This very comfortable 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Quail Run condo is close to the gondola/base area. You can walk to skiing, restaurants and pubs but the complex is quiet, and situated off the main roads to give you a mountain getaway feel. You are steps away from the community hot tub and a small playground.
The unit itself is spacious, yet warm and cozy and has been updated with fabulous flooring, gorgeous countertops and stainless appliances.
Kick back on the sectional and watch the big screen TV or warm up by the gas fireplace. The open living area also includes the updated fully stocked kitchen, dining table with 4 chairs, counter seating (3 bar stools) ample seating (queen sleeper sectional, 1 chair) and access to the private patio with seating and your own BBQ grill.
The master suite offers a comfy queen bed and a private full bathroom. Bedroom 2 also has a comfy queen bed. There is another full bathroom in the hallway.
An air mattress is available to comfortably sleep 6.
There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.
