well equipped. The whole process with booking, checking-in & out was easy. Our host "Gemma" did a great job following up to make sure everything was OK. We will definitely be back.
