Plymouth is a coastal town in Massachusetts, south of Boston. It is the site of the first Pilgrim settlement, founded in 1620. Plymouth Rock, a boulder in Pilgrim Memorial State Park, marks the place where settlers are thought to have landed on shore. The Mayflower II, a full-scale replica of the ship that carried the Pilgrims across the Atlantic, is usually anchored at the park.

Reviews

Absolutely serene!
5/5 stars
I stayed at Hyp Nautic this September and it was a perfectly peaceful experience. The home is chic and comfy at the same time. The water across the street is mesmerizing. And, the size of the property is surprisingly large- great backyard and a patio off the primary bedroom. The amenities are great. The property is well cared for and the interactions with owner and manager were so pleasant. I highly recommend this place.

Hip Nautical Holiday
4/5 stars
Cozy and clean and great location. Lake across the street and another lake behind the house that is a short walk with small private beach access. Close to Plymouth, just over an hour to Boston and Salem was about an hour and a half away. The only thing we disliked about the home was the flooring in the living room/dining room. It’s old wood flooring and a there is a few small pieces pulling up that can potentially leave splinters in someone’s feet if not careful. We just covered them and we were fine! Otherwise, everything else was perfect!

Amazing week!
5/5 stars
My husband and I had a great week at Hip Nautic Holiday. We spent time with our family and had plenty of spaces to relax in. The coastal farmhouse feel of the cottage was very nicely done. All of the furnishings, linens, games, and appliances were brand new. We loved the tile work and updates in the bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed to start our week, down to the seasonings, baking supplies, coffee. The wine fridge and ice maker was a nice touch. The home sits on a big lake, and you will have views from all the windows. We even had fireworks one night we could watch over the lake. We did not get to use the fire pit but we did use the grill. We had a great week away and will return soon!
