The Pines at Ore House D-204 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo in a great location. You are steps away from a bus stop that’s only a five minute ride to the mountain or downtown. You have Christy Sports steps away to get your ski and snowboard rentals (with a nice iTrip discount), City Market for your grocery needs, Walmart and more. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance if you don’t want to go far to get food. The unit will comfortably sleep 4 adults, offers picturesque views of the slopes and makes a fantastic vacation rental.

The property has a great open living area which features the great views of Mt. Werner. It includes a full kitchen, dining table, sleeper sofa, and flat screen TV. It also includes a gas fireplace that will keep the unit nice and warm while you relax in the living area.

The bedroom has a brand new, comfy king bed and unforgettable slope views.

There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Enjoy a soak in the community hot tub. If you are staying with us April-May or September-November please contact us to confirm it is open if this feature is an important to your stay. The hot tub occasionally closes for seasonal cleaning etc.

Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

** In March 2020 when the resort shut down, we gave refunds for any unused nights and would do that again.

Tenant agrees to leave premises/contents in same condition as found upon move-in, normal wear/wear expected
Max number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding/using premises for illegal activity/causing damage to premises or neighboring properties and other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.
No open flames. Candle burning not permitted on balconies/in unit with exception of wood burning fireplace. Do not remove smoke detectors. Use stove fan when cooking to avoid smoke alarm activation.
There is no daily maid service but can be arranged for fee.
"No pets" policy must be observed (unless noted as pet friendly/fees have been paid). If evidence found you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent/deposit.
No smoking in unit. Damage deposit will be forfeited/you will incur charge of $1000 if you opted for damage insurance as smoking is not covered. You will incur additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if evidence of smoking.
Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as person under age of 25. We require one member of party to be 25. Violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
Owner/owners agents may enter premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary repairs/alterations/improvements/supply necessary services/show premises to prospective purchasers/renters/contractors. Owner will provide at least 24 hrs notice of intent to enter (except in case of emergency)
Report maintenance needs, we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating/air conditioning/appliances/televisions.
iTrip or Owner, do not assume liability for loss/damage/injury to persons/personal property nor accepts liability for inconveniences/damage/loss/injury arising from temporary defects/stoppage of water/gas/cable/wifi/electricity/plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions/natural disasters/acts of God/other reasons beyond its control.
Tenant acknowledges if premises reserved includes a community pool, the undersigned agrees and acknowledges pool/patio/deck can be dangerous, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and injury may occur if not careful. With full knowledge of above,Tenant accepts/assumes all risks involved to Tenant/Tenant's guests related to use of pool/patio areas.
Tenant fully releases/discharges Owner from all liabilities/claims/demands/causes of action by reason of any injury/loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any guests as result, or connection with occupancy of premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
Any violation that incurs a fine will be tenant responsibility. Examples include improper trash disposal, smoking, excessive noise, parking violations.

Awesome trip! Great, fully stocked 1 bedroom with pullout couch. The bus to the mountain picks up every 15 minutes at end of parking lot. Clean, well maintained and great location for skiing and 1/2 way from mountain to the town for dinner. I'll be back!

Property was as described, very well stocked kitchen & everything in top working order. Very comfortable & walking distance to Walmart, grocery store & Christy Sports. We’ve rented many different condos at Steamboat, and this has been our favorite so far. The furniture is very comfy, fireplace works great, kitchen is well-appointed for making meals at home, and the condo stays very warm even when temps outside are below freezing. The free shuttle to the ski resort stops right at the entrance to the condo community, so it made getting to and from the slopes very easy and convenient. We will be back!

The condo had everything that I needed so that I enjoyed my stay very much. It was quiet even though it was next to a shopping center. The amenities were more than I expected. Far better than staying in a hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in the unit besides the washing machine being inoperable and half full of stagnant water. When I did call the number to report the problems with the unit the people I spoke with did offer to send maintenance to fix the problems. If not for that we would be 100 percent satisfied with our stay. We would stay there again.

Great experience overall! The location was unbeatable - minutes from the shuttle bus to the mountain (only a 5 min bus ride!) and walkable to stores in the downtown area. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable and was filled with all the amenities you'll need. We had 4 people and had plenty of room!

Central location , convenient to bus stop. Easy access to downtown or ski area. Clean , organized kitchen , plenty of towels and wash cloths. Stayed 4 nights , bed was comfortable. Good view of the slopes from our deck . Gave a 3.5 star due to SLOW drain on shower/bath ( obviously clogged and needs attention ) , and the fan in the fireplace did not work . Recommend using king sized pillow cases, we were furnished with standard sized which left 6 inches of pillow exposed on the king pillows .

This place has the three basics I must have for any trip: it is clean, safe, and comfortable, but it also has so much more! I stayed here for three weeks, and it had all the necessities for a long term stay: a kitchen equipped with basic cooking essentials, a washer and dryer, and a big comfortable bed! It is quiet, and all the neighbors were friendly—even the local bears! It had everything I needed, and I had no real issues or problems, and management was immediately responsive when I had questions or just needed extra toilet paper or a new light bulb. Highly recommend!

The Pines was so conveniently located. It was right in the middle of everything, super close to the Gondola Square and to Downtown and right on the bus route. Also, the condo was cute, clean, and the perfect size for me and my husband. Can't wait to come back to Steamboat, and we'll definitely be looking into staying at the Pines again.

My ten year old daughter and I stayed at this condo Thanksgiving week and just loved it. The space is great, and the location just can’t be beat. You’re steps away from a number of stores, restaurants, and the Steamboat bus line which will take you to the mountain or into town. The condo was quiet and had a gorgeous view from the deck for me to enjoy my coffee on every morning. Would definitely stay again!
