Summerhouse is a beautiful Gulf front complex conveniently located on Thomas Drive. You will enjoy amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico from your balcony and every room in this gorgeous unit. Each spacious condo offers a washer and dryer for your convenience. This family friendly destination features 2 gulf side pools, hot tub, kiddie pool, shuffleboard, racquetball, tennis and picnic area with gas grills. Easy parking (no parking deck or walk over). Summerhouse is the perfect location for the perfect vacation.

Beginning the first week of May and ending after the first week of August 2022 please enjoy the following events provided by Summerhouse!

Mondays- Manager’s reception in the lobby! The property manager will be there to personally meet each guest and offer them free finger foods between the hours of 4-6 or 5-7. Times are still to be determined.

Tuesdays- Movies under the stars! Gather around our B side pool, or even in the pool, and get ready to watch a movie on our big screen! Family friendly movies of course! All ages welcomed.

Wednesdays- Live acoustic music with Michael Cannon from 6-8

Thursdays- Waterproof face painting and balloon animals! 10am to 12noon.

Fridays- Karaoke from 6-9

Saturdays- Just have fun in the sun!

Sundays- Live acoustic music with Michael Cannon from 6-8

Our stay in this unit at The Summerhouse was fantastic! The beds were clean and comfortable. There were plenty of towels for our stay. The appliances worked well so that we were able to keep our dishes and clothes or beach items clean during our stay. Everything is clean and updated. There was easy access to the pools and the beach, where lounge chairs were available for us during our stay. One thing that makes this condo stand out above others we have visited is that because of the direction it faces, you are able to get beautiful beach views because the unit faces the beach completely, but is angled so that you are not directly in the sun during the scorching late afternoon hours. It makes an afternoon and evening on the patio perfect after a long day on the beach. I would absolutely stay here again!

Staying at Summerhouse for the New Year of 2021, was an amazing time. The amenities of this condominium where superb I had my 3 yr old godson, my husband and my disabled father with me...everyone slept in there own beds, which were very comfortable the access to the pools and the beach worked well for everyone. We will be contacting and scheduling a stay very soon for this summer.

The Summer House experience was outstanding. The condo unit was fantastic with all the needed amenities and very comfortable. The rooms were clean, bedding was clean and fresh. Plenty of personal use towels. The beds were extremely comfortable. Acces was directly to the beach where lounge chairs were waiting with umbrellas. The 2 pools were kept very clean with plenty of lounge chairs around the pool. Can’t wait to go back.

Really enjoyed Unit 1012 at The Summerhouse. The unit was clean, comfortable, modern updated fixtures and appliances. Liked extras such as hairdryer in bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. Two queen beds in 2nd bedroom also nice. Loved sitting on the balcony in the rockers overlooking the beach. Even had meals on balcony several times. There are 2 pools and larger compared to other complexes and beach chair rentals were included with the unit. Would definitely stay again.
