We are making this 4 condo complex available in it's entirety. With a heated private pool, this complex has been completely renovated top to bottom, side to side with nothing left untouched....this home away from home is truly paradise! Come check out this beautifully painted mural in the back pool area where you can relax in the sun poolside or lounge under a cafe umbrella with a good book while the chef in your family cooks up some bison burgers on the barbecue grill located near the pool......medium rare please!
This tropical oasis has been completed with high end finishings, like crown molding, solid stone counter, stainless kitchen, plantation shutters, and an outdoor shower. Like long hot showers at the end of your day? No problem because all the units have a Rinnai tankless water heater providing you plenty of hot water in a matter of seconds. Stackable full sized washers/dryers are within the building on the lower level for your convenience.
Specifically, there are two units that are a single bedroom, single bath, one located upstairs, one downstairs. Then there are two units that are a two bedroom (both queen beds), two bathrooms (one tub) also one unit located upstairs, one downstairs (no elevator). We are offering the entire complex for rental for your entire family to enjoy Siesta Key and make some lifetime memories. In addition, every unit has a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. All mattresses are memory foam and comfortable for a good night's sleep. All bedrooms have wall mounted or corner mounted flat screen TV's.
In addition, there are large flat screen TV's in all the living rooms. Frontier TV service and free WiFi all for your entertainment in all the units. All have modern kitchens and are stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware and boasts new stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave, quartz countertops, tiled floors and dining for 4 or 6 people depending upon the size of the unit.
Siesta Key village with restaurants, shopping and nightlife are steps away. The beach and the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico is also about a 6 minute walk. You don't need a car. Your vacation destination is here!
There is no smoking or pets allowed in the buildings. The pool is 5 ft at deep end. The single bedroom units have 1 parking space. The two bedroom units have 2 spots for a total of 6 parking spots. Contact us today to book all 4 units and have the entire space for you and your friends and family. We are flexible on dates of stay as there are no minimum restrictions at this property.
