Little San Felipe Cottage is perfect for a couple or a family with up to two children. The cottage has a modern kitchen and dining area for up to four people open to a spacious living area. Enjoy the traditional home-spun ambiance in the queen bedroom and quaint but spacious bathroom. Two pullouts are handy for the kids in the living area. All your linens are provided along with essentials for the kitchen and bath. For your convenience, a washer and dryer is provided on the little back porch. Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea on the front porch as you watch passers-by and an occasional horse-drawn carriage on the little street.
The location of this cottage is truly incredible! This section of the historic city was once known as 'Little San Felipe,' where early Menorcan families first settled in the late 1700's. The Cottage is located in the heart of the historic district, one block off the popular walking street - St. George St., half a block from the old City Gates, 2 blocks from the fort, and 3 blocks from the Bayfront. It is the only true residential neighborhood in historic area. Numerous art galleries, restaurants,shops, museums, churches, and historic sites are located within easy walking distance. Beautiful beaches and numerous golf courses are a short drive away.The cottage has off-street parking adjacent to it, which is rare in the historic area.
