Imagine hiking and mountain biking directly from your patio! Open your sliding glass door in the living room and step out onto the Fanny Hill ski run. The condo is so convenient you can stop for lunch or a quick work phone call and then head right back out for more fun on the mountain.

The ultimate in ski-in and out condo access! Ski down to the Village Express chair lift or the Elk Camp Gondola and head up the mountain for more skiing.

Numerous upgrades have been made in this wonderful Snowmass getaway. You will enjoy the newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and new countertops, new furnishings and bedding and beautiful new wood floors. As you relax on the comfortable sofa in front of the wood-burning fireplace you can watch your favorite show on the flat screen TV or sip coffee and watch the skiers cruise by. The fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 5, great access to everything Snowmass has to offer and wonderful amenities make this condo an ideal getaway any time of year.

Each bedroom has an en-suite bath with separate vanity area creating lots of privacy and space for all types of travelers. Families will enjoy the convenience of two twin beds in the second bedroom or, if you are traveling as two couples, just say the word and we will make the second bedroom up as a king bed.

This property is just a short walk to the Snowmass Village Mall, the Viewline and steps away from the Conference Center. The ski-In/ski-out location onto Fanny Hill is a green run that takes you to the Base Village. There you will find the Gondola, the Children's Tree House Ski School, shops, rental equipment, restaurants and all the lively happenings at the new Base Village. Enjoy being first on the slopes each morning, or gathering with family and friends to enjoy apres ski experience at an array of restaurants, boutique shopping and entertainment near the center of one of the world's most desired ski destinations.

In the summer months enjoy your private patio and gas fire pit while listening to the great Thursday night concerts happening just below your condo. The fall colors cover the mountainside creating a beautiful backdrop outside the windows and sliding glass door of the open concept living space. In the winter months you will enjoy the unsurpassed convenient ski access. Relax on your own private patio with a gas fire pit at the end of the day while watching the skiers go by at the end of the day. This condo is extremely popular due to the location. Book early so you don't miss out on this amazing slice of vacation heaven.

*****The main entrance to the condo is located on the second floor so please let us know in advance if you will need assistance with luggage. The back door of the condo sits right on the ski slope that takes you down to the Village Express chairlift.****

  Interlude 109
  • Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in.
  • The maximum number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.
  • No barbeque grills of any kind are permitted on balconies or in the unit. No open flames, candle burning is not permitted with the exception of fire contained within a wood burning fireplace . Do not dismantle smoke detectors as they are there for your protection. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental, activation of smoke detector alarm.
  • There is no daily maid service.  Additional maid service can be arranged for a fee.  Please contact us in advance for pricing.
  • Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
  • Pets are not allowed on premises.
  • Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on any patio or balcony. Your damage deposit will be forfeited or you will be charged a $1000 fine and you will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found.
  • Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25). We require at least one member of the party to be 25 years of age! Any violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
  • Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises under the following circumstances: in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
  • Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Colorado, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Colorado or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
  • No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, cable, or telephone service. Outages will be reported immediately and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible.
  • Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.
  • The owners furnish linens and towels. Any lost or damaged linens will be deducted from your deposit. An initial supply of paper products is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Tenant. Limited cleaning supplies may be provided. 
  • iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
  • Tenant hereby acknowledges that if the premises they have reserved includes a community pool and the undersigned agrees and acknowledges that the community pool and patio/deck can be dangerous areas, that the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and that injury may occur to anyone who is not careful. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned Tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant's guests in or related to the use of the community pool and patio areas.
  • Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.

  • Check-in time is after 4pm, may be as late as 5 or 6pm in peak winter and summer season.  Check-out time is 10am.

  • Any violation of posted rules at property that incur a fine will be the responsibility of the tenant. Examples include access outside of pool and hot tub hours, improper disposal of trash, smoking, excessive noise, parking violations.  
  • By signing this agreement you agree that your rental is transient in nature and does not provide you with tenant rights.  Transient accommodations or “short term rentals” are also subject to applicable Colorado Sales, county and city taxes which are added as a part of your total payment. Should the laws change regarding applicable taxes, we will adjust your booking accordingly.  We are required by law to collect all applicable sales taxes.

Slope side gem in upper SnowMass Village

Great place that suited our family's needs perfectly. The communication with the management company was seamless; their clear communication and availability is unparalleled. True ski in/out conveniently located slope side in the upper village. Large covered parking place. Cozy but comfortable. The 2 bathrooms are very small (but adequate) and including a few dish towels would nicely complement the many available kitchen utilities. We give this place a 5 star rating and would not hesitate to rebook.

It is very surprising however to see your comment that the condo is in need of a good makeover. This homeowner has invested a lot of time and money over the last 2 years to install all new hardwood flooring, repaint the entire condo, purchase new dining, living and patio furnishings. Excellent location. The snowcat’s groom just a few feet from the patio. Easy walk to Snowmass Mall. Covered parking directly below the unit. Well stocked kitchen. Wood-burning fireplace stocked with plentiful firewood. iTrip service and staff were very friendly and quick to reply via text.

Location, location, location! Truly ski in and ski out right out your back door! Easily accessible to everything Snowmass has to offer. Parked the truck and never moved it again until it was time to go. Condo was clean, comfortable beds and well stocked. We had a blast!

A great spot!

We love staying in Interlude 109! This was our second time to stay here for 1 week with our kids ages 6-9 to ski. It is the perfect ski-in/out location on the best mountain in Colorado! It is also very easy to walk to from Snowmass Mall and/or the Sky Cab to the base village. We love the back porch with the fire-pit and grill. It is decorated well, cozy, and we like the layout. We cook all our meals in the condo and the kitchen has worked well for us. The hot tub is great and just a quick walk across the parking area. iTrip and everyone there are very communicative and easy to work with. Can't wait to stay there again!

Excellent Condo

We stayed June 21-27. The condo is in the perfect spot. One can get to the upper village and lower village very easy. The patio with a grill and outdoor fire pit is a wonderful place to unwind after a day of hiking or shopping. The kitchen has everything that is needed to prepare a breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plenty of linens are provided. The showers have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. This is a great place to stay and we highly recommend staying here.

Perfect location and accommodations!

This condo lived up to all expectations! We have been visiting Snowmass for over 35 years and can't say enough about this spot. The location on the mountain, whether winter or summer, just can't be beat. It is true ski-in/out. You can easily walk from the back porch to the top of the Sky Cab (skittles) & shopping in the village. The parking spot is right by the short staircase to the front door. And the interior is well decorated, up to date, well taken care of, and comfortable. Perfect for our family of 4. We cooked all our meals there and had everything we needed, including the grill on the patio. The washer & dryer worked great. And the back patio by the gas fire pit was our favorite place to relax while watching our kids play in the snow. We even had a little fox visit us a couple times which was such a treat for our girls. Despite arriving the day that COVID-19 shut down the ski slopes, our family still had a very special time there together. Anytime we needed something or had questions the rental agency was a text away and responded within 60 seconds. We can't wait to come back!

The condo was extremely clean and quaint with a great location! There was plenty of items to cook meals and the washer/dryer was very convenient! Only thing we would have needed was a few more trash bags for the eight night stay. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Snowmass!

The reservation process, communication and staff were amazing. Once we arrived for our vacation, again Kim and staff were exceptional and assisted with every need. The unit itself needed some fixing up, but our stay was good and the staff made the minor inconveniences seem less important. We will definitely rent again at this location. Thank you.

This unit location was terrific and the unit had a nicely equipped kitchen and amenities. And really clean! Would stay here again. Since we didn’t have a car we ordered groceries from Clark’s Market and had them delivered. Used High Mtn Taxi to get to and from the airport.
