Tranquility base was the perfect house for the entire family for our vacation! We were so comfortable. There was plenty of space to relax. Being able to take our two Golden Retrievers was a plus! The beach access was a 5-10 minute walk based on the speed. We got used to it. The only thing better would be if the house was on the beach with direct access. Overall a great place to stay!

We loved the cute house, and serene backyard! Quick walk to the public beach access, and a nice quiet location! Easy to get to tourist attractions in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, and Sanibel Island.

We had a fantastic week at Spriggs shack. The house had everything we needed. We could easily bike to the beach each day and enjoyed the community pool. The owners were great to work with ...we will definitely be back when we come to Kiawah in the future.

Property was as described, very well stocked kitchen & everything in top working order. Very comfortable & walking distance to Walmart, grocery store & Christy Sports. Free public bus stop with (4) pickup times/hr adjacent to property. Responsive staff to questions-highly recommended and we will be returning. Thanks.

Condo checks every box. Beautifully decorated, spacious, clean, close to the beach, close to Charleston, beautiful views, private parking, fully stocked with utensils, cookware, towels, blankets and so much more. Instructions and communication with host was exceptional. Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed!
