Beautiful pool home located in a safe and quiet neighborhood of Country Oaks. This comfortable private home is located just 4 miles from the University Town Center Mall which is great for shopping and upscale restaurants in addition to the new Mote Marine Aquarium-a family favorite! The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is only 10 minutes away (4.4 miles) and downtown Sarasota is 17 minutes (6.6 miles). There is a Publix grocery store on University Parkway that is 5 minutes away (1.5 miles) and a Walmart Super Center that is just 3 minutes away (1.3 miles) to stock up on snacks, drinks and food items or last-minute items you forgot to pack for the trip. No trip to Sarasota would be complete without going to one of the world-class beaches nearby. Siesta Key Beach is a 28-minute drive (13.6 miles) or Lido Beach is 22 minutes (10.8). Check out St Armands Circle near Lido beach for additional shopping and great restaurant choices. The home is located about 1 mile from the Conservatory Park which is a 55-acre site with a focus on outdoor and nature-based recreation. Great for a nice morning walk or jog while using the exercise stations along the paths. Enjoy a great day of golfing at the Palm Aire Country Club which is just 6 minutes away.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED if evidence of a pet is found you will be subject to eviction without a refund.
No glass or metal in pool. There are plastic glasses in the kitchen.
Quiet Hours after 10 PM
Pool waterfall / Slide / SPA should be put off when not in use or before leaving property.
No parties or loud music
** POOL - no jumping from waterfall, diving or running in pool area. Swim at your own risk ** Children should be monitored at all times.
**Do you not tamper with pool equipment or settings **
One person in party must be 25 years of age.
If pool remote missing after stay you agree to pay 700.00 for it's replacement. Leave on kitchen counter when you check-out.
Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping.
You agree to only operate fans in bathroom 20 minutes before and after bath or shower.
There are security cameras outside the home that monitor the perimeter only. They are only viewed in the event of a emergency.
-Some properties have an HOA that require us to request the guests email and/or phone number to complete resort application.
MONITORING Agent may utilize electronic monitoring equipment (including video(not facing private living areas) noise, motion, temperature, humidity and other means) at the property to ensure that all local ordinances, including noise & occupancy limits, are observed at all times and that no events or parties are held on the property. Our homes are subject to strict noise ordinances. In the event that you trigger our noise monitor you will be asked to turn down the volume immediately. Failure to comply will lead to eviction without a refund. Cities impose large fines and you may be prosecuted. You agree to reimburse the homeowner and Agent for all lost income resulting from any suspension of their business license arising from you exceeding the noise alert levels.
- For Pool Homes- No Dogs Allowed In Pools. $300 fine for sanitation cleaning and new filter will be assessed.
