CANCELLATION POLICY In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100.00 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL BEFORE THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. There will be no refund for early departure unless authorities request mandatory hurricane evacuation. Vacation Insurance is recommended.

First of all the pros: Unit was clean. The location was great. Having beach service was a plus. Great view from the balcony. No issues with elevators. Very well stocked with kitchen utensils. Cons: First night the smoke detectors started beeping. I finally got it to stop by removing batteries. This must have happened before because we found one smoke detector in the pantry. I called the next day and a maintenance man was sent out. He put new batteries in all of them. This could have been prevented if the batteries were replaced every 6 months. Overall, we worked through the issues and enjoyed out stay. No instructions at all as to how the televisions worked. Master bedroom remote wouldn't turn tv on and off. At first it didn't work at all but the maintenance man replaced batteries in the remote and you could at least change channels. Thank you to him. This is our second time staying at Palazzo. We would stay here again but not sure if I would stay in this unit again unless these issues are addressed. Coffee pot leaks water all over the counter. Spare pot under the sink missing parts. Dryer lint trap is broken. No hangers so you better bring plenty with you. The water dispenser leaks on fridge. Some of the kitchen counter outlets won't reset.

Great stay at a great condo. We absolutely love staying at the Palazzo! The only issue we had was the ice maker in the refrigerator wasn’t working and the bed in the master bedroom was super noisy.

This condo was very convenient to everything. Quick and easy access to the beach and is beachside with beautiful view of the ocean. Very clean and comfortable. The owners are wonderful people and the company that manages the reservations were easy to get in touch with if needed. Would highly recommend this condo if you are planning a trip to Panama City Beach.

Excellent Condo in PCB

My family and I go to PCB every year, maybe two or more times every year. We've stayed in different hotels, condos, and house rentals everytime.This is our first time renting a condo at Palazzo, and I really enjoy it. The unit is very spacious for a family of five and very clean. It is well stock with all kitchen supplies. My kids love the bunk beds and I totally like that it has a door to the bunk room. I thought the ottoman with a pull out bed is very unique, I've never seen that before. The beach view from this condo is amazingly beautiful. This unit is in front of the elevator, so it's very convenient. The elevator is fast and we barely have to wait a minute for it. I like the fact that the parking deck is directly on the bottom of the condo instead of across the streets like some places. The beach chair service was a bonus of renting this place. I couldn't say much about the pool since I didn't get the chance to go to the pool, we were mostly there for the beach. Even though Palazzo is in the west end of PCB, it's still close proximity to restaurants and Pier Park. The only negative about Palazzo is that the parking deck is tight so it might be hard to park a large vehicle like our Toyota Tundra. Overall I would definitely rent this condo again next time I visit PCB. The owner Christy is very friendly and helpful.

Here are my positives and negatives for our 10 day stay August 26- September 5. 1. The location cannot needs beat. Located right in the white powder beach with direct access. 2. The price was very fair. The condo is a nice size and can hold 5-7 people comfortably. 3. The beach service included in the package was a GREAT addition saving 150.00 for us. 4. This is on the main road 1.4 miles from the Park View Pier and shopping/restaurants. 5. Two for one tickets to many attractions were a great addition in the package. 6. The balcony is amazing. A nice size with two tables and chairs. 7. Garage allowed vehicle to be kept out of the weather. Negatives: 1. After my payment, I sent emails and two phone calls that were never returned requesting an early check in after driving 8 hours. 2. The check in process was horrible. While I received the garage code to enter, there was zero information inside the condo. Bracelets were left on the tv console but no information. 3. I went to the office to inquire and was told since I didn’t book through them, they couldn’t help me. I also was not allowed to check out the dvds since I didn’t book through them. They were extremely put out saying they had no notification of our arrival. 4. The pool and hot tub closes at 10. Sharp. Security comes out and tells you to leave. Since the beach is dark and water cannot be entered, I find this incredibly inconvenient for people on vacation. They should have another security agent hired for later hours. 5. There is no kids pool so they completely took over the pool area. One 2 year old squatted and peed on the concrete beside the pool-while her mother watched..... with a bathroom not 10 foot away. 6. The parking garage should have an entry and exit separately. Two cars have to pass beside each other in a very small space coming and going. Not safe at all. 7. Our condo was not cleaned properly prior to our arrival. The extra bathroom reeked of urine. We had to buy Lysol, mop the floor and clean the commode before the smell would leave. 8. We were told that we could be helped and have better service if we had booked with the office instead of the people we used. This made me feel less than appreciated. 9. I left the condo cleaner and in better shape than when I arrived-yet got charged almost 300.00 for a cleaning fee. I find this incredibly unacceptable. 10. Better communication between owner/rental office is greatly needed. Overall-this experience was a good one.

Our condo was everything and more than was listed. Very clean, location is perfect, and Christina is such a pleasure to talk with. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
